They do same day delivery for pet food. They also price match. Why bother shopping at a big chain when this small business does it all? Also, they have a DIY dog washing station in the back (5 washes for $25 punch card).

Walked into pet supplies thinking I’d get a warm greeting. But we didn’t, we greeted the associates ourselves. We didn’t receive any help and the associate walked right passed us not even checking in on us. First & last time coming here. Never again it was 8:15pm when we arrived it was nowhere near closing. Very discussed I didn’t even buy anything for my puppy.

So many cute pets to be and you can definitely a big varaity of cat and dog food, plus they have crickets witch sometimes are hard to find.

Ever since I moved away from the concord location I had been struggling to find another. I was so happy to see that this location offered the dog wash station AND carries The Hills Science Diet! I never saw this brand at the concord location so it makes my life easier by avoiding another trip to petco or petsmart. They have this machine that mixes shampoo with the water and it comes straight out of the hose!! Doesn’t seem like much but saves a lot of time and sweat if you have a large dog like me. Customer service was great as usual. I love that they make me and my dog feel so welcomed ♥️

Very small store so the selection and services are minimal. However, Robert was very nice and informative or which locations had what we were looking for.

Such variety of options for reasonable prices, as well as several clearance items as well. I love the self-service dog wash, it saves me the hassle of spending at the groomer, or washing my dog in my bath tub. I spent about $50 and got in total 8 items, which is pretty good! Lastly, the customer service was great. The young gentleman helped me, and was also very personable, which I loved! Lots of great energy in there.

This is my favorite store to buy pet supplies in Charlotte. The associates are helpful and always smiling. They have great coupons through email that come out regularly! I love this location.

I like this place, they are great. I find a few flavors of wet cat food that my picky feline likes. ????. It is a more personal atmosphere than the big chain stores. I will shop here often.

The two girls that helped me today (3-2-21) were so wonderful. I should have gotten their names but they were so nice over the phone and so helpful on informing me of their self-serve dog washing stations. I only have my family’s dog for a couple weeks but if I had him longer I would definitely bring him back to this store!

Great selection - they sell a brand of food not available at some other dog super center stores. I was interested in the dog bathing section and a worker walked up and inquired to see if I had questions. Everything looked very clean.

They give great customer service, for example if you have a heavy bag of dog food they always offer to take it to the car for you. I love to support small businesses and this company makes it easy.

Wonderful staff, always there when I need help, unlike other stores where you have to hunt people down to ask for anything. Always clean, comparable and even better sales than the big box pet stores. Plus it's locally owned and always shop local when you can!
