Great vets office! The techs are so personable and the Dr is super sweet & knowledgeable. Not too expensive. They took excellent care of my cats during their check ups. Highly recommend taking your pets here!

We have 3 larger dogs and 3 crazy cats and have finally found a vet that can care for all of their individual needs! We found them when one of our cats was deathly ill for days and we were turned away by several different area vets that were either unwilling or unable to save our baby Milo and SVAH gave him the immediate care and attention needed for a full recovery that was also extremely affordable! This caused us to start moving all of our babies over to them due to frustrations with the previous vet service we have been getting for years elsewhere dealing with the same ongoing issues while never any relief after thousands of wasted dollars I am so glad we found SVAH!

Very warm and caring staff. They worked our very sick pup in when our previous vet put him on an undefined wait list. They also called to check on him. (Needless to say, we won’t be returning to the previous vet.)

I called this office because I needed to get my dog in with an infection ASAP. My now previous vet was too booked up all of the time. The vet techs were so personable. They made us feel so comfortable and not judged. Nobody wants to take their dog somewhere and be judged when being asked tons of questions. SVAH treated our family and dog with such respect, like we were family. They even called the next day to check on my dog. I followed up with a concern the next day and the doctor told me what to do. My dog is starting to feel so much better. 1000/10 recommend

They are very passionate, an with our big dog they took there time with him cause he was scared. An you can ask all the questions an really take time to answer then. Definitely our vet for our 3 dogs

I’ve spent so much money with them. I recently moved to Baltimore and needed them to okay a prescription for my dog’s conjunctivitis. When I called and told them that my dog had conjunctivitis, they told me I had to come in from Baltimore to South Carolina! Such lack of empathy for a dog they acted like they cared about! I will never refer anyone to them or deal with them.

I have been going here for years and I love it. I've never had to wait long for an appointment and I never felt like I'm being rushed out the door. Dr. Herber went above and beyond for my fosters last year when they were suffering from persistent diarrhea. Dr. Gardner fixed a limp that my cat had had for years. I couldn't ask for a better pair of veterinarians.

The staff at Spring Valley Animal Hospital are kind, helpful, and very competent. I really felt like every one of them genuinely cared about my animal companion (Browncat) and me. The veterinarian I saw even inquired about Browncat's progress between visits via their app. I should also note that they were the only place I called that would see my pet that day (it was pretty urgent). I really appreciated that. Spring Valley Animal Hospital gets my strongest and most heartfelt recommendation.

I came to this place because of the reviews and I was NOT disappointed. I was getting my rescue pup fixed up and she was very nervous and shaky. The staff handled her with care and Dr. Megan was so sweet. My furbaby has a place she can go if she ever falls ill. As a matter of fact we'll be there tomorrow for her booster shots. Violet won't be as nervous as before.

I love this place and the staff! They always take great care of my fur babies and provide quality service. Everyone here is so friendly and you can tell they genuinely care. Their prices aren’t super high like most vets so that’s always a plus. I will say the parking situation is kind of awful because they are right off a major road so turning into their small parking lot takes a minute and can be dangerous due to traffic. Just be patient and get there safely because this is the best vet in the area and they are 1000% worth it! Dr. Megan is my favorite and she is just a fun person to be around. Your fur babies will be in good hands here!

Love Dr. Megan and her staff they've always been so good with my pets. Our family appreciates them amd you can tell they care for cats and dogs. My family has been using them for the past 3 and a half years.

Established care for both my pets today and it was a seamless process.Sue got me registered to bring my animals in today- I was seen on time, vet tech Shannon was professional and caring and Dr Megan was outstanding! Couldn’t place my four legged children in better hands for their veterinary needs Thank you all so much

Dr. Herbers is the best! My dog, Lily and I, have known her for years. She is very knowledgeable, caring, has a fabulous “bedside manner” and always responds promptly to emails. I wouldn’t trust Lily’s care to anyone else!

Very good service here from the 1st time I called to make an appointment. I felt like they were more concerned about caring for my pet then worrying about getting a lot of money for unnecessary services. The vet was very straight forward and honest about my dogs prognosis and how to care for her. They were very good to work with me financially as well. We will be using them for our pets Vet.
