Pack Pet Resort Indian Trail, South Carolina

Recently we noticed that Indian trail had a dog care facility and decided to swing in to check it out since we have a young yellow lab puppy that could use some friends and socializing. Upon arrival we were greeted with very kind and happy staff members. The front desk was so inviting and cute! We had a very professional walk through on the fly and everything was so clean and smelled nice! The outdoor area looked so fun and after the whole walk through we decided this will be the place our lil girl will enjoy while we are at work or on vacations! Thank you for making us feel confident that our girl will be well cared for!!!!

It means so much to me that I can leave my pup in a warm, friendly, caring environment while I'm at work. Because of the trusting relationship built, I can focus on what I need to because I know Zeus is well cared for by Pack Pet staff. Pack Pet will be our pup's home away from home, always.

Our Lab, Ozzi, seemed to really enjoy his stay at Pack Pet and we really enjoyed the pictures and videos we were sent of his stay. It was nice to see that he was having fun while we were away. I would use them again and would recommend them to my friends.

Pack has always been a great place for our dogs. They have a great time in the kennel for weekend stays and their groomers are good and the dogs come back without being traumatized.

Wonderful place staff super friendly and very knowledgeable . They did a good job with our German Shepherd . We will be repeat customer's for sure !

Our fur baby is a ten year old rescue. To say he is a nervous nellie is an understatement. He’s petrified of pretty much everything. The folks at Pack Pet Resort are so patient and loving with him. They took the time to learn his personality and they constantly give him the reassurance and love he needs. Dropping your baby off for boarding can pull at your heart strings because its a family member you are having to leave him/her behind, but I can tell you I have zero doubts about the facility and the folks - they are great!

We had an absolutely horrible experience at the Indian Trail Pack Pet Resort. My dogs have been to many boarding places and loved their last one, we recently moved and we’re looking for a new boarding place. I called and spoke to someone for a while and scheduled a meet and greet for the dogs and a tour for me. I had requested that my dogs stay together and play together. During the phone call and the tour I was told that this was absolutely OK, it is also listed on the website that your dogs can play privately. When I picked up my dogs I was met with the most unprofessional customer service the girl was extremely rude and stated they are no longer allowing private sessions and won’t accept my dogs. I was extremely offended by how she handled everything. I would understand if I was told they do not have the capacity to handle private play times but being told that they do and then that they will not allow it in the most rude manner was really upsetting. the place was nice and clean and even if she said private sessions were OK I would still reconsider my dog staying there because of how bad the customer service is.

It was a great experience for my cat. I was sent updates daily and called if needed. I felt at ease knowing he was cared for.

The folks at Pack Pet Resort are wonderful. We take our barking Beagle mix there weekly for daycare, and despite his spoiled home life, he’d prefer to live at Pack if he could. Everyone is always smiling and happy-to-help. Their love for the animals shows. And the place is always very clean. Aside from daycare, we’ve also boarded our dog, Jakey, and he came home happy, healthy and exhausted from all the playing he got over the weekend. A special mention and “thank you” to Maegan - Pack Pet Resort’s training manager. We’ve completed four of her classes and our dog shows such vast improvement. He’s a five-year old rescue, and Maegan taught him (and us) so many things. She’s so friendly and professional, and her classes are fun, productive and very reasonably priced, so check them out. Pack Pet Resort is a wonderful place filled with great folks!

My dog Ryan loves coming to Pack. The employees are the nicest people and very helpful. They really got to know my dog during his visit. The building is very clean and nice. I recommend Pack to anyone who has a dog.

My Baxter loves going to the Pack. I feel that he's well taken care of and SO exhausted when he gets home from playing with his friends

We absolutely love this place and so does our dog. The doggie day care is great when you know you have a crazy day and want them to still be able to play and have fun. Our Malinois always comes back happy and exhausted (not an easy feat for a Malinois!). We've also had a great experience when we've needed to board her overnight when traveling. Highly recommend Pack Pet.

I love this place and so does Jeffrey! He is always so excited to go. He has a great time. I love being sent pictures to see how his day is going. Everyone is always so nice.

This is a great spot! I can tell they care about my dog! I love getting the progress reports. Very clean facility and I love the play times they have for the pups.

Awesome place! Our dog is always super excited to go, and is super happy when we pick her up. They offer a number of services like grooming and nail clipping. We have used those two services and they have done a good job. Our dog, Ginny, loves the staff.

Our two middle-aged dogs loved their stay there! They got to play with other dogs daily. One of the features I loved are the daily “report cards” that come, complete with pictures/videos and updates. I highly recommend Pack Pet Resort for anyone looking to board their pets.

I love my fur baby so it’s important for me to have peace of mind when I have to travel without her. Pack Pet Resort is not the most conveniently located kennel to my home but it’s definitely worth the extra drive. I feel confident that my pooch will be happy and well cared for. I also love the daily pictures.

Gracie had a great time at pack pet resort, it almost seemed like she wanted to stay longer(after 1 week). So much love for my fur baby!

Really disappointed on the grooming service my dog received. I was going to call but didn’t see the point in complaining to them because there’s nothing to be done anymore. My dog has stayed here twice now and the first grooming service was ok, not great as she still had tangles. But the last one they didn’t even bother to brush her after her bath. Her hair was so matted because they just made her look fluffy and blow dried. Not ok. I had to trim her to her lowest setting at a different groomer. It was really bad. This place is ok for boarding even if it feels a bit not clean. They take care of your dog well and even call you if it’s not feeling well.

We've been taking our dog here to board for years. She is a rescue that is skittish and slow to warm to people, but she always has a good time during her stays. Wonderful staff and facility.

We absolutely love this place! Our dog always loves being boarded here and the staff are excellent! I never have to worry when he’s at Pack!

Pack Pet Resort does an awesome job!

The entire staff takes great care of my fur baby Kaz. We always warmly greeted when we drop him off and show him so much love. We trust he's in good hands and love to see his excitement when we pull up.

It gives me peace of mind to know that Sparkle has playtime with other dogs and human interaction. I receive daily photos. I also appreciate that the Pack Pet Resort ensures all dogs are vaccinated.
