Very good. They treated my dog’s ears with no problem, and now it seems everything is OK.

I could not recommend them any higher!! We went in for our first visit (scheduled online -- was emailed back almost immediately after they opened) with a very sick dog and unfortunately put him down the same day. Dr. Cooper could not have been any more compassionate or understanding or patient. He was amazing. He gave us as much time as we needed to say goodbye. When I went to pick up the ashes today, I was handed a bag with the grace and delicacy as if they were handing me back my baby. Inside was a box with his ashes as well as a condolence card -- plus a pawprint with his name on it. They were absolutely amazing at what was a very difficult and emotional time.

I can’t not express in words just how wonderful Dr. Cooper and his staff are. To say we hit the jackpot when we entrusted the care of our dogs to them is an understatement! Dr. Cooper goes above and beyond and his compassion and dedication to his 4 legged friends is indescribable. He has shared the same sentiment to all of his staff members as they are just as amazing. They’ve offered exceptional care to all of my dogs and truly care about them. Look no further because you truly will be clients for a lifetime!

They have been excellent with communication and we as accessibility during all the COVID fluctuation protocols. They all clearly care for the animals and work together for their best health. Wonderful care and affordable pricing

Great animal hospital and clinic !

They were very upfront about the pros and cons of various solutions to my cat's dental issues, and scheduling his surgery was straightforward and costs were communicated upfront. Lovely people.

Over priced, not responsive let my sick dog go home without antibiotics would not return my calls. My dog is sick and I have to wait 10 days to see a different vet. He is selling the practice, said I must clean my dogs teeth charged me for 2 pulled teeth that was not hurting him. Dishonest Be Aware

We moved to Charlotte a couple years ago and hit the jackpot finding St. Francis pet clinic. We trust bringing all our babies here. They are caring, professional and very knowledgeable. We can tell they love their jobs and treat our babies like their own. So pleased!

They really do care. My cat was walking funny and displaying aggressive behavior which was unusual for her. I called them after hours and got the head vet. He knew I was concerned and had me bring her in. They took such good care of her and I could hear them loving on her in the background. Couldn't recommend a better place.

Genuinely interested in the health of your pet, always get followup calls about how our dog is doing.

We have been seeing Dr. Cooper for aprox 3 yrs now. I can't say enough great things about him and his office staff! He is always there for us. As 1st time dog owners, we were quite nervous but he has always been patient, responsive and very knowledgeable. Staff is friendly and honest. You'll sleep better at night knowing your pet is in great hands!

I have been taking my four legged family members to Dr Cooper as long as I've lived in Charlotte. In fact, my entire family take their doggos to St Francis. You can tell the staff really care about you and your pets. Excellent vet.

I have a fourteen year old cat Ebony. Doctor Cooper couldn’t be more concerned and caring. She has recently had some pancreas issues and he is always willing to answer my questions over the phone, to sit and talk in the surgery and has called me to see how she is doing too. I never feel rushed and always feel extremely welcome when I go to St Francis. I love the fact that it is a small practice so you really get to know the people who work there. I can’t recommend Doctor Cooper and everyone else at St Francis highly enough.

My cat does not like the carrier or car ride. St. Francis was able to see her in time and her her in and out quickly so I could get her back home.

Took our dachshund, Elsa here when she had a slipped disc in her back and was in a lot of pain. Dr. Cooper made sure she was well taken care of, and made her very comfortable. He had to recommend a specialist at a different animal hospital to take care of the surgery, but called the very next day to check up in her. You can tell he really cares about animals and the owners too. Great staff, and great doctor!

The vet was very excellent and caring with my dog. Staff were very polite as well as courteous.

A year ago I lost my dog but couldn’t have done it without the help of St. Francis Animal Hospital. They were strangers to me as I reached out them with my plea for help because my dog was dying. I was in a panic because my personal vet, of 8 years, was too busy to help me, refusing to give my dog care. St. Francis Hospital never questioned me and told me to rush my dog over even though they were closing for the day. I have never witness so much compassion. They were the most amazing group of professionals I have ever witnessed. They gave my dog immediate attention and care so that he could leave me peacefully. I am most thankful.

Make sure you make it clear you are on a budget and get an estimate. I took my dog for a follow up appointment and it cost right at $200.
