dr G is a very caring vet whom i appreciate so very much.

We have been taking our dogs here since 2007. Every visit has been met with the utmost professionals from front desk to the treatment room. We have seen multiple Vets, primary Dr. GARRETT who is a phenomenal Vet and person. We have had our dogs seen from day 1 to their final visit in some cases and treatment has never wavered. The care for both pets and the feelings of their owners is awesome. We cannot thank you all enough for the kindness and professiobal care you have provided.

The doctors there are the best

I've been coming to Dr. Garrett for more than 20 years and have never been disappointed. No matter who he has working for him, they're always polite, professional, and have your pets best interest in mind.

If I could give this place a lower rating I would… this was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. No communication at all, did not explain anything just started to doing. After telling us they work with aggressive dogs they made no attempt to work with our female dog. Ended up not have my female dog treated at all. We left with way more questions then we had going in. Do not recommend this vet for anyone with a litter of puppies or an aggressive dog.

I have been taking my baby here going on 7 yrs. They are friendly and Dr. Garrett is the best. If you have an emergency, they tell you to come in. And the cost is good.

Best Vet ever! I bring our fur babies there for over 10 years and we and my babies love it there! Dr. Rogers is the best and sees my babies at anytime when they need his help! The Staff is amazing super friendly like I said BEST VET IN TOWN!!!!

Dr. Garrett Senior is the best veterinarian and the best animal surgeon that I ever met. Doctor Garrett had operated on one of my doggies. He operated while other doctors were not willing to touch my six month old lab. Not only the Doctor has successfully completed the surgery but also it was for 75% less than other places. I highly recommend doctor Garrett to everyone. You will get excellent care here and 50 to 75% cheaper than other places.

I had to take my dog in for an emergency, and she ended up having to be put down. The staff was very friendly and didn't financial take advantage of me.

Dr Garret is unbelievable. The most knowledgable vet I've ever met. As long as I'm in Fayetteville, my three furry family members will see him. Savannah, his tech, is really great. My Buddy instantly took to her. Great place for furry (or feathered) friends!

They are clean and organized. The staff has a wonderful attitude towards the pets and owners. I have been through a lot of vets with both my pets and this is the best one by far. I recommend this vet to everyone who has pets big and small

I have taken two dogs to this vet who has met their needs which have included extensive surgery on one pet's broken leg and spay for another. Dr's Garrett and Huff were my pet's doctor.

The doctors and staff have always been great, but my dog is extremely nervous around strangers. I do not like that they take them out of my sight to the back of the building to be treated. It does not help with my pups anxiety.

Great staff, enough vets to accommodate and they won’t just take your money. The doctor sits down and goes like by line and the pros and cons and let’s you make informed decisions. Got my baby fixed here and I’m in love with this gem hidden in Fayetteville.

Best all around for pet love and care

I have been bringing my pets here for years. The front desk staff is extremely rude. If you can’t work well under pressure or we’ll with the clients you shouldn’t be in this environment or career field. DrGarret has always been amazing but with our experience yesterday we are rethinking going back. How my husband was treated yesterday when he took our sick cat in was beyond upsetting. He called me while at the desk and the front desk girl was extremely rude. They need to do some retraining for sure on how to interact with people. I would be happy to show them proper customer service and conflict management.

The people were really nice, but they made me wait for a few hours and forgot to call me.

My baby had a problem with her eyes today. I called at 1:43p and they stop taking walk-ins at 2p (new patient here as well). I rushed there and made it in the door just before 2. They helped my dog and I was out of there by 3p. They're super helpful and everyone I talked to was so nice! For the services they provided me, the price point was so much better than I had expected. They're affordable and awesome. The vet even asked me to call him in a couple days so he knows she's ok. Truly a place that cares for your babies!!!

Very helpful and easy to get help for my pet !!

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They have explained everything thing we need to know about taking care of our pup. It is very busy in the morning and late afternoon. The parking lot is tight but it was well worth the trip from Richmond, VA to Fayetteville, NC to have Dr. Garrett take care of our Cane Corso puppy.

I love Dr Garrett! Some of the staff are rude. But I deal with it just to see Dr Garrett!

Dr. Garrett did a tremendous job on my dogs ears but the customer service experience up at the front desk is not so great and definitely needs to be worked on.

Dr Garrett has taken care of my fur children for over 17 years and has always, always, always done his best for my family!

I recently had to put my cat down, they took care of her for 15 years, and were always kind and caring...staff is friendly and professional...

My dog is 13 & found out finally what was wrong with her. I have been to multiple vets & no answers. This vet is half the price than others. I finally have meds to help my sweet baby. She has a heart murmur which collapses her breathing tub due to blood flow & air. I have spent so much money trying to help her, thank gosh I found Animal Hospital. From 1 to 6 heart murmer she is a 3. So mad at the other vets, might have been gone or a 1. My baby gonna be with me longer. I was going to put her to sleep as her quality of life so pitiful, struggling to breath, coughing all the time & not very happy. I didn't want her to suffer. Meds, she already feel better & Vet already has another plan if don't work long term. She is happy, Momma very, very ???? happy. Thanks Animal Hospital.
