Pet Starz Resort and Spa Fayetteville, South Carolina

Deborah went above and beyond for my 2 very hyper labs. She is a wonderful person, truly has a love of animals and I highly recommend this pet resort. And the prices and times are so beyond reasonable for this area, I can not see why anyone would ever complain other then being one of those pet owners that feel entitled. She was so loving to my dogs, (my youngest is usually timid of people outside of us and went right to her) which meant the world to me. Now, you do have to be careful because Deborah is a real smooth talker! She will convince you to take an very sweet and loving Kitten found in her woods home with you even if you never thought you were a cat person ????. Haha, no regrets though, he fits right into our family ❤ 10/10 would recommend for all your boarding needs

Pet Starz is about to close the doors. Went to get info on boarding my fur babies to find out there not boarding pets anymore and that they will be closing the doors.

This is a good place for my little man but the owner is not always together.

My pup was in need of a quick nail trim and my daughter and I just walked in. I was hoping to get in but was thinking I might have to schedule an appt. Bc it was last minute but The young women got us in and out of there and was very nice and great with my dog.The young man that did the nails was very nice and did a great job.I was very impressed and so was my daughter. My pup left with great nails and a smile.

Our babies, Max and Mindy, love going here. Joel does a fabulous job with Mindy, standard poodle, and Max, cocker spaniel. His expertise and attention to every detail is outstanding. Great job, thank you for always taking great care of our babies!

Hamilton (2 yr old shepherd mix) & Diamond (15 yr old pit) love it here! You always leave Hamilton looking gorgeous and diamond loves the mini spa getaway lol. Clean facility with caring and friendly staff

Great ,caring and patient with my dog, the attention an prices are wonderful... the place is beautiful farm.like decor very clean and smell good, the employee is really nice and speak spanish. they just won a new customer.

OMG where do I begin I could go on for ever about how much I LOVE this place!!! Amazing customer service wonderful energy and it's so cute inside and smells amazing!!! I have am 11 year old German shepherd this was my first time here and I will never go anywhere elce Joel was my groomer and I can honestly say he did the best job on her I tiped him $40 wish I could have given more he did yhe deshead on her and when I get that elce where I pick her up and still get hand fulls of hair AND she is still wet but not with Joel he made her look so good she didn't look like a senior dog he had her lookin like a puppy and the lady at the front ( didnt catch her name) she was a gem so sweet and informative gave me great tips for at home care I just love this place can't wait to see yall again

We have visited this location about 5 times maybe more. The grooming staff does a wonderful job with my Ajax. He is always happy to return. The inside of the building always smells lovely! The interior design is the cutest! (Sorry no picture) The check in process is always quick. They call you once they are done. We have also boarded with them and they do a wonderful service. Trust them with your fur babies ❤️

When I went to drop my dog off she gave me every reason why she couldn’t do what I wanted...(out of laziness) I spoke with her on the phone and she was VERY VERY RUDE on the phone when I called about picking up my dog. I would NEVER EVER take my pet here if I were you. I do not recommend. The groomer is super rude and told me if I didn’t like it to go somewhere else before I even dropped her off.

They did an amazing job on my cocker spaniel. He has anxiety when it comes to groomers. For he was held down and muzzled at a groomer. They took their time with him and let him socialize and play with the other dogs in between as to not stress him out more. He loved it there and we will be repeat customers!

We use them every time we go out of town. I feel safe leaving my pets there and they do a great job grooming.

Ms. Deborah is awesome... including her staff. She is always informative about pet care and my Bella loves her.

We recently moved here from out of state and tried Pet Starz for grooming and boarding the first time, we loved the experience! Our Malshi looked great and we can tell she had a great experience for boarding, because she's not nervous when we have taken her back. :-)

Pet starz is a very good spot for dog boarding...we have enjoyed working with them.

They have watched our dog multiple times with this last stay being 9 days. Our dog came home tired, happy and clean! They gave us a free bath as she had such a long stay. We will use them anytime we have to go out of town. They love dogs and treat them as their own and it shows.

Deb and her staff were awesome and my dogs were a lot less stressed when I picked them up. My new favorite place to leave them.

I don't normally post reviews, but feel compelled to write about Pet Starz. This place is unquestionably our go-to spot for our little ones. We board two small Malti-poo's and feel very comfortable in doing so. Going on our fourth extended stay and appreciate the attention and candor of the owner and her staff. It's an open environment to socialize, yet with a comfy kennel to rest at night. We ask that our boys share a kennel to ensure they stay together as little bro's. The resort even smells nice. Love this place and would recommend to anyone seeking a place to board their furry friends.

Pet Starz is the best spot for all of your dog's needs. Consistently provides excellent customer service, very accommodating to your personal schedule and they truly care about your dog(s). Deborah and her entire staff go the extra mile in spreading the love. My dog isn't the easiest to work with and needs a lot of training but they're patient with her, honest with ways to help her grow and do such a great job. We've had our dog groomed there for a couple years now and she comes home looking great & smelling fresh every time. We also use the daycare service and we couldn't be happier. The environment is safe, very clean and pricing is on point. Deborah takes great pride in what she does and we always look forward to visiting. Thank You Pet Starz!!!

Extemely friendly staff and great facility. My dog loves going to Pet Starz and os always exhausted by the time she is picked up from day care. I always recommend this place to anyone who isnlooking for a great quality care for their dogs.

Great customer service with exceptional grooming results. Been bringing my dog here for approximately 6 years.

I got my pit bull groomed at Pet Starz a month ago. The facility is really cute and the people are friendly. When I was there, the owner was talking to me about the doggy daycare and boarding they provide. I told her I usually take my dog to Dog Days Inn for boarding and she was complaining about how the staff doesn't really interact with the dogs and mostly keeps them in the kennels. So I was excited about boarding my dog at Pet Starz the next time I needed it, because it sounded like they would take great care of my dog and because of the close proximity to my house. I called yesterday to reserve dog boarding and she tells me that they don't board pit bulls because they're "too strong." Why didn't she mention that when she was telling me all about dog boarding the last time I was there? I felt misled and very disappointed. Pet Starz is a great place if you need dog grooming or day care, so I'll go back for that, but not if you need boarding for your pit bull. I know my dog would be in good hands with the Pet Starz staff; the only reasons for the lower rating are because I don't expect them to change their boarding policy and because I had to sit there and listen to her complain about another boarding facility while failing to mention that she wouldn't even board my dog due to her breed.

My first time going there was great! They were so nice and they treated my dog well. The whole process was fast and I was able to pick her up an hour later. The staff is super nice and accommodating, I’ll definitely be going back.
