Becca, from the front desk, promptly returned my call for an appointment. She was able to get me in on the same day. We had a previous diagnosis of benign lipoma. When we arrived, she came right out with our paperwork, as a new patient. Dr. Tomlinson drew two samples for slides. He and Kay, his tech, were very gentle and caring with my old dog. He double checked his findings with Dr. Hendricks, before he called me with the bad news. He was very comforting and understanding in talking with me. We had a good exchange about alternatives and end-of-life decisions.

I absolutely love it! The staff and doctors are the best!

When my cat came home with a severe injury, it was frustrating trying to find a clinic that wasn’t booked until January 2022 or accepting new clients. When I called here, they were able to schedule us as soon as the next day and showed absolute care and compassion to my baby. She is currently doing well and showing great signs of recovery thanks to Dr. Hendrix and the wonderful staff. Highly recommended!

My friend and I were passing through and found a stray dog that was very malnourished. We took him here and discussed our options. We decided to keep him and they ran the needed tests and gave us the supplies for the care he will need to raise him back to health. They were very honest and kept us updated on the cost of care before they did anything. We could not have asked for a better experience! Garners Ferry Animal Hospital truly cares about animals.

It's always hard losing a pet, and that definitely can skew veterinarians' rating; but Garners Ferry Animal Hospital had nothing but the utmost professionalism. I really thank them for weighing all the options, not pushing in any direction, and really giving the best care. The medicines they put my cat on did wonders, unfortunately it was not enough; however they did their best to give the best quality of life for my pet all the way till the end. I cannot thank them enough for all the help they had given even through a global pandemic.

Hands down one of the best places to take your pet. Doctors and staff are wonderful.

Awesome...it was my first and glad it was my first choice !

They are great! When I adopted our puppy they saved her life. She was really sick and unknown to me at the time. They have taken great care of her for 5 years so far. Recently she had a growth on her back leg which they removed and she has healed with no problems and thank goodness not cancer. I would definitely recommend Dr J Brock Hendrix he is the kindest most compassionate veterinarian and person. I can't thank him enough for what he has done for our pet baby girl Bailey.

Used the curbside service and I pulled up,called,and my pet food was brought right to my car in minutes by the sweetest person ever.

Good, as usual. You must have an appointment, they come out to get your fur baby and return them to your car. Good folks. They DO NOT accept drive ups. Be sure to have any appointment!

I absolutely love this office. All the staff are professional and compassionate. My pom was diagnosed with IVDD at CVET and they got her right in as a new client. I can call if we run out of meds and the biggest part of this review, my dog never is upset to go in with them even though because of CoVID I can’t go with her. I love this clinic would never use any other.

Garners Ferry Animal Hospital is a wonderful and loving group who keep up with our babies and ourselves. I don't go to other vets as I have taken my babies to this group for 25 years and they always will have my trust, loyalty and love for them!!!!!
