Wonderful and caring staff. Dr. Silvious is great, very caring and empathetic. I can't reccomend this vet enough, they have taken great care of my numerous animals.

This clinic for my baby is the best. Everyone there is so sweet and they treat your babies with love and care and he loves it. Definitely would say bring your babies here, they will get the best care. Easy to make appointments with them, and they are so kind when you call. I love this place!

Best veterinary experience. They treated my fur baby like their own. Truly couldn't have asked for better service. I was a walk in and my baby needed surgery. They had her in and out and now my sophia isn't in pain and is getting back to get normal self. Thankful that they took such good care of us.

I been taking my granddoggie princess to them for years we love love ❤ Dr. Gray. They're super busy at times because they're well known. I've been to other vets with princess but this one is a perfect fit for her.

Dr. Gray and her team have taken care of my fur babies since they were weeks old. They’ve always been clear and kind, and provided amazing care to my babies. I recently had them take care of my babies on a trip out of town (In almost 10 years I had no idea they did boarding). Their prices were fair, and the run was spacious allowing my pups to move freely. The additional plus was the doggie door which let them use the bathroom whenever they wished. An added bonus is the adorable pink Victorian house that they operate out of.

Number one their very expensive, their not very nice, Just over all not as good with my snuggles. I also had a. problem get the heart worm prescription for him. Took me on a merry go round to get it.

Staff is very friendly. Vet took the time to find out exactly what was wrong with our dog and ended up saving her life. Can't thank them enough!

I had Chewy contact Hope Mills Road Animal Hospital reference making a Nexgard flea and tick purchase and they refuse to authorize the prescription, even though I just purchased Nexgard from them on Aug 11. I was told I needed to go by and pick-up the prescription and mail to Chewy. I had no problem with that. However, I was told I would have to pay $5.00 for each prescription and since I have 2 puppies it would be $10.00. I would also have to pay another $10.00 for the heartgard prescription ($5 for each prescription). Since my puppies weight is changing I would need to come in next month for another prescription. That would be very costly just to get the prescription. The reason I was buying from Chewy is because Hope Mills Animal Hospital charges 31.29 for 1 tablet of Nexgard (24-60 pounds) and Chewy charges $22.99. Their reasoning to me of why I have to pay for prescription; they had to hire someone to handle call in prescriptions. If their prices were not so high, I would not need to go to Chewy or another online service. Chewy charges $12.99 for heartgard and they charge 16.99. I feel charging for prescription is price gouging and will not be taking my pets back to this vet. My former vet did not charge me extra to use an online services. I no longer will be able to trust if the diagnosis of my pet was real or just to line their pockets. In response to your reply. Since I just got the same medicine from your office 2 weeks ago, not sure why it takes so long to figure out the prescription. It just makes you seem incompetent. I am not berating your staff, just your business practice. The staff does not set the prices. Your response is just a cop out for gouging your patients. Also your online prices are still higher than Chewy. Taking my business elsewhere. 6 Sep-I received my file today and the chart had an entry related to this situation and they slanted the comments to make it sound like they were perfectly reasonable to charge a fee and I was agitated and cut them off when we discussed on the phone. I was not agitated, but I was surprised and confused that they would charge me to write a prescription because I wanted to go elsewhere to get a medications cheaper. I was confused since I had just bought the exact medicine from them 2 weeks prior. I did not cut the receptionist off. I was not sure what she was talking so I interrupted her to asked her what she was talking about; after I told her I wanted prescriptions for multiple months to avoid going back every month, that is when I was told this will get expensive since they charge $5 per prescription per pet. No where in the chart does it state they recommended I go month to month since they are growing puppies. It actually states in my chart, I wanted to go monthly. Not true. It also does not state in chart it would have cost me monthly $20 to get just the prescription, go pick it up from vet office and I would have to mail it each month to Chewy. I guess the hoops I have to go thru does not matter as long as they get money. I would not have added this additional comment if they had not added the slanted comments on my file, which I will need to provide to my new vet.

I love this place. It's staff and 2 Veterinarian's are great. They work with me in helping to care for my Service Dog. I wouldn't want to see any other Veterinarian to care for my Service Dog.

Had follow up visit today and it was so much better! Maybe we all just had a bad day last time and being a new pet owner I was anxious. Thanks so much to the doctor and staff!! I am not pleased with this clinic at all. The vet doesn't seem to really care for my dog. She does the exam and whatever is needed and then prescribes a bunch of meds that cost a small fortune. She didn't explain anything to me. I had to ask them to check for heartworms so I could get him on preventive meds even though his chart clearly showed he was overdue. I expect my vet to tell me what tests, shots and preventive measures are needed, not the other way around. I haven't had a dog for many years and just adopted so it's like starting over and I'm relying on the vet to help keep my pet healthy and happy.

I don't know how many factors are involved with this situation, but I just don't understand why registered veternarians told my mom that it was ok to spay a female kitten that was only about two months old. It had its required vaccines by the time we adopted her. But still, I didn't think I'd be burying my kitten from getting spayed, I heard it was very busy when she was up there, but I just refuse to believe that healthy kitten we had, had her heart stop on her.

Very nice clean environment. Everyone was very nice and attentive to my cats. Wish I had been taking my cats there before now!!

Friendly, clean. The vets are very nice they listen to you, prices not bad. They are Cat friendly.

They are a great staff and make sure your pet is taken care of.

The Dr's there are amazing. So are all the staff.

Wonderful people. All of the staff are fantastic. They cared for my best boy ever from the first to the last and no one could have asked for any better veterinary care. I'd shout out names, but it wouldn't be fair as every one is fantastic.

Any vet that still offers declawing services should not be trusted.

The folks up here at HMRAH are always so kind and sweet to my pup. They listen, are thorough during examinations, and communicate proceedures clearly. Their boarding services have never disappointed and my dog is always eager to stay! I'll always recommend them!

I have been bringing my furbabies to Hope Mills vet for quite a few years and they are wonderful. Always a pleasant experience

Took my dog in for a post-op check up after adoption from the pound and neutering. He was badly matted so the vet ordered an emergency shave down. Her concern for his health and comfort was evident. Her staff was extremely helpful. I feel blessed to have them taking care of our pets.

Dr. Silvius is not only an excellent veterinarian, she’s a most compassionate, caring and kind human being. She was treating our very sick kitty who unfortunately did not make it, but she and her wonderful, friendly staff helped us through this awful time. Thank you Ladies, Santiago & Nancy Jervis
