quickly squeezed us in for an emergency visit without an appointment. staff was sweet, vet was helpful & in no rush to answer all my questions. hopefully next visit will be under better circumstances :)

Will not let you sit with your pet while they get put down. Vet was Dr. Marita Anderson, will not come back and do not recommend.

My Jamie loves it up there and cries when we leave. Dr. Anderson and those little girls who love and hug/kiss him are amazing. All three doctors are worth a visit.

I have been taking my dog to them for 3 and half years and today he had an appointment at 3pm we got there and the parking lot was so full there wasn't anywhere to park. I went in and checked in and my husband made a space to park. He stayed outside with our dog because the waiting room was full with about 8 dogs, a cat, a rat and a raccoon. After waiting until 45 minutes past our appointment we were finally called. Then we were directed to a room that appeared to be an operating room not a regular exam room. By this time my dog was hot and anxious. Then the doctor went to get the medication for his heartworm shot and there wasn't enough medication to give him his shot. So then she informed us it takes 30 minutes once the medication is mixed up before she can give it to him and she asked us to come back in 30 minutes. I was very disappointed with the service today and I'm thinking I may need to find another place to take my dog.

Ive been going here for a few years now and i couldn't be happier with them. They are affordable, compassionate, professional, nice, friendly, caring, and overall just wonderful people. They truly are the best in Florence and probably South Carolina. I highly recommend them.
