New employees are rude and don't know much about fish. The store hours do not seem to be right on Google Maps either it is never open at 11 a.m. Glad to see they could reopen the business but it's not nearly the same.

The owners don't know what animals are actually worth,or they are just taking advantage of the ignorant. It pains me to say, but for a small shop to be 2x an even 4x as much on pet pricing compared to petsmart an other big box stored is sad because i love to supportsmall business; you can only skin a sheep once, but you can sheer it through out its life. Keep that in mind

Love this place! Staff is 100% all the time. They do get crazy busy at times so just be patient and enjoy looking at all the animals.

Great selection and prices. No one was really proactive in helping me though. Felt invisible at the store. Just wanted a quick purchase and wanted to support local business. Petco it is :(

WORSTE THING IMAGINABLE. I am an owner of chameleons and other reptiles and when I walked in everything was wrong. They had adult veiled chameleons in the same cage with each other along with giant anoles, one of the chameleons had bone deformity and another lizard looked like it’s neck was crushed. They had iguanas in the same cage as turtles, it was just horrible all the animals are suffering there

I will only buy fish from them. They have no clue how to care for reptiles, rodents, birds, and mammals. They keep multiple chameleons together, they’re solitary animals. Some even have MBD.

I was in this store looking for a pet fish for my kiddos. I found out that the store was burned down l and that they’re in a temporary tiny store located near a strip club. Most things there looked overpriced like the 2.5-gallon fish tank that it’s normally priced at $45 and they charged me $70. This new store is so tiny and most of the pets seem cramped and sad in there. I understand that the business is struggling right now, and it would be reasonable to reduce the amount of pets until they moved to a new place to avoid this look. Other than that, the staff members were very friendly, got me everything I needed, and helped me out with any information requested!

DONT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS! They should be sued. They house animals that shouldn’t be housed together and have tiny enclosures for big lizards. Their prices are ridiculous and they house animals extremely wrong and poorly.

The old store was burned down but they have a new location about 1/3 the size on the same parking lot at the very end of the bunch.

I bought the monitor dragon and 2 iguanas when they had the fire..keeping the monitor in its cage has proven to be a challenge .lol

Employees are extremely kind and helpful however, some of the husbandry and housing of the animals they are selling is sub par.

This store made me so sad! I love betta fish so I was eager to see what they had. But to my horror the betta fish were all in awful shape. They were all laying at the bottom of the cups, filthy water, barely making it. Some were tiny baby bettas. They were too young to be sold in a store. Most were also just laying around. These beautiful fish do not deserve to be treated this way! They are living breathing beings! If you cannot take proper care of them you should not have them in your store.

The staff is as amazing as the animals. The staff is very friendly, educated on the animals and attentive to the customers wants and needs. It is a family owned business. This is the place to go not PetSmart or Petco. Please support this business!

The store has physically moved to the end of the building as of May 2021. I get my feeder mice here and the mice are healthy and fat.

Great atmosphere, great service with excellent knowledge on all pets they carry, since the old location burned to the ground, in only a few weeks they have gotten back on their feet and are running in great stride.????????

Based on pictures and videos I have seen from this location before it burnt down, I would not advise getting any type of reptile from this store when/if it reopens at a new location. In the videos it shows multiple different species being housed in the same tank, even though they each have very different housing requirements. That is detrimental to the health of the animals even if it’s just temporary. It was also very apparent that the cages needed to be cleaned, as well as there being a heat rock in there that is know to cause burns on so many reptiles that it is hugely known in the reptile community to avoid them. The fact that they continue to use them as well as cohabitate different species shows me that they are not up to date on what is and is not okay in the reptile community, making them not a good source to get reptiles or information.

They honestly don’t take care of their animals. I don’t know enough about the birds fish or mammals but the care for the reptiles is disgusting. I’ve been in there twice and one time there was a tank with baby tortoises, monitors and a fire skink. And another time there were tortoises bearded dragons and water dragons. All in which obviously have VERY different care. My first time there a guy tried to sell me an African fat tail gecko as a leopard gecko (which is horrible again very different care requirements) they should either stick to pet products or just find a new business. Building burnt down, it’s the perfect time. Rest In Peace all those amazing animals that died.
