PetSmart Charlotte, South Carolina

This is a pretty typical petsmart store. No issues, really. They have live food and heating bulbs for our lizard. This is why we normally come here. They also have the large wicker ball for my bunny, which I can't find anywhere else. I wish they would carry Rosewood Naturals for small pets, but otherwise, they have all the basics our pets need.

Staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

Changing my comments .. this place comepletely changed in last one year .. Mainly the fish section .. Folks are rude and they misbehave .. I was a regular customer, I'll think twice from next time ..

Clean and good selection. Chill people. No one talked to me and it was perfect!!

The manager answered ne when I asked her if she could please help me out showing me where an item was " I'm not gonna shp for you" no apologies, very rude!!!

Friendly staff. Always positive. Manager is working almost every day I go in, she's very nice. -1 star because they have a hard time keeping the bugs in stock for reptiles. Typically out of almost half of what they sell.

We have a breed that we cannot make an appointment for, he just need to be a walk in so we have to call before going to make sure someone can see him. We have been trying for a month to get him in and every time we call we are told there is not enough people and to just keep calling every day… if this is the situation why not just let us schedule and appointment?! The clinic is great but very disappointing with the grooming.

Clean store. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Convenient location. They also offer subscription home delivery service which is convenient for items you buy on a regular basis.

We recently purchased an adorable guinea pig, however we were going to purchase 2, so 1 wouldn’t be lonely, and the sales associate was very adamant that they shouldn’t live together, etc... well after only have Bean a few days, and a ton more research later, we should of absolutely gotten 2! Now he’s alone without a litermate all because PetSmarts CSR aren’t really trained on their animals. We purchased a piggie because our hamster that we previously purchased from them passed away only 14 days of having her for absolutely no reason. I’m done doing business with the big animal chains. Y’all suck.

They stopped carrying the dog food I normally buy.

Neighborhood Petsmart is favorable. It helps that the customer service is friendly every time I go in. They also offer to use your rewards whenever applicable. Stocked well overall, and prices are in line with premium foods for cats and dogs alike.

Wow, what a great experience, the associates were super friendly and knowledgeable. I went in to pick up some food for my super picky dog and see if they had any fish for my pond. The associates were very helpful in suggesting fish for my pond and careful with my purchase. The store was very clean and well maintained and the fish looked healthy. I normally go to a different location, but from now on I will only come here.

There was only one cashier and the line got long fast. Someone came on another register to help after a few. Other than that a good visit.

Everything I needed was in stock for a change so I was happy I didn't have to go to another store like the last two times. I wanted to try the Baby Blue treats for my puppy but I guess they don't carry them. Not many puppy products. I wish all of the puppy products were in one place. It would be very helpful.

This store was amazing! As new pet owners, it can be overwhelming with all the products that’s are out there. The assistant manager at this store was so helpful! You could tell she genuinely cared about helping us! We can not thank her enough and look forward to returning here for all of our pets needs!

We had our Westie and Sheltie both groomed here today. Always try to make an appointment, but I did ask if they could fit us in as a walk in just this once. They did and they did an outstanding job! Our puppies look amazing, and i know our Westie can be a handful on the grooming table. I was so impressed with the level of care and detail they did. The groomer even took the time to give kisses and praise every chance she could. The dogs look their absolute best and we appreciate them taking such pride in their work. 5 stars and 5 paws from us! Thank you!

Staff is great, but stock is severely depleted.

The customer service is not great at all!!!! We walked around trying to get help for like 25 mins and the 2 employees thats were on the floor said they were busy.... But it seem like they were helping everyone else who were not black....... I will NEVER go to that pet smart again.

The store follows all COVID guidelines. I was asking for advice in the fish arena. She was very nice, helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable. She went above and beyond !

They were busy and I had trouble getting assistance and only 2 registers opened for multiple people in line to pay.
