We've been going to Seventy First Animal Hospital since about 2000, we love the staff, Sandi, Kathy, Christy, Marie, and especially Dr Wright, Dr. Anna, And Dr. Cross. They are very helpful, compassionate, and caring. Great customer and patient care. My fur-babies are in great care there. Love you gals.

I have always found the staff friendly and quick to respond. They definitely care about the animals.

The front desk staff was amazingly welcoming and kind on a very stressful day. The assistant who did the initial intake and husbandry was very professional yet friendly and thorough. Dr.Wright was very straightforward and honest about what my pet needed to get well and stay well. My treatment options and possible outcomes were presented in an easy to understand manner. Every option was presented with a price and a choice. I knew I left my baby in good hands when he needed some x-rays. I will be returning for future care for my pet.

My experience there was great and the staff was very helpful! I love how the veterinarian explained all the questions I asked in detail. I am so glad I took my baby there!

Wonderful Staff. Everyone greets you with a smile. This was my 1st visit with my new puppy Dakota. Meeting the Veterinarian you instantly could feel her passion for the job and the animals. I expected to get hit hard in the old wallet, but the prices were very reasonable. I'm so pleased with the service and overall experience of the Veterinarian Clinic. Keep up the good work guys, YOU ROCK!!!

The assistant and the vet were great. the assistant was gentle and loving towards my dog. and the vet was very helpful with her wealth of knowledge. she answered all my questions and actually make me smarter on the areas I was asking. my former vet would take my pet to the back and I would wait. I enjoy being in the room with my pet during the examination. great job!!!

An unprofessional hospital when it comes to the staffing at the front end. Reception is unkind, rude, and hospital manager does nothing about the attitude of the staff. I believe that their care for animals is decent, but the attitude of reception staffing heavily outweighed the experience.

This is the best organization to service any pet that you have in love

They denied my rabbit emergency care and my rabbit died!!! Very unhappy with this place. The lady on the phone was super rude and was no help. Do not recommend this place as they do not care about your animals.

When I put Calli in her carrier she knows she will see Dr Jones and off we go. We are greeted with a phone call when we arrive and then the visit. Everyone is kind, gentle and professional. Calli is not afraid of DrJones even though she did her surgery. She is easy to talk to and no question is off limits. I love taking my cat to the Vet as she and the staff are wonderful.

They were able to serve me and my dog right when we arrived. I filled out paperwork in my car then they came and took my dog for the exam and brought her back within 15 minutes. Everything was down orderly and professionally and they were very helpful and friendly.

71st is not my usual vet but I came in to have my guinea pig looked at (because my vet doesn’t treat exotics) and they were very kind and supportive. They talked me through all the options and supported my decision in the end. Thank you to all the staff for making a very difficult day a little easier!

They were so gentle with my cats! And the sweetest people you’ll ever meet!! I will never take my cats anywhere else!!

I would give it a zero star if I could. I called this morning bc my dog collapsed and they said they could try and fit her in. She stopped breathing and that's all they could say. Your an animal hospital but couldn't try and save my baby

I am changing vets for the first time in nearly 20 years, after some changes in policy that I didn’t agree with. I was looking around online for a reputable vet in the area, and chose 71st because they see ferrets and I have two. This visit, however, was for my new puppies, who are five months old at the time I’m writing this. I had a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the vet even stuck around after the exam and asked me if I had any questions as well as answered my questions. At no time did I feel like she was in a hurry or rushing to get out of my room and that made me feel heard. They also did price checking for the preventatives that I know my pups need, and didn’t make it seem like I was a bad or irresponsible owner if I couldn’t afford those meds that very minute. Thankfully, I was able to add that purchase. The only issue, and it is a small one compared to the exceptional service I received, was the wait time. I know there is little that can be done about that especially in these trying times, so I have no reason to harp on it. I do know for the future that I have to bring something to keep my puppies entertained for that waiting period in the parking lot as it was longer than I expected it to be. I will definitely be returning, and recommending this vet to my friends and family!

I recently was given my first puppy and needed a place to go that would help with her care long term. Seventy First hospital is super accommodating and very professional. They are so helpful with helping me take care of my puppy. I am very excited that I took my puppy here!

I just love how the veterinarians are so great with my dog who flips out each time. The whole staff is wonderful from beginning to end.

Staff is extremely rude. And they are over priced.

Amazing and knowledgeable doctors and staff.

On 8/18/2021, I had to wait approximately 1 1/2 hours for my dog Lucky to be seen even though I had arrived 15 mins early per their instructions. Today 9/7/2021, my appointment for Coco was at 8:15 and I arrived at 8:02. At 8:40 a.m. I asked one of the personnel how much longer and was told that the person who was going to see my dog was dropping her children off that it could be a few more minutes or an hour. Once delayed okay but second time delayed, I see a pattern.

Everyone was awesome. They were careful with my baby Champ and knew all the answers to my questions. I’m really glad I came here and I’m so happy this place is exactly what I wanted it to be! These ladies are awesome!

They took great care of my dog Colt when him had a ear infection.

They are wonderful and have given my animals the best care that is possible. In my opinion Dr. Wright is wonderful and very pro active in the treatment of my fur babies
