Pros: No wait times. Cons: Crazy expensive. Only offered most expensive treatments like cold lasers. Shop around! More options and equally good care at other places.

Changing veterinarians. Friendship Animal penny nickel and dimes something as simple as an annual rabies vaccination. I attempted twice to schedule my dog an appointment. The first time I was told I had to have a full exam done because she hadn’t been seen in some time… correct because she’s in great health, the last visit she had was almost $600 for an upset stomach and simply needs a vaccination I said no and attempted to find a clinic. The second time I was told she didn’t need an exam however I would have to pay $16.50 for a tech exam on top of the vaccination charge? This is a reason people get discouraged bringing their pets to a veterinarian and started utilizing low cost facilities and clinics. Find another vet.

Unfortunately we had to say goodbye to our faithful dog Moose. The staff were very warm and comforting to us throughout the process of saying goodbye. Thank you to Emily for helping us through this tough time. UPDATE 7/21/21: I transferred our other dogs records from an animal hospital in Fort Mill to here. Took our pit/boxer mix in for her annual checkup. Again the staff were wonderful! Dr. Panuska at his staff are warm, caring and great people. Do yourself and your furry loved ones an incredible favor and pay them a visit. You will not be disappointed.

We had a wonderful experience with Friendship Animal Hospital today! They were loving and kind to our pet and honestly so friendly and understanding. They were able to fit us in for an appointment even though they were very busy and our own vet couldn’t even fit us in until the end of next week (even after we stressed that our pup was in pain). It is obvious that they care so much about the animals that they are treating and we are very thankful to have found them! We have been hearing great reviews for some time and I’m happy to say we have found our new vet!

Just moved to NC from FL and (with 5 cats and one dog) was in need of a veterinarian. The receptionist, technician and veterinarian were ALL so very kind and helpful. As the boxes continue to get unpacked and other services get set up, I can reset assured I have my forever vet should I need them. Thanks everyone!

Transferred to Friendship from Carmel Road clinic. Best decision. Dr. at Frienship is knowledgeable, does not conduct unnecessary tests and truly cares about his patients. Their covid protocols keep everyone safe. I'd give them six stars if possible.

Let me start by saying that if you're searching than you should stop your search right here. My wife found two severely malnourished and sick baby kittens and we decided to get them healthy and foster them. We were referred to Friendship Animal hospital and they were able to get both kittens in the day after we called. We found out that "kitty A" had a very long list of issues to include a broken leg (in two places) and Kitty B had almost all the same issues but wasn't as sick. They were able to set the leg and treated all of the illnesses. It turned out to be too much for little kitty A and she didn't make it. I received a condolence letter in the mail today with personal notes from all of the staff. This little gesture was unexpected and meant so much to us. Kitty B is running around happy and heathy. I can't more strongly recommend this hospital. They went above and beyond to help us, and you can tell how much they genuinely care about the animals and their customers.

I’ve been taking my fur babies here for years. The staff is so friendly and Dr. Panuska is amazing. They recommend treatment and best practices but do not push anything excessive on you. A true partner in pet care :).

The first time I brought my new puppy, Hank, here, even despite the pandemic, Dr. Panuska came out and introduced himself to us. He went over Hank's first health assessment and was very friendly and down-to-earth. The entire staff is so sweet and accommodating. Hank is always excited to see them and is never nervous going to the vet - which makes it easier on this fur mama! I would recommend them to anyone wanting to establish care at a reliable vet with their pets.

One of the best vets I've encountered! Super friendly and professional. Love their monthly payment plans for wellness visits plus it includes heartworm and flea and tick treatment as well.
