This is the best, locally owned and operated pet store I've shopped at. The employees are extremely knowledgeable about nutrition, and are happy to help you find the best food for your pet. If you need to order something, they are happy to get it in for you in a timely manner. I will definitely keep shopping here!

I went in there for some flea shampoo as my boy was hurting. I met the manager Julianne? An amazing customer experience. Not only did I get what I needed but a plethora of practical advice. She understood the need of NATURAL care and offered multiple solutions. Can't recommend this store enough! Thank you for your help. Sincerely.

Used their Dog Washing Station yesterday for the first time and it was a great experience.

Great selection of quality pet foods. Was able to bring all three of my dogs and give them all great baths in the self service bathing area. It was slow and I was able to have them all in the room together which made them all much happier.

Very horrible customer service. I was in for about 2 minutes I was being stared at with a nasty look. I will never go back. Very very rude lady running the store. High prices domt recommend coming back.
