A great doc for my pets

Dr. Miller basically saved my chihuahuas life. My Coco was bad off and I seriously did not think she was going to live. Thru a convo with a friend about THEIR dog experience with Dr. Miller... I knew I had to seek his opinion. Due to a cancellation, I was able to get in quickly and fast forward to today...my lil Coco is BACK to VIBRANT LIFE! SO grateful to him! There is no substitute for experience! His was the THIRD opinion I got for Coco and it was the winner! Really grateful to him and his staff.

Great staff and prices were very reasonable. Vet was able to identify what dewormer I gave my dog just by my description of the pill. I forgot the packaging when I visited.

Very rude on phone. Called and mentioned my pups are battling allergies and she said she couldn’t answer any questions since we weren’t in the system . That’s fine all I wanted to know was when you had an opening but she cut me off and wouldn’t let me talk. Rude .

My experience at Rim Road Animal hospital was phenomenal! The doctor and staff were very helpful with providing information on how to take care of our new puppy. They are also very passionate and caring about our new pet's well-being.

Dr. Miller has been our family vet for over 30 years. He is a wonderful vet, compassionate, patient, caring. I specially appreciate the fact that he does not crowd his lobby with patients so there is no drama of dogs barking at each other. …

Service was OK but the receptionist is one of the rudest people I have met in my life. Try calling there. She will cut you off everytime you try to speak and has a nasty attitude. My new vet tried to call for some information and she was very rude and hung up on them. She makes the overall experience very unpleasant and I will not be going there ever again.

The staff is friendly. The facility is extremely clean. I'm seen at my appointment time. The MD cares about my Rottie!

Called to make new patient appointment for physical, shots and whatever lab work needed.. Maybe I called at a bad time...the woman I spoke with was abrupt and unfriendly. I ended up not making an appt. because she informed me they don't do grooming (clip nails). I really prefer not to rate the facility based on my short experience but it doesn't give you that option.

This is the very first time I’ve felt the need to leave a review but I felt like I had to today! I took my cat to this vet clinic for the first time today and I was so impressed!! Dr. Miller and his staff was superb with my Ruby.. Dr. Miller took his time explaining so many things concerning Ruby’s condition.. I left with more knowledge and a much better understanding and that’s very rare with other veterinarians in this area!! I highly recommend this animal hospital for all your pet needs! I will be a customer for Ruby’s needs without hesitation!! Thank you!!

Not very upfront and honest. Will use scare tactics and not explain the cost. Check out the cost first if not ...then hit you with sticker shock

Dr. Miller and his staff have taken care of Molly for 15 years. I cannot begin to say thank you to him and his entire staff for everything they have done for us. I have never had to wait when I got there and I always have full attention during my visits. Molly was laid to rest today and they were so very kind and gentle to her and us. I very rarely write reviews, but I feel pretty strongly about this, so I decided it is worth my time. I looked around for weeks reading reviews on many vets in the area and was not satisfied with any of the reviews I found. Eventually I asked my neighbor where they take their dogs and they told me about Dr. Miller. I am so glad I asked!! Dr. Miller and all of his staff at Rim Road Animal Hospital have been excellent in every way. My 5 month old puppy has been to see him twice now for shots and they are always very sweet and very gentle with her. They go out of their way to make her comfortable and feel safe. Mom too. They answer all my questions thoroughly and have shown that they genuinely care. Dr. Miller will be my vet for as long as I am in the area.
