Took my new puppy to Dr Clark today and she and the entire staff were welcoming and attentive. They made my pup and me feel right at home. They answered my million questions????

Love the staff and I also love that reception my dog receives every time we visit. So glad we found this vet over 2 years ago. Would recommend them and have recommended them and those that have gone have thanked me for the referral

I wouldn't consider another animal hospital. Appointments are easy to make, waiting time at a minimum. The premises are immaculate and personnel very friendly and attentive. Prices are well in line with the quality of services received. I have felt this way for the very many years I have taken my pets to these fine people.

My dog was 12 and had a mass cell tumor. I’ve taken her in for shots, weekend boarding and no one mentioned anything to me about getting the small tumor checked out. I personally thought it was a cyst and it didn’t bother my dog so I wasn’t too concerned. I finally booked an appointment and the vet told me, “if it’s not bothering her, don’t worry about it.” ..so I didn’t. It got bigger and I called to get an appointment. No one would pick up the phone, no one would return my voicemails. I finally got in touch with the front desk and they said that the surgery would be $1,000-1,200 dollars. They told me the billing manager wasn’t in, but she would call me back and I could set up a payment plan. No one called me back. I finally had to drive to the office and ask for an appointment since no one would call me back. Unfortunately my dog was too sick and too weak for surgery at this point. If the vets would of told me at previous appointments, or simply answered the phone, my dog would be alive today. I’ll never bring another pet here.

Really good experience. Got my Bibi in within 2 days for his initial visit and all taken care of. Would recommend to anyone.

I gave 5/5 stars and my dog gave 5/5 paws. Will definitely be bringing Kilo back. Easy and quick to schedule appts. Answered all of my questions. Most of all great value!!!!

I have been bringing my dog to Steele Creek animal hospital for some time now and I’d have to say I wasn’t happy with the service I received from Abigail. Poor customer service! I was interrupted will trying to speak and she used an aggressive tone . I was placed on hold without warning when she returned, I asked if I could speak with someone else. I was placed on hold again AND LEFT THERE until I hung up. I ended up calling back the following day just to get my pup seen.

We brought our new puppy here today for his first visit and had an amazing experience! Dr. Clark was so great with him and we felt like he was in such great hands and answered all of our questions as new puppy owners! The facility was also so clean and not overwhelming. We loved it here and so did our baby!

Very friendly and sweet ladies. They care about my furbabies and it shows. Highly recommend them to anyone. Always makes me feel like I’m caring for my babies in the best way!

First, Dr Clark and EVERY member of the SC Family is the best!! Dr Clark is our “puppy whisperer” and she is totally stuck with us! Our baby Bandit is 13 and Steele Creek has cared for him most of his life. Everyone loves him as if he was their own. Dr Clark is now caring for our new baby Cooper with the same love, care, and concern. The Steele Creek team is part of our family!

The staff is very friendly and cared about my pet. The receptionists asked me questions about "my baby" and was very helpful about getting her in as soon as possible even though they were very busy.

Dr Amy Kirkpatrick was so nice and asked if I had questions many times.She was so loving with both my kitties and to not put them through the blood work,as they were not willing to give it at this time. So very caring

Dr. Schuver is an amazing veterinarian. She's been seeing all my dogs for years and is so caring. She treats all the dogs as if they were one of her own. Even though we moved we still travel to Steele Creek to see her specifically.

Everyone is so compassionate and professional. I feel like my little guy is in best hands.

Dr Hakes has taken excellent care of my soon to be 23 year old Blue Point Persian! She goes above and beyond for each member of our feline and canine family, as does every member of the team here! Just wonderful!

Dr. Amy Schuver is an awesome Veterinarian who has consistently provided professional care to my dogs, over a ten year span. I just adopted a rescue dog and he was examined today. Charlie is a lovely dog at home but required a muzzle in order to draw blood. He has had negative experiences with past Vets, and he also has a past history of being abused. Dr. Schuver was kind and patient with Charlie. I endorse the entire staff at Steele Creek because they are friendly and professional.

It was time to have my buddy T'Challa vaccinated so I brought him here. I love the fact that they have separate entrances for Dogs & Cats. He was really scared so keeping the animals separate was a great idea! He was examined by Dr Hawkes and she was so good with him. She was very gentle and loving to him and while he was still scared, he allowed her to examine him and she was able to quickly vaccinate him with no problems. Definitely felt that everyone there were kind and compassionate and love the work that they do. When I have to take him back next year, I will definitely be coming back to Dr Hawkes!

Lady, our 15 yr old Toy Poodle has been going to Steele Creek for many years. The entire staff is very conscientious. They also board which is a big plus. I would recommend Steele Creek Animal Hospital
