If I could give a zero star I would. I called this place after I.been calling around my baby collaped she wasn't breathing and they said they could try and fit her in. Who says that about an emergency? I pull up bc that's who I am I wanted to save my baby and they had no one there. Their lobby was empty no cars in the parking lot. And yet they said they would fit her in. But they sure were quick to say she passed after putting me on hold for what.

Our dog is allergic to bee stings and had been rushed to urgent care one weekend. Following that emergency, Cliffdale Animal Hospital (our primary vet office) immediately called us to follow up after receiving that notice. Dr. Valenti researched new options for us to help our pup if we find ourselves in an emergency situation again. We are so grateful for their willingness to help and to research options for us. Consistently Cliffdale Animal Hospital has worked with us to make appointments that work with our schedule, often on short notice. All the staff members here are courteous, helpful, and trustworthy. I highly recommend this vet office.

Staff is always friendly and will work with you on pricing.

With the prices they charge, they need to work on their bedside manner. No preventative maintenance unless you follow up & pay more. You get initial treatment at a very costly rate with no options to save money. It’s very important for money conscious people to know their options and be treated with respect! Grooming is well worth the money so that’s a plus. Will be looking elsewhere

Not having yet made an initial vet visit since we moved here, we weren't having any luck securing a last minute visit for our dog that was seemingly very ill. However, Cliffdale Animal Hospital came through, and fitted us in despite being booked all day long. Our dog was examined, given medicine and will be fine. We were very grateful.

Great staff, very kind and professional. Always a good experience with appointments and for boarding with them.

Love this place for taking.care of your pets. I always board my dog.here when I go away. Very reassuring with the vet right there vet if needed. Good place for grooming also.

Very caring doctors and staff.

We booked our dogs surgery over three weeks ago. We called and they set our date and time. We receive a voicemail a couple days before the appointment stating that they are cancelling our appointment. No thorough reason is given, except Covid. I stated Covid has been going on for 6 months now, so why would you allow us to book and confirm? Janice states the doctor is too busy to talk to us and we should just take our dog somewhere else. My dog is 14 years old, and truly needs this surgery. I have never received such unprofessionalism in my life! If Cliffdale Animal Hospital was not willing to accommodate us, they should have never booked us, set a date/time etc.

Found a very young kitten or rather he found us. Came walking up my driveway. I couldn’t get him into see our regular vet and after calling several I called Cliffdale and they got us in. Took him to see Dr V. The kitten was very thin and coughing . Gave us some food and meds. This was 9 days ago now the kitten is eating well and acting like a healthy kitten looks so much better. They are very professional and care and I would recommend them.

My girlfriend called to have our dog looked at after going through a seizure late night and early morning. Since this is the only place we have ever taken him to, I figured no problem. I was wrong. She was told that they don't have enough time to look at him and recommended to take him somewhere else. This phone call took place 3hrs before closing. I understand this type of business can get busy unexpectedly. But to not have time for a pretty serious condition, well lets just say I will never take up anymore of your time. Update: Owner believes I have reviewed the wrong location. For the owner: Your location is 6416 Brookstone Ln, in the small shopping center just before you go into the brookstone apartments. I don't have the wrong vet. I know what vet my dogs went to.

I am new to the area and one of my dogs needed to be seen for a nagging cough. I called a few Vets in the area, including Cliffdale Animal Hospital to inquire about pricing. The older sounding lady who answered the phone lost your clinic a rather large family of patients... 5 dogs and 8 cats to be exact.. I asked if she could give an estimate of Vet visit, heartworm test, and chest xray. She responded, "Why do you need a heartworm test?" Dumbfounded, I said "ummm because he's due for one and I also want to rule out heartworm being the reason he's coughing..." She sighed a minimum of 3 times while gathering the information I requested.. I thanked her and ended the call. Your receptionist is the face and mouthpiece of your business. If this person isn't friendly or appears to loathe their job, this isn't a good look for your business.

Would not take our dogs anywhere else.

I love Dr. V . The staff is great. We had terrible experiences at Cross Creek on Skibo. We are so lucky to have found this place! She is incredibly knowledgeable. I trust her and her staff completely. I could go on and on.

I love the vet here she actually cares about her patients

The front desk people are so amazing but the vet there honestly was kind of rude because I did not know when to take my pup into the vet for shots and she acted like I was just the worse pet owner, mind you I have two very well behaved German Shepherds.

I have been going to see Dr. V for over 13 years. I just love her and her staff. They all take great care of my babies. Great groomer to.

We've been going here since Kona was about 1 (she's 10 3/4) after bad care elsewhere. I called at 8 this morning, as Kona had diarrhea for 2 days, but overnight worsened, had not eaten, stumbled and couldn't hardly walk. They fitted me in, around Dr. V's surgery schedule. They are kind, Kona gets panicky in the enclosed exam room, so they let us keep a door open. I drive 45 minutes each way, as I trust them. Wonderful.

We've been taking our pets to Cliffdale and DR. Valenti for 9 years. Excellent care and boarding by her and the staff. Most recently, our rescue, Nina, overcame heartworms with DR Valenti's care. We recommend to pet lovers in the Fayetteville area.

We had been bringing are two small dogs to Cliffdale for sometime. Through one dogs suffering through breast cancer and another one diagnosed with kidney failure. Everything seemed good until we adopted three puppies. I could tell they had ear mites from experience. Thought this vet had treated it but notice the dogs were still itching their ears quite a bit. We recently moved and had to bring the dogs to a new vet due to aggressive ear scratching. Only to find out the puppies had never been treated for ear mites even though we paid the vet hundreds of dollars to take care of them and the vet saw them several times. They sent us home with ear wash but never did anything for the ear mites. This new vet killed the ear mites in one visit for way less money. very upset. The puppies suffered all this aggravation for no reason. There is very little concern on the part of the vet regarding the cost to the customer. I would never take another animal to this vet. I had recently left them a great review on Reddit believing they were doing the best for our animals. I dont like to leave bad reviews but feel fur parents want to spend their money making their pets happy not treating them over and over for the same thing. One last thing I might as well say, I know some people just don’t have bubbly personalities but it would’ve been nice if the vet were a little warmer.

Went for a normal check up, had a few questions concerning my dogs stool, nothing serious cause he was much better and no more issues... $200 later without telling me they were running tests that were $40 a pop. Plus medication he doesn’t even need, I already was given eye drops for him. Needless to say my dog and I are going somewhere else.

The Vet and its staff are AWESOME! I would rate them ALL 10's. Snickers, my jack Russell Terrier, would agree! When he got hit by a car. My vet at the time that was just down the street was closing. I called them pleading for them to look him over. They still refused. It was Cliffdale Animal Hospital that took us in and gave him aid. Turns out, his diaphragm was torn and he had to have surgery. Needless to say, Reilly Road Animal Hospital lost my business! And Snickers is doing great!!! Thank God!!!!
