This was my first experience using Gregg Animal Hospital. The entire staff was friendly, professional, and patient. They answered all of my questions thoroughly and without "rushing". Dr. Greiner called me several times to tell me what she thought was the best plan of action, and obtain my consent, as she conducted my pup's medical procedure. My experience was very positive. I will use this animal hospital in the years to come.

They had appointments readily available. Other vets in the area were booked weeks out. Great communication and quick service. And they didn’t try to upsell me on anything (like my last vet clinic did).

Best Veterinary practice I have experienced. Thoughtful, thorough, timely. Wish there were six stars...they would get them from me.

I love Gregg Animal Hospital! They respond to text messages and are super friendly. They are really good with my chihuahua, Clifford, and I can tell that they actually care about animals. I appreciate the employees at Gregg Animal Hospital!

Our Family had been going to Gregg Animal Hospital for years but all that changed after Dr. Gregg retired and a new veterinarian took over. I brought my dog in for her annual visit, not a sick visit. Oh, I didn't mention but the vet office does this no touch procedure that you don't take your pet inside for the visit but a vet tech. comes out to your vehicle and takes your pet inside. Matter of fact you don't even see the Vet. When it was time for me to pickup my 13yr. old baby the vet tech / assistant came out she had the bill statement in her hand and no sign of my dog nor the Vet. My annual checkup for my healthy 13 yr. old dog was just a couple of dollars short of SIX HUNDRED DOLLARS ($600.00). I asked questions about some of the charges but the assistant gave me short and unexplainable answers. And my dog received flea & tick medication and heart medication without talking to me about which medicine she would be giving my dog. I also believe, she gave my dog a heart worm medicine prior to getting the heart worms results. How can a veterinarian business run a Safe & Healthy facility without good quality communication and a clear & see through plan of operation of the facility and charges. Especially, from the Prime Provider of the Animal Hospital Services - The Veterinarian !

In my previous review this is what I stated and stand by it "Great staff very caring. They saved my puppy life!! Roscoe and are forever grateful!". However oh, my most recent experience or should I say last 2 weeks in experiences with this Clinic. I find that a lot of the services are misleading and I find that the billing is very manipulative. For example; my most recent visit I brought my pet in to get two booster shots. By the end of the visit I paid for an additional booster shot. I paid for tests that were not discuss with me before they were rendered. I was charged for a service that I feel should have been explained, considering that I was told to drop off my pet.

I had an emergency issue with my cat and Gregg was able to see her last minute. They were fast and smooth with the visit and they made my cat feel a lot better.

With Covid still with us Gregg has adapted beautifully to the crisis. They deal with our dogs in a very safe way and are as thorough...or moreso...than any veterinary group we've ever experienced.Given all the services they render the cost is extremely fair.

Love the vet Dt. Meisner! Hate that I have to leave my 3 month old puppy there after a drop off between 8-9 am for the a booster shop. I also had to pay for a $26 dollar kennel cough vaccine that wouldn't have been necessary if she cough have gotten a specific appt time!! Made her next appt right away hoping they could see her at a specific time, but nope, I e got to drop her off again & pick her up when done. Also mmy vet will be on maternity leave so I will have never met this vet! I've used Gregg's for years now as I knew Dr. GREGG personally. He is retired now. The staff is usually very polite & helpful. But having only one vet, for a practice this large is inconvenient . Not being able to accompany your pet into the office , having to drop off early in the am , then wait to pick your pet up is very is ridiculous! Especially with gas at almost $4. I would change vets but I've always trusted Gregg animal clinic for well over 10 years, & wouldn't know where to take my furbabies!!

Gregg Animal Hospital has been the best vet experience that I have ever had. They are helping me with my Little Bit who was adopted with several medical problems. They call to check on him and are helping me cope with the treatments. I wouldn't go to any other vet.
