I will never bring my dog back here. When i picked her up she was covered in dried feces and stunk horribly. (She was also supposed to be bathed which i paid extra for) None of her food had been eaten and she was extremely dehydrated. I should have been notified of her diarrhea/her not eating and was not, because i would have ended my trip early .These people don't care about your dog, it is just another paycheck for them.

I love the Pet Resort, the staff is super friendly, my dog loves it there. Highly recommend. The dogs get a ton of doggie play time.

I've been looking at places to board my puppy with daycare as well. I ALMOST selected this place until I saw on the FAQ where they spoke about webcams. "Do you have web cams? At one time we did in some of our suites, those suites were $5.00 more than the others to offset our cost. Those rooms sat empty most of the time. We do have cameras throughout the resort for security. If you feel the need for a security camera to trust your dog’s care giver, that facility may not be the right fit for your dog." This pushed me away. When you have reviews stating that dogs died in your possession and that their pets came home smelling like smoke, it's not a good look. You should be more assuring instead of looking like you are hiding behaviors. A LOT of pet facilities offer webcams because people miss their pets and just want to check on them and see what they are doing. Seems like the facility is more concerned about the staff being watched. Just something to consider.

My fur babies are there for the next few days

I never write reviews mostly because I'm too lazy! However, I need to write this review becuase I am thoroughly irritated. We called to make make reservation for our dog, when we arrived, they were not tracking our reservation. The front desk lady had an attitude as if it were my problem, and once once found our reservation, she had an attitude. Once we got our dog checked in, I noticed the entire place smelled like cigarette smoke. Fast forward to pickup. I told them in the reservation that we wanted the nails cut, they were not cut and wouldn't have been unless I said something. (My fault for not asking) but they forgot to give our dogs food back. Once we were in the car, I noticed that she smelt, nay, reeked of cigarette smoke. When we got home, I gave her a bath and noticed a massive gash on her eye, which I can only assume was from a fight with another dog. Our dog is sweet and gentle. She's been around alot of dogs but never fought. Also, I found a tick attached to her ear. I will not be going back to fayetteville pet resort. Very unprofessional, dirty and smelly (not dog smell) smoke smell!

I had a GREAT experience! We had a skittish rescue who boarded for the 1st time. The staff was very gentle and took a lot of time with her to help her warm up. They kept my trio together so they wouldn't stress. They were an excellent value and so easy to book. We will definitely use them in the future!

My puppy Grace is in a wheelchair. It's difficult to find a doggie daycare who would allow her to come or at least try. She will start on June 1!! Thank you to The Fayetteville Pet Resort for giving us a chance and caring so openly for Grace!!

The girl at the front desk is rude and condescending, and keeping the dogs locked up from 1 until 4:30, is ridiculous

We have had our puppy here many times and love it, the daycare groups are out all morning and than get a deserved nap in the afternoon. The suites are very nice and private. They have pools in all of their yards for dogs to play in while doing daycare and boarding.

The workers are wonderful. They love my pet like I do. I know when I leave my pet there I know they are taken care of.The facility is always clean and well maintained. I love it here and so does my pet.

We have been boarding with Fayetteville Pet Resort for over 10 years. As both a pet owner and a veterinary professional, I recommend them. They have always been great, and now that we are moving, both my pets (cats and dogs) and I will miss them!

These guys are top notch. Super nice, really helpful and treat your dog like one of their own. Highly recommend.

I would never recommend bringing your dog here unless you want them treated extremely poorly. Then when you ask to see the video footage to see what they did to scare your dog so bad they deny you. Never bring your fur baby here. Ever.

Another great vacation completed knowing that my babies (Niko and Hollie) were spoiled and treated like their own at the resort. I have been taking my dogs here since 2016 and they always have a great time. Fabienne and her staff are just so polite and friendly. More importantly, they love and care for my dogs like their own. Because of that, we can enjoy our vacation without worrying about the dogs. That to me, is priceless! Highly recommend and thanks again Fabienne and The Fayetteville Pet Resort!

Was ok. The staff was friendly and the store was nice. Just didn't have the omg feeling.

We had a scheduled 0900 apt this morning as I am moving and my husband is driving out with me (we are a military Family). This has been scheduled for over 2-3 weeks. We were there before our 0900 drop off (paid the required deposit on time and send the proof of immunizations) and confirmed all telephonically. They never showed up. We waited 1.40 hours as did two other customers. We had to located another reputable place last minute during one of the busiest times of the year. We are now driving 35-40 minutes away for their boarding. Unprofessional and not reliable based on our experience.

Love the resort , great staff and they really go the extra mile. Always could trust them and my dogs love the staff and the playtime

Amazing staff, my pup looked very happy after staying there for a week and is sleeping away after coming home. Will definitely use them again.

I have been boarding my cat here for the past 3 years. The staff is amazing.

For what you have in town, it’s fine. But I would rather pay someone from Rover or Wag to come into my house and babysit. They don’t supervise the dogs very well, and I’ve literally seen them but two German Shepard’s in the same enclosure. The whole facility looks like a shelter, with the glass doors & everything, so the fact that they stuff two dogs into that little space bothered me. They also use bleach to clean EVERYTHING. Which, as most people know, is very unsafe for dogs. They even spray the rocks outside in the play yards with bleach, and then just force the dogs to stay in the kennel until it dries. They have no tuff, just a bunch of rocks that I’m sure hurt the dogs paws during the summer when it’s super hot. I know it’s expensive to install fake grass, having worked in a kennel myself, but the hard river rocks not only make it hard for employees to get around, but I’m sure cause some pain for the dogs.

Super easy check-in/check-out process, friendly staff who are eager to great your pet. I was even able to add a bath before pick-up at the last minute and my dogs smelled wonderful on pick-up.

Loveeeee this place. They took amazing care of my babies , highly recommend.
