It was my first visit. I did ask for help. The store employee was helpful.

I normally don’t do reviews on this site. Because of my experience I felt it needed to be said. I do not recommend this place for grooming needs. When u have questions about the grooming and etc. They are not on the same page with each other. You get multiple answers that doesn’t add up. Here’s a little side note for pet co: Make sure your entire staff is on the same page when it come to grooming, training or store questions. Your only making your store look worse than it really is.

Clean and nice place. Everything you need for your fur babies

The store is kept clean and tidy. It's bright and has a positive vibe about it. All the employees are super friendly and helpful. I'd shop and adopt from here over Pet Smart any given day.

Selection, atmosphere , friendly never pushy but always someone to answer questions

It's declined in the last year. Not very knowledgeable about exotics, but it's a chain retail store so what do you expect. ????

I bought an item back in January, during pandemic. During that time, the store was not allowing returns, but said to check back if I needed to return it. I did, but still unable to return. I forgot about it until recently, and went to return item, but figured I would only get store credit. But I was wrong, staff was friendly, and refunded my $$! Down side was there wasn't a lot of merchandise in the small store, lots of space used for other dog services like bathing, trimming etc.

They always have dead fish in their tanks everytime I go in there. They never honor their website pricing and it's sometimes difficult to get help.

Friendly staff and knowledge of products.

I normally buy the Purina kitten food at Pet Smart but they were out. I found it at Petco and the manager told me he would order more. I will buy it from Petco from now on. I used to work with employee John Thompson at Florence Darlington Tech. I was Bus. Dept. Chair and he taught Accounting for me. He is a valuable employee and I hope you like him. He did a superior job for me over a lot of years.

Went in with questions about dog food. Got in and out within 5 minutes

Friendly, helpful staff, cleanliness of store, items easy to find. They offered me help while shopping but due to the layout of items I did not need any. I did enjoy the conversation at checkout. This is my go to store.

I feed my yorkie Merrick brand dog foods & also the Instinct raw mixers. I like that Petco has standards for the brands they carry, so even if a dog owner knows nothing about dog nutrition, you can buy anything on the shelf at Petco & know it's a quality product. Staff is usually pretty helpful & products are usually in stock.

I went to this place with an out of control over the top hyper dog and in one class Grace had cut that in half and six classes later BeauGarde is a perfect gentleman. I cannot sing her praises enough. EVERYONE with a dog that needs manners HAS to come see Grace she is AMAZING!!!!!!!!

Every ones helpfull and I like h oil w they all listen and talk to you abuot your pets and they help with us and our littel wee willy they dont cadigorey all pet in a gruop they care abuot you and your baby they luve to see pet and puc of your baby. And they dont force you to bye what wuold not work for your pet just to make money well shop there as long as they are caring and lovin to every one the way they do I say shop Petco for your baby care

They're pretty friendly, and the girl at the register reminded me of a sale so I could get a free item I qualified for-- I thought that was pretty nice.

They got anything you want or dog

I have 2 little dogs so I had called yesterday and went today to get some flea prevention for them so they will not have fleas because they sleep in my bed.they do not have fleas now .they love going out side in the yard and laying in the grass and on my patio.

Pencil was nice and friendly and very helpful with my pet needs

Picked up some feeder goldfish and rosy red minnows. The employees were friendly.

The store was late to open. None of the employees apologized for the delay. There was no cashier when I was ready to checkout. I found all the employees in an aisle at the back of the store talking. None of them apologized even though I made it clear that I was unhappy with the service. The absolute worst customer service I have ever come across at a large franchise establishment. I will not be returning.

Service and selection is top notch.

So many choices for everything your pet needs (or even wants like toys). My cats love the treats they've gotten from here. This is amazing because one of my cats is extremely picky about her treats. Also, they both don't like seafood/fish or beef, so it's all poultry at our house. PetCo has a great selection of poultry treats and food for cats! They also love their toys! So many good toys! We will definitely be back!
