I am a local dog trainer and several of my clients go here. I’ve heard nothing but good things. What’s really stood out to me though is how great they are with the animals. Huge shout out to Shannon for always being so helpful with her patients, especially the ones who aren’t always so easy!

Excellent staff. My mother inlaws dog doesn't like strangers, but remains calm and cooperative when dropped off for vaccinations, nail trimming, etc. Never an issue.

Staff were rude amd were more worried about getting off work than assisting with scanning a lost dog

Thank you for being there for my pet! When I first called Ambassador Animal Hospital I spoke with a lovely lady named Tori, she answered all of my questions and let me which doctor I would be seeing. The technician, I believe her name was Taylor, that came out to my vehicle was very sweet and put me and Paco at ease. Pacos ears are doing much better! The cost was a little high, but you cannot beat the quality of care your pet receives.

Love this place, I’ve taken many pets here, a foster dog and my own. They are kind, helpful, and send a reminder for anything my pet is due. I have vets closer to where I live, but I choose to go here after having a friend recommend it.

Very nice staff! I have to say I will like it when we can go inside and not call from the car. Not the vet's fault though. My Hannah is always happy there. I recommend them.

I understand COVID-19 and the need for clinics to have curbside pickup. Dr. King who used to work at Ambassador also had an understanding for elderly and certain case by case and the need for owners to be with their Animals. Dr. King is gone now, they are not telling me the how or why, or where she went. Yes we survived the stress of my 16 yr old blind , and ill kitty that is terrified of the Vet. Stress is real, the times are full of stress, just give me more information and not misinformation and I might handle it better. I <3 my fur babies. When we work together, things will be better. I Love Ambassador because we found our our Angel in "Angel" our Vet Tech, who helped us through this difficult process to include the loss of Romeo our beloved kitty. We still have our Zoe who like Angel now says to her her Zoe is her Diva. With COVID-19 and the stress of not being with her I could not imagine not having Angel taking care of my Zoe. Thank you again you truly are an Angel, as well as the rest of the staff. I might feel the same about the Doc's one day when I get to sit in the same room again with them but for now I have you to give me comfort that my animals are in good hands. ~Valerie

We had to send our 12 year old lab, Maggie, to puppy heaven. As you can imagine this was devastating for our family. Our children grew up with Maggie. Everyone at Ambassador was kind, caring and thoughtful. Dr. Ritter allowed us all the time we needed to say our goodbyes. As heartbreaking as this experience was for our family, we could not have asked for better service from the entire Ambassador Staff. Thank you.

We have been taking our dogs here since 1995. We get great care and the staff is great. In these difficult times, we were comfortable with the way they handled her annual physical. Although we were not in the office, the doctor called and was very informative, telling us Chloe had a thyroid problem. They called the next day, after we gave approval for blood work, and told us she needed to be on medication. Very kind and professional. They take good care of your pets. We appreciate them.

I love the fact that with this social distancing the staff member came to my care to get my Bella, took her in to get her rabies vaccine and in about 5 minutes brought her out to me. It was fast, easy and we were on our way home in no time!! Thank you so much Ambasadore Staff!!

The people here are kind and helpful, and they do very well with my dog. They send reminders for vaccination updates, and follow up with phone calls after illness visits to check on my pet

I plus my mom have been going to Ambassador for awhile now and I very much appreciate their work ethics and hard work for us. I’ve job shadowed before and learned so much from them. I value that they’re still willing to help even through COVID 19’ times; it means a lot to me. Thank you.

We have two 9-year-old schnauzers and Ambassador has cared for them the vast majority of their lives. We've always gotten great care, and our boys never balk at going there, which is a big indicator to me. They have always taken the time to listen and respond to questions, and they worked with us closely to learn how to care for our diabetic dog. I have recommended them to family and friends on many occasions.

I've been a client for 20+ years...sure miss Dr. Davis, but our first visit (during the pandemic) since her retirement went well!
