Dr. Katie and Dr. Dale are delights. Dr. Katie Nelson is sweet and personable, and Dr. Dale makes everyone feel like a long time client. It’s a very busy clinic but they still always manage to fit us in when stuff comes up. It’s a bit more pricy for things like vaccines, but overall their costs are what you expect.

Had to find a surgeon quickly for my dog's torn CCL, as my vet does not perform TPLO surgery on large dogs. Dr. Dale called me back the same day, explained the process well, and answered all my questions about the procedure, recovery, and pricing. They had availability in their calendar for one week out. We ended up going with a surgeon we already know from working with our horses. But we appreciated Riverbark's fantastic service and would've been comfortable taking our dog for surgery there too.

We have always loved Riverbark Veterinary Hospital and will never take our babies anywhere else. Dr. Dale is amazing and the entire staff is knowledgeable and courteous. I am so pleased that Dr. Nelson has joined the practice. She took such wonderful care of our cat, Jerry and was so patient explaining the new dietary restrictions he is going to require. I recommend them to all of our friends and family!!

Can’t say enough good things about this place. They got us in very last minute on a holiday and went above and beyond for us. Dr Brown was so warm and welcoming. You can tell he really cares about his patients. We will definitely be back!

Took my cat in for a checkup. She was healthy and the bill was way lower than I expected, a total of $189 for 3 vaccines and a few exams. We saw Dr. Dale and he was very kind and professional regarding my concerns with my pet. Everyone was very nice and the wait time wasn’t too bad. I will definitely be back!

Today was our first visit for our German Shepherd & we are very satisfied!! Prior to coming to Rivenbark, we were at a vet in Dunn. The experience AND the price is night & day difference! The doctor was extremely patient, welcoming, & comforting! She is amazing!! Our GS was very hesitant but warmed up very quickly. The front desk staff are very friendly & helpful. I wish I could give this office 10 stars! We have found our fur babies new vet!!

Dr. Dale Brown is absolutely amazing. Our cat has been having some issues and he is always responsive and is always readily available to see her. You can tell he truly cares about every pet he sees and really loves what he does. 100% the best vet I've ever taken my pets to and the only one around Fayetteville I will recommend moving forward.

I took my 3 month old pups in to be seen today as my male wasn’t being himself nor was he eating. They ran tests and explained each step they took. Positive test happened to be Parvo.. they recommended hospitalizing him for IV’s and treatment. Went over pricing and what it detailed. I obviously agreed. My animals are my children and I want him to get better. They took him back and finished treating his sister. I explained I had another pup (8 months old) at home. They were quick to see her too to treat and vaccine to prevent them catching it too. Their staff is friendly and amazing. I literally drive 8 hours once a year for my cats vaccines (Pennsylvania) because I fell in love with the vet clinic we had. But I think I’m done traveling for the vet. My husband and I agree, this place and these people are part of the family now.

I love this place. Love it Love it Love it. Had to shop around for a vet for my doggers. First 3 places too busy or weren't accepting new clients. My fourth call was to Riverbark Vet Hospital... I was in less than an hour. The wait? What wait!?! Seriously, get here and they'll do the rest. Prices? Very affordable, in my humble opinion. Dr. Brown, though busy as he is, made me and my dogs feel like we were the "special" ones. I'm giving them a "5 Star". What's that? My doggies give em a three out of three Ruff Ruff...Ruff.

I love it here but the wait times have been ridiculous lately. I expect a wait for any appointment but when I have an appointment at 8:30 on a Wednesday morning and don’t actually see someone until after 10:30 that’s different. The following day I came back for a simple nail trim for my dogs and waited an hour to be taken back. The care is great, Dr Dale is great, but this might cause us to look elsewhere.

Mac the cat had a good experience. The Vet tech was caring and professional. He was examined and treated by Dr. Brown. Mac is feeling better and happy again. Squirrel the dog was there for a rabies shot and heart worm test. She was seen quickly. I chose Riverbark because Mac needs a health certificate to travel to Italy and the reviews. It was my first time there and I didn’t know what to expect. The waiting area is large and comfortable. Their was plenty of room to spread out with your pets. To me it wasn’t a long wait to be seen. I had 2 pets with different needs. They apologized for the wait .They told me it was a room issue and they are expanding. I have waited longer at a doctors appointment. I liked the professional staff and the way they treated Mac and Squirrel. Overall positive experience for everyone. They have my confidence in caring for Mac and Squirrel. ***Update on my last visit with Mac Sept 8,2021 Mac had to get an examination and they had a bunch of paperwork to fill out for the Italian Government and the USDA. Everything they did was correct. I mailed everything to USDA to get approved and returned to me. Our experience was great with Riverbark. Mac is back with my Son and his family in Italy! Thank You Riverbark! Now the flight to Italy with a 17 lbs cat was a hot mess!!

Dr. Dale Brown is the best vet I have ever been to! He is so caring and truly loves his patients. My senior cat had many medical issues pop up right when we moved here from overseas, and the staff at Riverbark took great care of him! Dr. Dale is always willing to listen to my concerns, even after hours. Your fur babies will be in good hands at Riverbark!

I usually deal with Dr. Dale on Ramsey I Fayetteville but my baby needed to see a vet bad for a cough. Dr. Jenny took care of her and the assistants were super sweet!!! My bella has anxiety and they were gentle and kind to her. Was nervous with her not seeing Dr Dale (because he is awesome) but now I feel comfortable taking to to Dr. Dale or Dr. Jenny

The Vet was very comforting to me, when we had to put down my beautiful kitty who was over 20 years old. We were so sad and the vet helped me

Dr. Dale Brown and his team of professionals are the absolute BEST! Never once during this COVID pandemic have they ever turned me away nor made me feel unwelcoming. There are many places that uses COVID as an excuse not to interact with people. They take the pet inside the call you with some outrageous bill. Dr Dale thank you for exemplifying Integrity!

Tried Riverbark twice - both times I waited for over an hour to be seen for less than 5 minutes but charged as if I'd received world-class care. The most recent time was this week. My dog needed to have vaccines/annual preventative tests, annual check up, and nails clipped. I waited for over an hour before being called back to a room. Then a vet tech. took my dog to the back and returned saying she did the nail cutting (which was subpar, her front nails are still too long). She said the vet would be in to do the rest. The vet, Dr. Brown, came in and barely touched my dog. His "annual check up" included touching her chest with his stethoscope for about five seconds and acting like he was scared of her. I pointed out my concerns - her oozing eye and several red bumps on her skin - and he shrugged them off as "no big deal" without even looking at them. He never inspected her ears, organs, or teeth. He prescribed $30 eye drops that can be found online for $15 and he turned to leave the room. When I asked about the vaccines and lab tests, he said "oh they're done and everything looks fine". He was in the room for less than 5 minutes and I was charged over $200. Note to the vet: our time is just as valuable as yours and our animals are more important to us than you.

I've gotten flea and tick preventive here for a few years, and They have ALWAYS been so Friendly and Proffessional. So wen I needed a Veterinarian quick, ther were NO other options for Me. My T♡Bo puppy got a little infection after getting Neutered at Spay & Neuter Dicount Program. I took Him to RiverBark for the infection. They got Him in quick and My bill was under $100 & T♡Bo was so affectionate with Dr Dale and The Vet Techs, I cudnt believe how happy He was after His Veterinarian Visit!!! He Loves RiverBark and so do I!!!! I HIGHLY recommend RiverBark Vet.
