We had to let our baby Leonidas of over 11 years cross the rainbow bridge. Dr. Van Vlake and the entire staff aided us with with this. These people have become family to us and was certainly loved by Leonidas. There are none better. Thank you all for your caring and support during that time

I had to go there to do one of the hardest things I've ever had to do. My best friend, the best dog, ever, was ready to move on & cross the Rainbow Bridge. The people there were so kind. I was too emotional at the time to tell them, but I really appreciate the kindness & care they gave to all of us.

wonderful caring people who work there very organized and actually do love the animals because they're the only hospital that will take sick dogs in the middle of the night everyone else you have to be an established patient so they'll let the animal die that's great isn't it but not at Hewitt you might have to pay a little bit more but at least they will take them I don't call the other places but it's just about the money they don't care about the animals

Took my too pups their because they was acting lethargic, tested negative for pavo and coccidia. They could not provide any information or a solution for my pups. Very nonchalant, not nice or welcoming and wanted to push me out because I was asking too many questions. Two days later my pups were still sick, so I took them to another clinic (Westside) and comes to find out they did have coccidia and it was severe. I really don’t recommend this place, someone needs to be reprimanded.

We have used Hewitt Animal Hospital for our pets needs for over a decade. I cannot imagine going elsewhere. Everyone is helpful, friendly, professional, and our pets health is top priority.

I brought my cat to get fixed and her shots. They were gently because she is a small size adult cat and they loved her. She is adorable so. They made sure she is healthy and good to go for the surgery. They explained every step of the way. I would definitely recommend there.
