The staff at Sharon Lakes is always pleasant, helpful, cheerful, and responsive. Dr. Moore is professional, informative, detailed in her feedback, and loves my dog, Gracie. She provided alternatives when considering ways to help Gracie be calmer during storms and fireworks. I am very happy and satisfied with the service provided.

Honestly the best vet experience I’ve had! Staff is so sweet and welcoming and they took the time to make my pup feel comfortable and warm up to them before doing her examination.

We have been bringing our two dogs here for over a year and have had nothing but positive experiences. The staff is friendly and always professional. They are also great about getting us appointments in a timely manner whenever something comes up with one of our dogs.

I really appreciate the vet’s office quickly working me in after my dog consumed chocolate. They were very responsive and helpful to make sure he would be on the mend.

We took our cat to Sharon Lakes tonight for the first time due to an allergy condition that our now-previous vet left us with more questions than answers and no long term plan. Our visit tonight at Sharon Lakes was great. The technician (I forgot her name!) was friendly and put up with/corralled a very ornery feline. Dr. Welsh was not only thorough but provided us with a solid plan to hopefully get past the allergy issue. She didn’t give us a quick in-and-out visit but stayed until the end and answered all of our questions and concerns in a straightforward way.

This was my first time back at Sharon Lakes in at least 20 years. Loved them then but have cats that get scared in the car so found a vet closer to where I moved. After reading some crazy reviews about the vet I had been using and having an "uncomfortable" experience with him myself, I decided to go back to Sharon Lakes. Even though the diagnosis today was not a good one, I felt immediately at ease with Dr Moore and very confident in her advice. I left knowing that I had found the right vet practice for my girls and that Sharon Lakes is where they will receive the best care that they can get. Being unsettled with a vet is the worst feeling so I can't even begin to describe the relief I felt today at knowing my four legs will be in the best of hands.

We have been going to Sharon Lakes for 20 years. There is no one else that I would trust with my dogs. Dr. Sandra Welsh is one of the finest human beings on the planet. She cares for our dogs as if they were her own. Through the joys of puppyhood to the tears that come with older pets, there is no finer Vet in Charlotte!

Can’t say about great things about Sharon Lakes Animal Hospital. My dog is a tripod with lots of anxiety and they cater to him SO well. They truly go above and beyond when it comes to customer service, professionalism, and overall quality. Will never go anywhere else!!

I have taken 5 cats to these terrific people for the full life cycle from kittenhood to seniors and beyond. They have always made my kids better, even once when we needed a referral to a specialist. I wouldn't take my cats anywhere else.

I can't say enough positive things about our experience. Our sweet dog, Kira, had been vomiting chocolate for a couple of hours. I felt so much better when we left to go home. Kira felt better. While I was checking out, Kira kept pulling on the leash trying to get back into the appointment area!

Great place! Extremely sweet staff and within a day my senior pup was up and running around! Response time was prompt and there were no delays with the visit. I cannot say enough about the staff! Highly reccomend!

I have been taking my new puppy here for her shots and check ups and have been very impressed! Dr. Skinner is very kind and thorough answering any questions. She also gave me options for what shots are needed based on lifestyle (for example recommending lepto since we go camping) instead of just giving all of them. My pup was initially a little nervous but they were very patient with her. Now she is pretty confident walking right in since they are so kind to her there. Highly recommend!

Sharon Lakes Animal Hospital staff is the most compassionate and caring ever. They wept with me when our precious kitty Shadow died yesterday. So grateful for them.
