I have been bringing my baby here for years. They do such a great job on grooming my Chihuahua. I would recommend with 2 thumbs up. They take exceptional care each and everytime. ❤️❤️????????????????????

Great customer service and my doggies smell good for days and days.

Clean hair cuts for both my pups. I asked for as short as possible so there was a smal nic on my 5month old dog. Not angry as he is a FULL HANDFULL of energy so I’m impressed they got him as short as they did

This is not the fanciest Pet Salon in Fayetteville but it certainly is one of the best!

I asked for an estimate on my Moyen Poodle (he is 26 lbs, he is in no way a standard, as standard poodles are around 50 lbs) and was given the estimate of 45 dollars at most for a clip, nails, ears, and a bath. For the whole works that is crazy cheap so I agreed with no issues. When I went to pick my dog up they charged me $65. They claimed the estimate was for a dog under 30 lbs and he was a standard poodle and weighed 50 lbs. He is not a standard poodle and barely comes up to my knees (I am 5' 2"...). I would have been fine if they had said that $65 was my estimate plus a tip, but they did not, they said AT MOST it would be $45. The grooming was okay, but his nails were not done and his ears were done poorly. As someone who grooms myself I do not recommend this place. If you cannot differentiate dog breeds then do not groom dogs. I have proof of the estimate given and proof of my dogs weight which was given to me a week ago because he went to the vet. The place is small and wreaks of smoke. My dog was extremely timid upon leaving this place. I do not recommend.

I had been using a big box name place to have my Corgi groomed. Their prices were outrageous to begin with and then they recently increased the pricing. I have been driving by this place for awhile now, living in the neighborhood. I regret not using this place sooner! They charged me nearly half of what I had been paying and my Max looks amazing! The ladies working there were very nice and I’m extremely happy with their services! Highly recommend!

OMG The Absolute Best Pet Salon in Fayetteville ❣️ I have taken my older abused rescue to a couple of other salons in the area who would not take care of mine baby girl. She is a malshi & they do not shed therefore they get matted up when their hair gets long, therefore ties & knots up & it is painful to be groomed. Upon arriving at Loving Touch, I was greeted by great friendly staff, they took her in treated her like one of their own when & I went to pick her up she was not scared. She was beautifully cut she was happy to see me & for once was not shaking out of her skin, scared & ready to get out of there. Loving Touch & they're great staff will for now on be our families one & ONLY Pet Salon for all of our beautiful pet children ❣️????

My first time here with my two dogs, loved the personality of the staff and they did a fantastic job on my dogs. I'm really glad we found and tried Loving Touch, and the prices are as good as it gets. What a pleasure to walk out of place and feel you didn't get robbed. Keep doing what you're doing. Great price, great service, I always come back to Loving Touch! My dog loves going there, I never feel "pressured" into upgraded services and I always get a happy, beautiful boy back when I pick him up. They treat my dog like their own.

They are Great. Always cut my little dogs nails without having an appointment. They love all the dogs like they are their own which is rare nowdays. So if you want a good place to take your dog for grooming you need to go to them.Prices are cheaper there too.
