My cat Oak was having some trouble with lethargic wandering around the house sleeping a lot in the closet and not eating well. The folks at Carolina Place Anamal Hospital gave him a couple of shots to help him out. He was feeling much better in a couple of days. Thanks everyone for your help!

Our 1st visit I really liked Dr. Robbie & staff. 2nd visit was for a necessary duclaw removal and teeth cleaning, all went very well. Follow up in 1 week, looking forward to a review of certain minor skin issues we are currently treating in both Frenchies.

They've been taking care of our cats for years now. The staff is always super friendly. They are very thorough when explaining any issues and directions if medicine is needed. They have been short staffed since the pandemic, but they will take care of you and your fur babies!

Dr. Chappell has been caring for our dogs since 2009. He helped us with our Westie that had Addison’s disease like no other. He helped us keep our sweet boy until he was almost 16. Now we have another Westie in congestive heart failure and he’s so knowledgeable and tells it like it is. Bottom line..if you want a vet who knows what he’s doing and doesn’t charge a fortune this is the place for your animals. His staff is professional and caring as well. A++

I have been coming here for over 10 years. I used to live down the road and do a bunch of rescue work with my boss who had told me about them because they were affordable. I was young and a broke student at the time but trying to do good. They always worked with us when it came to rescue animals. I had since gotten my own dog that I kept and continued to take there even after multiple moves. I thought about leaving once we moved really far away but I'm not. After talking to Dr Chappel about us moving to a farm and having two new dogs he agreed to take them on even though they are LGD. He's honest, fair, straight forward, and reasonable. Prices are fair and aren't going to cause you to miss a mortgage payment. Staff is amazing. They get the job done. They aren't going to try and upsell you things you really don't need. I can't say enough good about this place. They set the standard for what all vet offices should be like.

My dogs are my kids so when some crazy illness pops up I am a nervous wreck. I am always seen immediately and my dogs are well cared for, Dr. Rob is good at making us feel immediately relieved. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. His staff is fantastic too

The staff here are friendly and knowledgeable, and it feels as if they love my babies as much as I do.

Horrible customer service. I called them so many times for prescriptions or appointment. Either they put you on hold after picking up the phone or they don’t even pick up the phone or they are closed. Called them five times today, they put me five times on hold. The person on the phone was totally stressed out and not helpful at all. For now we came only once with our dog but the customer service on the phone is just horrible.

Cant say enough good things about this place. Staff is friendly and helpful. Dr Robby is one of the most kind and honest vets around. I wish I had one like him in my town. Still searching, but worth the trip to see him.

They having taking care of all our pets! Always helpful and let us know what is wrong and in a good way....No sugar coating. We love the staff, techs, and the Doctor. I recommend them!!!!

Very friendly workers, brought my dog with tumors in to remove and they had her out the very next day, all sewn up and ready to go

Dr Chappell and staff are great. Harley our dog was treated and spoiled by them .
