I brought my dog in to have an exam on a mass that he has on his eye. He is extremely distrustful of people and highly dog aggressive and can be hard for others to deal with, but the staff here was absolutely AMAZING with him. Very patient …

I was very happy to find them. They were professional and knowledgeable. Dr. Poole was warm, empathetic and very informative. I would recommend this practice to anyone. The atmosphere was welcoming and clean and they have seperate areas for cats and dogs which is excellent. If you are looking for a vet, this is your place. My experience was good from start to finish. Sincerely, hipjaven

This place has been great for our dog who in his short 10 months of life has managed to get himself into situations that require vet assistance a bit more often than we could have imagined. All their services has been great. From all the things covered by the Gold Puppy Plan (Vaccinations, microchip, heartworm test, neutering, etc.) to emergencies like severe allergic reaction, they've been great with our little guy. They also did covid restrictions really well, and it's nice to be allowed back in now.

I would highly recommend this place the staff the Dr are super friendly. They saved my cats life they all went over and beyond with my cat. They took care of him described me in details of what they were doing to him. I'm so glad my cat is home to me.

Great place for your best friends. A bit pricey but well worth it. The people that work there are so good at what they do and they really care about your best friends.

Excellent care given to my male cat that needed emergency care for a possible blockage .Through exam and even though they were super busy everyone took their time to explain the procedures and you could really tell they loved what they do ... caring for the aniamls !! Thank you all !!

My Zerks was so sick throwing up and not wanting to eat for 3 days and symptoms only worsened and made him severely fatigued. After trying to contact 8 providers for my baby, Cross Creek was able to get us in right away. We waited in the car. Dr (Brown?) called with her findings, options, and recommendations ???? Zerks had to get an injection... symptoms seemed worse at first but with no throwing up... he was able to ???? and R&R. In less than 24 hours, signs of improvement had him awake and walking about! (Results were pancreatitis from foods high in fat.) *The reason for 4 is when I asked the gal on the phone for doctor's note for missing school/work, she said she would ask but that messaged was not relayed.

I truly hate to give a poor review because we loved Dr. Short so much. My review is in regards to the care my dogs got at the boarding facility. My puppy contracted a horrible cough/upper respiratory infection. He was fully vaccinated at the time of boarding and I trusted that cleaning practices would be used to keep him safe. Unfortunately this was not the case. I tried to resolve it entirely with them before coming to a public forum. They waived the office visit when I had to take him back to the vet but we were still charged for all his medicine and boarding. I do not feel he was given the quality of care I would hope for when leaving my dogs. His cough began almost as soon as we got in the car upon pickup. I find it hard to believe he never coughed while under their care, but I was not informed of it on pickup and they claimed they did not notice any coughing. I wish he had been treated while under their care so he did not have to suffer this cough for as long. He was also returned to me covered in his own urine and had to be bathed immediately upon getting home. I was told that because I didn’t select a paid for bath they could not bathe him. I understand this but I do not understand leaving a dog covered in urine. All in all this was our first and last time boarding here. I would not recommend.

I was seen as a walk-in by Dr. Parker and she took great care of my dog and he is all better now. Although I had to stay in the car, the staff was very friendly and professional as they took care of paperwork and taking my dog in and out of the facility. I give them a thumbs up and tail wag.

Hi, this is Nate and my cat Primm was a patient of yours. I just wanted to extend my thanks to Dr. Brown, staff and technicians of your establishment. Unfortunately, we put our cat down today due to ongoing issues. The manner in which you handled everything was graceful and I’m very thankful. My wife was distraught as we put her to sleep, but Dr. Brown couldn’t have been more comforting and attentive to our needs. Even though we rushed out of the room as my wife was filled with emotion, I wanted to say once again thank you for how you handled the last moments of the pet to owners relationship. Forever a client. -Nate

Still operating curbside service. 2 appointments in a row where I am on hold for 30 minutes after my appointment time just to get someone out to get my animal. Finding a different vet.

I did not appreciate them lying to me saying that I had to get the vaccines for my pups when I told I had my own vet and they were being seen that Saturday long story short the shelter was covering most of everything and some how I still paid $117 and the fact that I called my vet and they sent me proof of them lying to me to just get my money I really didn’t appreciate any of this!!!!!

I called every single vet in Fayetteville (not even exaggerating) asking to take a walk in for a semi emergency no one would take my dog in. The lady that originally answered the phone was a bit rude and snappy but She’s always just short and rude. I called at 7am and she told me to call back at 8am. I called at 8am and got a rude “call back at 8:30 so we can see if the doctor will squeeze you in.” I understand how a clinic works and how stressful things can be. At 8:30 a lady name Caitlin helped me out she was HANDS DOWN AMAZING. So kind and professional. Dr. Stokes agreed to take my fur baby in for a walk in/emergency visit. First off Dr. Stokes is the best vet there is. She is so kind and personable. I have nothing but great things to say about Caitlin and Dr. Stokes. They got my baby in and get him all fixed up without making me feel like I was burden! Absolutely great care and great service. I wish I could give them both 10+ stars!

