Had a very sick dog, and they wouldn't even respond to calls or voicemails. Very disappointing. Go somewhere else when your pet is in need!

They have horrible operating hours

Carolinas Animal Hospital and Dental Clinic never disappoint. Dr. Brown is always very caring and professional. She spends a lot of time explaining diagnoses and treatments. The staff sincerely cares about the animals and makes you feel at home. Kearston is always very friendly and helpful as well. I greatly appreciate it and am glad that our dog is in such good hands.

I have nothing but positive feedback for The Carolinas Animal Hospital and Dental. They really make you feel like you are a part of the "family" there and help ease all your concerns about your fur baby. I took my cavalier king charles pup there to get spayed for the sole reason that they use a therapeutic laser for the surgery to help swelling and bleeding - as well as resulting in less pain for your animal. She also came out of the surgery with sparkling clean teeth (and MINTY FRESH breath) - so it was quick and easy to get both the spay and dental work done. Dr. Brown obviously LOVES her job and was so knowledgeable and helpful - it really helped calm my nerves when taking my pup in. I have never experienced such a positive and inviting team and recommend them to anyone that is looking for a vet!

Dr. Queck is the best! My 10yr old dog needed a cracked molar removed (xrays showed a 2nd cracked tooth, so two molars ended up being extracted) and both vets that I frequently visit recommended her. Not only is my dog a “senior”, but she also has a protein disease (protein losing enteropathy). She takes 5 medications to help keep her stomach acting normally so I was nervous to put her under anesthesia for the tooth removal. I had a lot of questions leading up to the surgery and they were very nice whenever I called. I got text messages throughout the procedure and after a few days of recovery she was back to normal. My only issue is the price, since they specialize in dental procedures you’re going to pay a lot. Based on the estimates, it’s about 2-3x more expensive than if a standard vet performed the extraction. However, given my dog’s age and underlying disease, I was happy to pay the price to have someone with Dr. Queck’s (and the rest of her team’s) experience. Would highly recommend if you can afford it!

She put my mind at ease while also giving my honey bun the best care. A bright light I needed to see in a dark time. They are also very personable and up to date on state and federal requirements. I see a home here for all my future pets???? Some before and afters, naturally all puppy’s do is eat sleep and poop ???? [Snuggles is from Petsmart, think it was like $8]

CAH goes beyond my expectations! Professional, friendly and always ready to answer questions!

We recently moved here from out of state and needed to find a vet for our 14 year old dog who is blind and requires ongoing care. Everyone from the front office (thank you Ann) to the vet and technicians were very welcoming. Most importantly they provided the services without unnecessary delays while still allowing time to answer my questions.

Our furbabies have been patients since 2002 and I wouldn’t know what to do without all the wonderful care and love the doctors and staff have provided.

Everyone here was amazing. Dr.Brown sat down with me for over 30 minutes to go over everything and answer all my questions. The vets assistant was also extremely helpful when I asked about behavior modification with my new pup.

My husband took our puppy in for a first-time puppy visit and he was very pleased. I sent him with a list of questions for the vet, and she actually wrote the answers down on the paper. It was so nice they took the time to do that - and thoroughly cover what to expect with our new puppy. We are happy!

The staff are some of the best vets and technicians I have ever met

I had to have my cat Lucky euthanized after 14 years. The staff was compassionate, helpful and understanding. Lucky was given a peaceful and painless sendoff. Highly recommended.

They always take such great care of my dog when we visit. The staff is friendly and very helpful, caring and kind. They are the ones that caught her dry eye and recommended an optometrist who helped her tremendously.
