The staff is so nice

Used the groomer today for the first time based upon a recommendation and reading the reviews on the Internet. Our dog has Cushing’s disease and lots of skin tags and needs to be treated gently and carefully. We tried several groomers before experiencing the excellent care and grooming of our dog. Prior to the grooming I talked with Tracy and reviewed what needed to happen and she had several suggestions about grooming. I felt comfortable when I left and two hours later, our dog came back happy, well groomed and we are now going to be customers. The business communicates well and calls back like they say they will and/or on time as they promised.

Bowzee Wowzee has my vote for best boarding and grooming. I've used other kennels and have had less than stellar experiences. When we picked our pup up he was happy and clean. The staff was professional and courteous, I highly recommend them for anyone looking to board their pet. Great job!

We bring our dogs here almost every week for daycare and they always love coming here in the mornings and leave everyday tuckered out! We love the attention to detail they provide and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. It’s nice to have a place that you trust with your dogs!

After an unhappy experience with my fur baby elsewhere, i had almost given up until I found these guys! The staff has worked with my puppy to help him feel safe and calm. The staff truly know and care about the dogs in their care. A huge thank you to the staff at Bowzee Wowzee!

Even when fully booked, which occurs often and typically a year in advance for major holidays, the staff will try to accommodate last minute requests when possible happily. The facility itself is a grade A facility, and the owner constantly puts money back into the business to ensure that the level of quality that the animals recieve does not diminish. As a customer, you can feel confident and relaxed that your pet(s) are in a facility where everyone cares and strives to make your fur friend happy and enjoy your vacation or event. Sonya, the manager, and her whole team are A++.

My dogs are always happy going to Bowsy Wowsy - they wag their tails as they follow the staff on back. They would show resistance if they weren’t totally happy there. The staff is great & I never worry about them.

Bowzee Wowzee is the only place that I would take Bowie for daycare & boarding. He attends daycare every day and loves going there. The staff makes sure that he is in a group suitable to his size and energy level, they are attentive to his needs and to any special requests that I might have. I appreciate the love and care that they give to each and every one of the dogs that are entrusted with.

I have been taking my dad's dogs here for a few years now for grooming and to be bordered . I just picked up the dog from being bordered for 2weeks and the dog looks so filthy.they were told to give the dog a haircut and a bath which they did not do. The inside of my car needs to be cleaned out now because the dog dirtied up the seat. I was told the dog was aggressive so the haircut couldn't be done, and they said that whoever pick the dog up last time from being bordered was told this . That is a lie because Im they only person to pick up the dog ever and they never said anything of the sort . I packed over a month of supply of dog food and dog biscuits for the two weeks that the dog was going to be bordered. When I picked the dog up after the two weeks their was absolutely no more dog food or biscuits. when I questioned it they told me well sometimes if we drop the dog food on the floor we have to throw it out and get more dog food.so I asked how many times was the food thrown out they just looked at me . In the two weeks that the dog was there my father and I called to check on the dog and asked how everything was going ,not once did anyone say that the dog was aggressive and couldn't get a haircut or they spill dog food or anything . I'm very upset and worried that my dad's poor dog was mishandled and not taking very good care of . We will never go back there and never recommend this place to anybody else.

I have 2 older pitbulls and the staff toke care of them very well. The staff are very professional and are true pet lovers. Will be taking them back when going out of town.

We love Bowzee Wowzee! You won’t find more caring people anywhere. I’ve been in the pet field for over 12 years as an operations manager and after they gave me the grand tour of the entire facility and took the time to go over their routines—I discovered these folks dot their i’s and cross their t’s! Someone definitely has trained the staff here to the highest level of care. Moreover, I am always delighted at how much they appreciate the clients as much as they love the pups.