Up until today I have been nothing but pleased with the service of this Facility. But, today I was very surprised with the actual concern they had with my dog. I set up an appointment today for 10 because my dog had a seizure 2 days ago and I called them the next morning then they proceeded to tell me they couldn’t see me until today. I was running late due to me being sick and my alarm not going off. So, I try to call and let them know what’s going on but that I was on my way. They proceed to keep me on hold for 5 minutes so I just hang up the phone because I was on my way. I get there and I call and let them know what the situation was they proceed to tell me they charged me $35 for a no show fee. Which could’ve been resolved if they would just answer the phone instead of putting me on hold every time I call. I ask if they can just put me a bill on my account because I only have so much to my name but my dog has had a seizure he needs to be looked at. Then they proceed to tell me they can’t put it on a bill which means they won’t see my dog today. The fact they know my dog is having seizures and they won’t try to help me they just want the money upfront shows me this is not somewhere I want to take my dogs any longer. It makes me feel as though the money means more than the health of my dog. Keep in mind I have paid close to $300 for one visit when my other dog was sick. I told them my budget and ofcourse they use every bit of my budget in one visit. But, now they won’t even let me put a separate bill to pay later on. I am very disappointed and shocked at the lack of concern they have shown towards my situation. If you don’t have the money don’t go to this facility they won’t even try to help. Edit to response: This just shows how absolutely unprofessional this place is. I told them how much money and I had and they proceeded to tell me it wasn’t enough that I needed the full amount before they could even look at my dog. I never refused for him to be looked at. I never refused for him to have blood work, I actually wanted the blood work and I understand you have to look at him before hand to make sure he is even fit for blood work. I even tried to call like I said in my last comment to let y’all know I would be late because I was also sick and up all night trying to make sure my dog was fine and ended up having to take medicine just to sleep for 2 hours. Which obviously this place does not care about. The fact that they’re saying I refused shows the lack of professionalism this place has. I would NEVER refuse care for my dog especially in the situation that he had a SEIZURE! I appreciate them taking off the late fee because that’s the least they could do. I did Not in fact refuse care for my dog. You guys told me I didn’t have enough money for y’all to even look at my dog. Even had the audacity to ask me if I could borrow money from somewhere. It’s insane what people will say and do on the internet to try and protect there business. They even want to admit, “ we do not have payment options to accommodate this kind of care.” But then want to say that I refused for my dog to be seen. Absolutely ridiculous.

Best vet I’ve ever been to! I have a 9 year old chihuahua who has had a cough for some time. The first vet I went to said nothing was wrong and (I’m not sure the medical term but) there was something collapsed in his throat and not to worry. Cross creek also made the same diagnoses, BUT they really have shown me that my baby’s health is important and did additional testing. They confirmed that he was positive for worms, which is not great news but, it’s good that I know now and how to treat it moving forward. They also did an X-ray to confirm that everything was okay and that nothing was collapsed. I would have never known without them. Just amazing and so patient with my baby. Highly recommend!

The staff has always demonstrated the utmost care for my kitties and were responsive and compassionate when I needed them to be. I’ve been going to Cross Creek for about 15 years now.

I took my Beagles to get a health check, update shots, and for boarding. The staff was extremely professional and spent a lot of time answering questions and explaining everything. Overall GREAT experience. Highly recommend

We have been going to Cross Creek for about two years now. They have always been helpful and great with my boys. We have left them several times at the boarding and have had them groomed while there. The boys love it.

I love everyone at Cross Creek! They are super nice and their prices are very reasonable. I needed shots for my dogs on a weekend and had never been seen there they got me in same day and got me set for the rest of their shots two weeks later. We will be moving soon and I will very sad to be losing them as our vet.

Cross Creek Animal Hospital has provided excellent care for my pet who was recently diagnosed with diabetes. We decided to change vet services after our previous vet had given up on treating our pet. Dr. Brown and her staff especially Danielle should empathy and genuine concern for my dog. health. They have taken care of her so well. I recommend this facility to anyone that wants to have excellent care for their pet.

I’ve never left a review before, but felt strongly about leaving this one since I I went to this place based off of reviews. This is honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had at a vet. The communication is abysmal and the staff rude, patronizing and condescending. If you care about your pet, I wouldn’t bring them here.

The customer service is phenomenal, the price is pretty good, but the care quality is unfortunately lacking. As someone with a degree in animal science and pre-vet medicine, I disagreed with the care quality for my dog’s injuries. I brought him in since my usual vet is by appointment-only, so it’s great that Cross Creek offers walk-ins with some advanced notice. They put my dog under anesthesia and were able to clean his wounds, bandaged him up, then told us to keep his bandages on for 24 hours. The bandage cut off his circulation and was so tight, he had swelling/ edema above AND below the bandage and stopped bearing weight on his leg. Even the tech that came to get him the next day asked if that was done by them... it was bad. Then he went and got the wound cleaned, bandaged looser, and given meds. The bandage came off within 10 minutes, and his wound worsened. I genuinely think he should have gotten stitches, as it’s in an area that keeps ripping open. The vets wanted the wound to “breathe” to drain the infection, which is impossible with an aggressively bleeding wound. I went back to the vet a week later after changing his bandages every day... and the same story. Re-do bandage, charge $, let him go home and “take off the bandage” which I can’t do without blood all over the house. I want to give the vet office credit, the receptionists and techs are awesome, but I question the credibility of the veterinarians because 1) they can’t make a consistent bandage without harming the patient 2) gave improper & conflicting instructions on how long to keep on bandages 3) didn’t provide proper care for an open wound. I will not be going back.

My dogs love coming here and they do a good job taking care of them. But they only get a 3 star rating for the extremely long wait times. They leave you on hold for way too long. Also I had a drop off schedule, it took them +30mins to come get my dog in addition to the having me on hold for a while. If your looking for faster customer service go anywhere else. If you don’t care waiting 45mins in a parking lot for service go right on ahead.

I take my cat and dog here, it’s very quick and easy to get an appointment. The prices are very reasonable. The staff is some of the friendliest people I’ve ever met. COVID has made things difficult, I’m sure, but the staff are real troopers and always have a smile on their faces. My mom and sister take their pets here, and I wouldn’t take my fur babies anywhere else.
