Really love this office super sweet and very detailed. Also loved the talk to you about price before going right in, things have been tight and they really helped me figure out pricing! Definitely Transitioning all my animals to palmetto ????

We recently had our dog get very sick. The doctor had to give us very bad news. She ended up passing with us at home. But while in the office the staff was so kind, caring and gentle, both with me and my dog. I would highly recommend.

I bring my dog Baby to Palmetto Animal Hospital, have been doing it since I moved to Florence, SC 3-4 years ago. They treat us well and show concern. We've seen Dr. Lee Burnett, but all their staff is quite lovely. I have not seen them upsell once and recommend things for sake of recommending $, always honest advice. I appreciate the human element, hope to not have to see them for non-routine services ;)

OPEN 7 DAYS A WEEK. !!!! WOW...!! THATS RARE IN ITSELF.!! GREAT FRIENDLY. COMPASSIONATE STAFF.. EVEN HAS AN OLD FRIEND, JOSH , FROM ANIMAL HOSPITAL IN BLENHEIM WORKING THERE. MY DOGS HAVE ALWAYS PICKED LATE SAT AND SUN. TO GET SICK !! ????????SO THIS IS DEFINITELY THE HOSPITAL TO GO TO !!

So apparently they are just like Sam's Club were you gotta have a membership to buy anything. Couldn't even purchase flea product for dog w/o an account ????

Visit was not a happy one. We put our Biscuit to sleep. Service was wonderful, thoughtful and considerate. We received a paw print plaque and artful ash container. Vet service was always professional.

Very kind and helpful when we needed boarding for our dog Nova!

Update: I had to put my Gracie down while I was there. She was so sick.. About a week ago, I checked my mail and I received the sweetest card with her paw print and name. It looked like they took time doing it. They also sent seeds and a postcard of the rainbowbridge poem. It was very thoughtful. That was such a very devastating day for me. I appreciate it so much the thoughtfulness. Thank you. Came here on the weekend because my regular vet was closed. My 16 year old cat, Gracie Nelson, stopped eating. Everyone was so kind. I saw Dr. Chandler Bruening. She was very thorough and kind. She explained what all the blood levels were for me to understand and that my Gracie's kidney disease has progressed. She explained different options for me and was very patient. I was very impressed with her empathy and knowledge. Thank you, Dr. Bruening and thank you to all the staff here and Brittany. She was very kind and went over all the information with me and pricing. I will definitely be coming back in the future. Highly recommend this place!

No emergency case funding. I will explain. Not a one star. My grandson bumped my phone while I was making a review. I am sorry for the confusion!! I called in once with an emergency situation and we had just had a house fire and injured cat that needed to be seen and did not have the full funds. I was just saying that there needs to be a sort of a people care fund to help defray costs of emergency visits. Hope that helps.

Fast and friendly service even though it was on a Saturday.

The accommodated our boarding needed when we had an emergency! They were excellent and our dog we happy, well-fed and clean when we picked her up!

Excellent service!! They took very good care of our Lacey. We loved Dr. Hammett and all of his helpers. I would highly recommend them if you have a pet emergency.

Absolutely the best vet clinic ever! I was a client for a while, but had to move about an hour away for work. None of the vets in my new town compare, so I came back to Palmetto Animal Hospital and Dr. Burnett! The staff is so friendly, helpful, and informative. Lots of patience with anxious clients! I know my animals are safe in their hands and they will be well cared for. I love this place!

The staff were nice. They worked with me on a few options I like they have weekend and emergency hours. Only downfall is they are a bit pricey. Otherwise they are a really great place

Been going here for 3 years now and the Vets and staff are always compassionate towards my dogs. They always go the extra mile to make us comfortable. ????????????????????

Great Vets and staff all around. They take such good care of Malfoy. Very satisfied! They also referred me to another great Vet at The Animal Hospital on Cashua. The Animal Doctor.

Dr Bruening has been a godsend for my pack! She's helped me through sending 2 of my babies over the rainbow bridge and each time, she not only sympathized with me, she cried with me. That means everything to a pet parent who has to make that difficult decision She's also been the only vet within a 100 mile radius to finally help resolve major digestive issues for one of my kiddos. I will never use another vet besides Dr Bruening. The level of care she provides is phenomenal! My 5 dogs are in the best care with Dr Bruening!

After multiple vets I think we have finally found our home i love this place!!!
