Always been a great experience

Our dog, Agustus will start doggie daycare here as soon as he is old enough. The staff was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. The yard is clean and the dogs were running around having fun.

Final victory was super in taking care of our surrender dog when a family member could no longer care for it. This was a heartbreaking choice and had to be done.

Let me first start off by saying that my 11 month old pup has been going to day care since he was 5 months old (we used a different facility), but decided to give The Doghouse a try since it was closer to our new house and conveniently located off 526. The front desk staff seemed friendly, but when I asked for a tour of the facility, I was immediately told “No, we have pictures online.” (Red Flag #1) The first day, Scout was very excited when I dropped him off, but unfortunately was not so excited when I picked him up, despite being told he had a “great day”. He was skiddish and just seemed off. (Red Flag #2) The next day when I dropped him off, he cowered behind me and refused to go past the front desk, again, something he has never done before as He was always so excited when he want to the other facility. (Red Flag #3) I found this odd, but against my better judgment decided to drop him off anyway. Once we got home later that afternoon his behavior and body language again seemed off. I then made a sudden movement and he cowered as if I was going to hit him and then growled at me, again, something that has NEVER happened.I spoke with our vet and dog trainer, who both agreed that something must have happened to cause him to act this way. When I called seeking more information, the only responses I was given was “I don’t know” or “I don’t remember”. His odd and alarming behavior after spending two days at The Doghouse was enough for me to never bring him back to The Doghouse again.

In The Dog House is the absolute best. I've been taking my dog here for years and they were integral in him maturing from a pup into a very good dog by giving him a wonderful place to spend his days playing. Having a place to get his exercise and socialization is huge, especially since we trust the staff 100%; they love the dogs they care for.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place. They are so wonderful with all the animals. They treat every single one of them as if they are a part of their own family. My dog loves going here so much, I take him every work day now instead of a few times a week like I had planned!

Experience counts! The owner knows dogs and loves dogs. You can trust your dogs with her. And the employees are friendly and kind.

Winston LOVES In The Dog House! Whether he’s following his human friends, getting groomed, or playing with his dog friends, we know he’s in great hands and having a blast!

This is by far the best place for my fur babies to go during the day and for overnight stays. They are so loving and wonderful with my dogs. The staff is really what makes ITDH rock!

In addition to the aforementioned traits about this business I found it to be clean, organized, and a friendly, responsible staff. Our dog has unique dietary needs and as such we supply his food. It's critical his caretakers follow the instructions and they do so each time, leaving both the dog and us very happy! He gets plenty of exercise too!

Jingles stayed here last week when I was traveling for work, and was so happy when I picked him up. He had been very well played with, smelled awesome from the bath they gave him, and was happy to rest after 5 days of play with all of the other pups! These guys do a great job, and I am lucky that they are so close to home. Thanks In The Dog House team!

Great daycare, very nice hours and a good place to take your dog to help socialize them.

We have left our lab here many times and each time we are more and more impressed with this place! Everyone is so nice and caring. We feel so confident in the team here when we have to drop Charlie off. Also they post videos on Facebook so you get to see your dog playing with all the other dogs! Thank you guys for being the best :)

Dogs always seem to be happy, nicely groomed, and not dead. That's 5 ???? in my book.

We started taking our dog Heartly there a few weeks again. We absolutely love the staff and the facility and our dog has a great time. He is always ready to rush in and play with his friends!

wow what horrible people. They gave my sister in law a three minuet warning before closing early and proceeded to keep her puppy overnight without her consent.

Our dog stayed at In The Dog House while we were vacationing in Charleston. He had a fantastic time, just loved playing all day with the other dogs, and came back to us happy and exhausted! The folks who work there were wonderful with him!

I love In the Dog House, my dog Grover gets so excited whenever we pull up that he gets to ply with friends all day! I know he’s happy and well taken care of when he’s there and he comes home exhausted!

Honestly wouldn’t take my dog anywhere else. I have to drag her out at the end of the day because she doesn’t want to leave her friends.

I specifically asked for my dog and my daughters dog to be together and they were not. Due to the Labor Day Holiday the we’re open 8-11 on Monday. She picked up at 9 and I picked up at 10 and the dogs had not been fed. My dog dirtied in the crate and he never dirties at home. I don’t think they let him out the night before.

We have a puppy so I was nervous about taking her to a boarding house. But our puppy loved it and was eager to return the second time.

Cool place for dogs to hang out and play with friends. Owner is a great guy running a dog daycare. How cool is that.
