I like the counselors here and they are kind and helpful and my mom's mental health has improved a lot. However scheduling is a headache. For example, I had an appointment for my mom scheduled for the 13th because I couldn't take her on the 8th, yet they keep sending me reminders of the 8th appointment with the 13th disregarded. She's also been declared a "no show" despite having a different date scheduled so it's honestly annoying.

I can not stand the protocol for this facility. They allow the counselor to take over all of your health care. My counselor was rude, disrespectful, and screamed at me. They canceled my appointment with a specialist and moved me to a nurse practitioner. She lied to me and she's unethical. She did not look after my best interests. They will shift you around regardless of your choices. They avoided allowing me to speak to the director. They avoided slowing me to speak to the specialist. It's a horrible experience.

the staff are very nice to me and they help me a whole lot with my mental health issues and very kindhearted counselor, nurses and my doctor that I see every time that I go there love them so much.

Rude reception staff and compassionless "counselor".
