I called to schedule an appointment for my dog and one of the technician told me that I had to come up there to get an appointment because it would be an emergency based appointment I went up there when I got there another Tech answered the phone and said that the doctor would not be able to see my dog because the doctor's office closes at 3pm it was 1:30 when I got there. I had to call around to find another clinic to see her.

I have been here multiple times for each of my 3 pets (2 cats, 1 dog) for urgent care. They recommend fair and reasonable testing and have reasonable prices! They're also very nice and professional. I highly recommend this place and will continue coming here for urgent care!

Super quick and friendly staff. Had a great experience getting my Zoey dental services. Was also able to get her and my other dog's rabies shots done with no problems. Will use this place as my go-to vet clinic!

I’ve never met a more caring, compassionate, and comforting group of people in my life. My puppy was sick and they did everything they could to get him better, and make sure that I understood what was going on with him and why it was happening. I appreciated them being upfront with costs every step of the way, since it’s hard being a single mom of one pup, and I’d especially like to say thank you to Dr. Stevenson for tolerating my dramatics as well as he did. I know if I were in his shoes I would have told myself to shut up haha. But he’s doing leaps and miles better than he was, and I’m going to be forever grateful for them saving my fur baby. They’ve earned themselves a customer for life. Thank you all so much, you truly don’t know how much I appreciate everything you do. If I can figure out how to attach picture to this here I will!

Saved my cat a couple years back when he blocked and had to be hospitalized for a few days, and I’ve been coming here ever since. They’ve seen every one of my pets and it’s always been a fantastic experience. I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else.

Our Terrier was recently diagnosed with renal kidney failure by Dr. Stephenson. He was very informative explaining the results of the blood work, value by value, in a kind, compassionate, knowledgeable way. He outlined the care alternatives following the diagnosis, and possible outcomes to administering shots. He answered all my questions and took his time in doing so. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC! In addition, his staff in over whelming with kindness towards your pet and you. They are friendly, helpful, informative and set an outstanding example of what drs. offices should be like.

My pet came here 2 days ago. The doctor was great and the staff were amazing. All were very professional and showed us nothing but kindness. I have been coming here for several years and will not use any other veterinarian. I can't say enough how much I love this place!

I would not recommend this place. They have very poor communication. While the vet seems competent, the office staff who schedules appointments have no idea what they are doing.

I am so thankful to Dr. Stephenson and staff for their kind words as I recently had a dear pet euthanized there. They knew my dog well and made both of us feel comfortable for his last moments. Thank you to all!

Thanks to DR. MEISER!!! Our yorkie threw up blood. This office doesn’t close until 8pm. We called them to let them know we were on our way, as we live an hour away. They told us that they would see our pup, if we make it there by 7:30. We arrived 15mins before 7:30. Well Dr. Meiser turned us away because she decided to be done with her work day. Even after we called before hand, and made sure to make it there, even before the agreed arrival time. Now we’re rushing to get our dog somewhere else. I guess her leaving work early is more important than the well-being of our dog. It wasn’t that there was an emergency, she just decided she wanted to go home early. It’ll probably cost us 100s more bc we now have to go to an emergency clinic, on top of rushing for the safety of our dog, and on top of that, I’m pregnant. My dog is currently throwing up again, right now, while my husband is trying to rush us to the next place. Throwing up BLOOD!!!! Update: my dog has just been diagnosed with HGE. I definitely recommend never taking your fur baby to two notch road animal clinic, and do not count on Dr. Meiser. Them telling us to make it there by 7:30, that they’ll take our fur baby, then turn us away, just bc she’s ready to be done with her work day....it really shows the lack of care, and lack of professionalism. Do your fur baby a favor, and do not take them there, cvets actually didn’t charge us too much, and they truly cared for our dog. This disease can be life threatening, and I’m so thankful we got her to cvets in time for fluids/meds. We will be sticking with our regular vets office, and cvets. I will be getting the word out about this clinic as well. I don’t know how their corporate puts up with doctors doing this. This company really needs to “DO BETTER” and Dr. Meiser, you should feel ashamed of yourself

I found a kitten in the road around 345 pm , Friday afternoon. They were able to check kitty out, fix him up, and provide teaching the same day. THANK GOODNESS. thankful for them !!

Truly the worst vet experience of my life. The office is incompetent at best. They also rudely sent us an email after informing us that they couldn’t fill out a form that we didn’t even request they fill out. I will try to update this post to include the emails. I am truly shocked at how bad this experience was. We chose them because it was last minute, but never again.

Terrible vet experience with awful customer service. Just look at the recent one-star reviews. We were made to wait in our car 1 hour past our appointment time to be seen, and then the vet tech was incredibly rude and difficult to talk to. It was a disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this vet for anything. Covid-19 is no excuse for a lack of customer service this severe.

They provide outstanding veterinary services! Professional and caring staff! I have been taking my dogs for years for boarding and vet services. I have never been disappointed. They have grown to be like family. I would definitely recommend this facility.

I decided to bring my Pitbull Mix Roscoe, just because they were the closest to my home. My dog had gotten into a fight and was bleeding from the mouth and limping on his foot. After sitting here for 3 hours we find out nothing had been done at all and my poor baby had just been sitting in a cage. I understand there being a wait due to them being over booked, but they never ever told me that nothing was being done. It was not until 4 hours later that they finally gave me a form for pain medicine and just decided to do x-rays. Keep in mind they never gave me any information regarding my dog, no matter how many times I asked they claimed they would “go check”, then came back and never told me anything. They are completely uninformative and absolutely rude. I would never ever ever bring another animal here. Also for the complete disappointment in service they are the most overpriced place I have ever been to. Honestly you can go anywhere else and they would have better service and prices PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG HERE.

2 years last November we had to put our 19 yr Chihuahua down, they took excellent care of her and were so very nice and comforting to my wife and I. Last night we had to take our very sick Pookie there, they are giving us a PAW Print of his. The young lady that was working the night shift was so understanding that I was very upset and gave me all the time I needed with him. It was the toughest thing I've had to do is let him go, we had Pookie for 17 yrs. I want to say Thank You.

Absolutely! Absolutely! Absoluely! The worst place ever!!! This vet is money driven and tried to make it seem as if my dog was wayyy sicker than she was. Had to sue this vet because of the absolute rudeness of the employees and the very unproffesional staff!!!! I am so livid from this horrible experience i just had???? 2/18/18

Such a truly amazing experience here! We called first and the staff member who answered was extremely kind and helpful. Once we arrived each member of the staff, including Dr. Fedash, treated our sick little Izzy as though she was their own. They printed a treatment plan to review treatment and all costs associated with her treatment to ensure I understood all aspects of what would be happening. While the cost was higher than I was hoping, it was nothing compared to the value of Izzy's life because her illness did turn out to be deadly if not treated immediately. Once I got home Dr. Fedash called to review the test results and had already begun the proper treatment (and I live less than 15 minutes away). I cannot thank them enough or praise them enough for what they have done for us! Highly recommend.

This place robbed me. They refused to look at my dog saying he was out of control and needed to be sedated. When I said no to sedating him and said I would go somewhere else they called the law and tried to have me arrested saying I refused to pay for service that they never did. They refused to see my dog because he was supposed out of control but I have video of him with three cops and not one time barked or was out of control in any way. I have video of this for anyone that would like to see this. My number is 80374189ee .I can showed anyone that would like to see. Do not go to this place. They will cheat you!
