We have taken our cat, Charlotte, to Mint Hill Animal Hospital for checkups and boarding on several occasions. The staff is always kind, courteous and caring, and they have taken very good care of our baby. We highly recommend.

I was very impressed with the care my dog received. Dr. Joyce and Trish worked with my very sick dog all afternoon and even after hours for her to receive the medicine and food she needed to get well. I highly recommend the Mint Hill Animal Hospital.

I’m pleased with the level of care I’ve received from the staff at Mint Hill Animal Hospital. My cat gets nervous around strangers, and they handled her so gently for her recent exam and vaccinations.

On March 27 my 7 month old puppy was sick with vomiting, lethargy and not drinking water. I called MHAH for help. And even though we aren't current clients (yet) they made room at the last minute on a busy Saturday to see my girl. Dr. Katherine Lentz was kind, professional and thorough. And every staff member I've spoken with on that day and since then has been friendly and compassionate. I look forward to a long relationship with the wonderful people at this clinic!

We've taken our pups here for 15 years. I was disappointed when the vets changed somewhat recently, but I have be very happy with the vets that I talked to during my last 2 visits. They were very thorough, patient, and provided excellent care to my pup.

Had an emergency and my regular vet was booked so i went to Mint Hill Animal Hospital. Fabulous people and reasonably priced. Our baby is all better. Very pleased

Worst customer service I have experienced! Does not deserve even one star as if today! I have taken both of my rescue cats here over past two plus years. Spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars for multiple dental extractions for one cat, labs, xrays,office visits, boarding fees, vaccines, end of life care for one and nail trims. One cat from shelter only had front nails and this vet always charged half price due to half the work for the nail trim. This week when I scheduled the cat for her nail trim I reminded them she only has back nails and I am always charged half the fee. I was told to tell the attendant when I come. I came at correct time and called office due to curb side pick up. Told the attendant she only has back nails and I get half price. Got a call as I waited in my car from office manager telling me ‘due to covid they can not do the discount price’ Telling me they have to take two techs away from the doctors (I was there 9:15 and I bet doctors were maybe just getting there) to hold my very passive cat and one to trim the nails. I said it always takes two techs and it is done in half the time due to only back nails. She refused to honor this and had the tech bring my cat back to the car with no nail trim!! What are they thinking?? Are we not the customer? Have I not paid in full every bill each time I came? Hundreds of dollars? Well this was my last visit with them. So sad they do not know how to treat their customers!! When I told my daughter (and I will tell many others) she said the same day she purchased chocolate chips at Harris Teeter and the cashier apparently forgot to bag them. When she called the store the manager said she would drive them right out to her. Now that’s customer service!! Good Bye to Mint Hill Animal Hospital!!

My many pets get excellent care. The staff, technicians and veterinarians are knowledgeable, professional, caring, friendly and kind. Highly recommend!!!

Very friendly and helpful! An update to my previous review: I wish I could add more stars right now. I have a new kitten that got sick on a Thursday night. The office worked him into their schedule Friday. Dr. Mocanu saw him and kept me updated on his progress through out the day. She has gone above and beyond by checking on him several times after he came home Friday and today by email. I couldn't be more grateful for how she has responded and everything she has done to make sure he is ok. It really shows her love for the animals in her care.

We have taken all our pets to Mint Hill Animal Hospital for 37 years. The doctors and entire staff are caring, compassionate and always go above and beyond for all our pet's needs. We highly recommend!

My cats have been patients of Dr Jones for over 10 years. I find her easy to communicate with. I never feel rushed. I don't feel like she recommends unnecessary procedures or tests. She gives her opinion and leaves it up to you.

Dr Gallagher is amazing. She is so caring & a very good Dr. She has taken great care of our babies....She is so loving.

Every time I have brought my cat for a visit or checkup it’s been great. If there is a wait, it’s not too long. The veterinarians I have met have all been knowledgeable and understanding. They are very friendly and love the animals. My cat came out healthy and happy! I would recommend this clinic over and over! They are absolutely my favorite vet office I’ve ever been to!

They squeezed us in on Christmas Eve to see our foster cat with a bad ear infection. The staff were friendly and helpful. The Dr was amazingly helpful. Flushed his infection and offered a diagnosis to a long standing issue the cat was having. This was very helpful so we could manage his condition. I highly recommend them.

This is a great veterinarian! We have taken our cat to other places and it has been really stressful for our cat and us. This is a fear free vet. They were calm and very good with our cat. It was the best vet visit we have ever had.
