The Paw Palace Grooming and Training Facility Forest City, South Carolina

I have taken my puppy here thrice; twice for cleaning and one for boarding, she has been well behaved each time and seems to be happy to see come staff members. The staff are polite, so just call when you enter the parking lot.

Love the staff and our 3 dogs did great for a 2 night stay.

Cashier was very, very polite and liked to talk as much as i did. Like that they stay open till 12am

They take great care of our Fur-babbies. Whether it is grooming or boarding, they are my choice!!

Always friendly and seem to genuinely care for the animals. Kelly always greets Duke by name and loves on him like he's her own.

Fabulous place. The employees are super nice and very kind to my dogs. I highly recommend this place for dog grooming and nail trimming.

I took my pet here to be groomed. I dropped her off at 745 am they texted me around 506pm saying she was not ready, she had not been touched and that i need to come pick her up bc a groomer got sick—to bring her back the next morning. I’m thinking ok when exactly did the groomer get sick and when were they going to start on her bc they close at 5/530 and why didn’t anyone call me sooner than closing time. So the next morning i get another text saying We are short staffed and we will call you to get your pet back in rotation. Needless to say this was last month and i have yet to hear back from anyone there. Even though my pet will not be back, i do not appreciate how we were treated. i feel like the situation could’ve been handled better. i also feel like they just didn’t want to groom her but maybe it was just us or my thinking. But it was very unacceptable.

Not really sure about this place yet. I called at the beginning of this week, and had to leave a message. I have a couple of general questions about bathing my furry baby girl and clipping her nails, but I haven't received a call back yet...still waiting guys!

They were mean and talked to me as if I were a leper. As if I didn't belong.

First time taking my Yorkies to the groomer since moving here almost a year ago. They both had the best cuts they've ever had. I was extremely pleased!

They are so good with my fur baby and he doesn't come home stressed out. Very reasonable prices.

We recommend The Paw Palace for grooming and boarding. We have used their services for grooming for years snd been very pleased, but just last month took a trip to visit friends who live out of town and we needed to board our two dogs for a week. They took great care of our dogs and even sent us pictures. Definitely the best place in town.

Hours are not compatible with my schedule. Called four times before I got a live person.

They did a great job on my daughters husky.

They were really nice, my furbaby smelled so good ehen i picked him up.???? it was a little more than im used to paying but it was worth it.

I just moved here from Chicago and was so nervous to take my baby to a new groomer. The amazing staff at Paw Palace went above and beyond for us! They were so good with my dog and her neurotic owner!

They do an excellent job on our fur baby. Bathed, groomed, and hygiene.

We asked them more than once no perfumes he was perfumes. Shaved my dog twice last time without asking. My dog has never growed at anyone but growed at the groomer when she came to car to get him. Will be finding new groomer.

I have been using Paw Palace for about a year for our family Yorkie. They always ask us how to cut his hair and always get it the way we need it done for each season. I would recommend them to any of my friends.

Great groomers for Large Breeds

The associate's are all super nice and they do a wonderful job! They are concerned about each pet! Will be going back. This wasn't my 1st time. Prices are very reasonable and clean environment!

I had such bad luck with a groomer and finding one until The Paw Palace. They were wonderful with my Bear. They were kind and professional to me. My baby was a mess but came out a prince. I would recommend them to anyone.

Cheaper than the competition and provided a nice cut. They are professional with both my dogs, and my dogs are comfortable there.
