I didn't find the cat food my very spoiled cats will eat. I tried 3 different new ones and so far our male cat ate 1 of 3. Our female turned her nose up at all of them. She is very fussy.

Saltwater tanks were terrible, coral frags covered in GHA,vermetid, half dead. Fish had lymphocystis, pale, under feed. Tanks all had bryopsis,dinoflagellates. Fresh water was ok besides the cynobacteria, no bettas probably all dead. Don't go here for any livestock.

Good pick-up order service, and easy to return when the item didn't work out for my dog. When I was shopping around, one employee asked if i needed help and we talked about feeding post-surgery when the dog doesn't want to eat. It was helpful to hear from his personal experience and to be asked if I needed help. Good service and pretty good selection.

Friendly staff and clean store

I will NEVER use the Grooming Services again. Our interaction with Ashley, the supposed Manager of the Grooming Area was a rude B from the moment we walked in! We had a 2:45pm appt. and she tried 3 different ways to get out of grooming our dog that day. First, he was too big and she couldn't finish on time. Then, when he weighed in far under... the attitude came out. She went from one reason to another that she COULD NOT possibly groom this dog (the appt. we made 3 weeks ago) with her last claim being it was unsafe because he was an older dog on meds. We even called our Vet to speak with her to let her know he was perfectly fine to be groomed. She refused the call and stormed out, walking stomping past us. We complained to the Manager and honestly, she should be relieved of her post because she so obviously does not want to be there. Can you imagine how she handles the dogs if it is nearing 5pm? I DO NOT recommend having Ashley in this Petco touch your dog.

I booked a appointment 3 days in advance with Amber to have my puppy CoCo hair cut. When making the reservation I Specified a full haircut and bath. I arrived 10min early to checkin. At first they couldn’t pull up the appointment. Then once they got it pulled up, Amber say she doesn’t have time to give a full haircut, I explained that’s what I booked days ago with the other young lady. I have been part of Petco family for at leased 3 years and this is the first bad experience I’ll had. Probably will not visit this location anymore. ????

Always go to petsmart but since they are booked for a while I came to Petco. Once I arrived at the appt. they said the company changed policies and can’t groom dogs with mats on their hair. Isn’t that the point of grooming???

The grooming salon is pretty good although they never brush my dog after she's been dried. The store itself has a decent selection of dog food and toys.

Large store for all your pets needs. Great staff, very friendly and helpful.

This store has so many cute animals. They also have many varieties of pet toys and food for elderly pets which I have an older cat but always have difficulty finding healthy foods for him until I came here. Now that's my to go to store for sure.

Awful customer service in grooming department on pineville-matthews road. 1. They don’t pick up the phone for questions about the appointment. Even if you leave a voicemail earlier or call 5 times the day before about being a lil late. Then the person at the desk has a attitude after taking 5 min to come see me just to turn me away for being 15min late. And its dirty

Sales representative, Justin was great! He was very knowledgeable on the products and care I needed for my fish. ????

I was there doing shopping for instacart. I noticed that the store associate went up and beyond to help me with some items. Very helpful! Great store!

The process of purchasing item went very smoothly and I was very satisfied.

There's a lot of dog toy brands but there are only 2 or 3 styles of some of the best brands. I would recommend taking out some of the not so popular brands and bringing in more styles of the popular/high quality brands! I will continue shopping here bc it's the closest pet store to my home. But I'll probably still have to shop at Petsmart or Amazon for the stuff you guys don't carry. Everyone in the store was very friendly and helpful. I asked one of the store associates about some of the items I was looking for that I couldn't locate. He was a very polite, professional, friendly associate. Although some of the items I was looking for were not in stock, he recommended I look for them on Petcos website, as they often have a lot more items on the site than they carry on the store. The young man at the cash register was also by friendly and helpful in getting me signed up for my rewards account. The store was also very clean. I did do on Petcos website to shop for those items the store didn't have. But they were on Amazon for a comparable price and 2 day free shipping. So I ended up getting them there. I still would have preferred being able to get them in store as I can at Petsmart.

HORRIBLE experience! I booked an appointment to get my dog groomed (it was my first time). Staff was not friendly and had no clue what they were doing. After about 10 minutes of entering information in the system, the groomer asked me did my pet have any health conditions that would cause concern (kidney disease was on the list). I stated that she was in stage 1 of kidney disease. Groomer left, came back and said they could not provide service due to liability. This should have been something that was told to me PRIOR to booking my appointment!

Justin is very helpful in the fish department. He is knowledgeable and takes time to answer questions.

The gentleman (347397) was very helpful and nice.
