Nice place to eat when you want a healthy, & delicious taste. The service isn’t as fast but if you have time to sit and eat it’s worth it

Walk in clinic is awesome. They should definitely incorporate a sign in kiosk for those using the clinic so that we're not all just waiting 30 min - 1+ hour in line (when its busy) and be able to wait in the car where its more comfortable for the pets and owners. There is no waiting area just fyi. However for a walk in only clinic, its pretty fantastic, great staff. No issues with bringing that cats and dogs. Convenient.

This isn't really a wellness center. It's more of a place to get some shots quickly. We had sick pups on a weekend and thought maybe we could get some anti-nausea meds but not so much here.

I gave a 5 star review because it’s a convenient and reasonably priced place to bring your pet. Disappointed I couldn’t bring my puppy here for his rabies because this location is temporarily closed due to covid19 pandemic but I understand the risk so I’m not upset. Nonetheless I was able to get my puppy his rabies at another office so I’ll continue care there instead of here.

Care is always excellent. Staff explains in detail. They need to coordinate with TSC employees or update website, that since COVID-19, appointments are required.

Took my daughter's 2 year old Rottie for shots at the Salisbury location. I was impressed with the organization to maintain social distancing. I was nervous that I might have to pass because my granddog did NOT want to be held still. He's friendly just anxious. One of the techs breeds Dobermans and was up for the challenge. I think she was the head tech. She was awesome. Those ladies did not give up and knew exactly what they were doing and I appreciate them! He was able to get his heartworm test and all vaccinations. I highly recommend this location.

Will not take my pets here anymore. Waited 3 hours (due to covid-which is fine) for them to look at my dog through the glass and try to restrain her having me put a muzzle and choke leash(which she's not used to-and I don't see the point in that when they let them come in with the collars or harness on)and her bark one time at them saying they won't be able to see her. Way to lose a customer.! If you have a breed that looks intimidating don't take them here because no matter how long you wait they will keep denying you service.

I take my dog here to have her nails clipped. They are able to do it without totally stressing her out. The vet techs are some of the nicest women around!

The staff is very friendly and Dr. Hawley is efficient and thorough. He even helped answer questions that I forgot to ask during my pet's exam when I called after the appointment. So glad to have found this place and will definitely be returning!

We have a big dog and they knew how to work him . Did a excellent job . All shots and blood work. Saint Bernard.
