Awesome pet store & knowledgeable staff. We get our fish necessities from here.

Store is clean and well stocked. The girl who helped me get fish was very nice, but the woman at the register was sooo rude.

Very good for fish and aquatic plants. The fish are usually in good shape.

Went in to get a cage for my new rabbits. I was helped by Alexis Ravenell and she was very helpful and very informative on everything I would need to properly care for my rabbits. I highly recommend going to pet supermarket for all you pets needs!

If I could give them a million stars I would. Every single person that we talked to helped us more then imaginable and where kind no matter how busy they got. Never once did I feel rushed or like I was in the way and my girls where asking a million things and they understood what the needs of our family and delivered time 1000 they will forever be our favorite stop for all our pet needs !!!

FISH ICK ALERT!! You want dead fish? Go here! Want to spend $10 on a fish for it to come sick and die within 7days?! Boy, this place is for you. RECENTLY. EVERY SINGLE FISH I've gotten from there had ick and died within 2 weeks. (Quarantine tank) they won't do ANYTHING unless the fish dies. (Even knowing they sold you sick fish) There is always dead fish rolling around the tanks.. even the feeder gold fish.. and no. It's not my tank. I went to PETSMART of all places and got 3 tester fish. ALL DID FINE. They tell you, Welp, nothing we can do unless the fish is dead. Then when you take back the fish dead, they offer exchange or money back. So I thought. Lemme try some different fish just to see. And yep... ALL 4 had ick... all died even trying to treat them... don't even get me started on the beta fish they have... it's like they like to watch them die. half the employees act like they don't want to be there. IF YOU CAN FIND ANY who are willing to leave the cash register. The prices are more than you're going want to spend. The reptile live feeders were almost all dead or so small and old they're worthless. Just go to petsmart....

Selection of products is nice, and the people are friendly.

Good experience, but very few wireless dog fences. Such a serious Pet store should have a HUGE assortment of wireless fences so we can safeguard our little furry friends.

This used to be my go to for aquarium related purchases. Place has consistently been going down. Quality of fish and customer service is now comparable to Petco and PetSmart (Skibo Rd.-other store still good). The only thing that will make me return is Kevin's customer service; he is great. I am still in their parking lot and in awe of today's visit. Yes I was assisted with a question initially. The rest of my time there was spent alone in fish dept for over 20 minutes. I feel like I saw as many dead fish as live fish. When I went looking for an employee, I found a young female in an aisle not doing much of anything. I asked, "where is everyone?" Replied, in the back room. Told her how long i had been waiting and that others customers were also waiting. I just got giggles and no movement. Asked what's going on with the store, there are as many dead alive fish, no one around for service. Again, just giggles and "it's been a long week." Told her to have a good day and she remained idle in same aisle not going to fish section to assist customers. I've been having better luck with Aqua-Rama, even after having lost their shop to fire in May, and Taylor's Aquariums near Dunn with both fish survival and and customer service over the 3 chains stores. Yayyy for the small guys and big fat "F" for the chains.

Not the friendliest Service and the store was empty. Yet no one offered to help.

Surprisingly has a great selection of pet foods and pets for purchase. Well worth your time if you can't find what you need at other pet stores like PetSmart or Petco.

We had a reason to kill some time recently and decided to pop into this pet store on Raeford Rd. Their prices are reasonable. The store layout is so easy to navigate and well organized. Our toddler loved viewing the rabbits, guinea pigs, and ferret at the front as well as the dozens of fish in the back. Staff were friendly. Prices were reasonable. I'm sure we will be back.

This is a TERRIBLE place to go. Valerie is the manager here, and not a good one. Very very nosey and rude. Most of the workers look like they are terrified of her and hate her. I feel bad for them. Other than the manager issue, the store has great stock and a variety of items for your pets. The store overall isn’t very clean at all, needs more work. I recommend going to a different pet store like Wolf Gang Bakery, or Petsmart!! :)

It’s very difficult to remain a loyal customer because this store is woefully understaffed. I’ll find another place to buy pet food.

Everyone is always so wonderful and eager to help. This is our go-to pet store since we found it 2 weeks ago. We've gotten two parakeets, two weeks apart.

I love the staff here, they were all so nice when I stopped by. I wasn't sure what I was looking for but after being approached by a nice young lady, she helped me shop all around for my puppy. She was so helpful and even helped me carry my stuff to my car! Great service

PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!!! During the time of pandemic and crisis they want to charge an additional FEE for pick up.. I HAVE BEEN COMING HERE FOR (YEARS). EVERYTHING I BUY WILL COME FROM ANOTHER PET STORE FROM NOW ON...THEY HAVE JUST LOST ALL OF MY BUSINESS!!! Never again..

You can always find what you need

The associates are friendly and helpful here. They helped me find exactly what I needed and if you call to ask questions they are always cordial with a reply. Much better than Petsmart to me.
