We love OLP! Ivy girl had a hot spot when we had to leave her for a week and OLP took great care of her. They sprayed the antiseptic twice a day, had her cone on when in the kennel and kept replacing her sock with duct tape to help keep it dry/prevent her from bending her soft cone and reaching it. We picked her up and it looks so much better! On a fun note, they also had a Halloween party and our sweet girl looks like she had a great time! We will continue to bring our girl to OLP whenever we need daycare/boarding! And the report card photos are pretty great too!

The staff at One Lucky Pup are always professional. You can tell they really enjoy their work.

The staff is friendly and Jasper loves being there. They groom him in a professional way and they make sure Jasper is up to date with his shots.

The last time our dog Jules stayed there the staff remarked how much she loved playing with the hose. We were touched that they noticed that about her (it’s one of her greatest pleasures) and shared that with us.

I love this place and I am so glad my friend referred me! My pups looked like they had a great time while there and it really showed when they came home tired! I appreciate the daily updates and pics. Prices are great and Bella is back to being beautiful after her much needed grooming session! Thank you for allowing me travel without wondering if my pups were ok.

My Bella really enjoyed her stay at one lucky pup! The report cards and pictures sent every day really helps us to feel close to her even though we were out of the country! I will definitely use them again in the future and recommend them to anyone who is in need of boarding for their pets.

This was the first time we vacationed for 7 days without Molly. We were so concerned Molly wouldn’t be happy being away from us for so long. From the MOMENT she was greeted and jumped In a staff members arms we knew she would be fine….the service was fabulous and the daily reports meant EVERYTHING…we were sending them to family and friends like greeting cards the whole week. Thank you for taking such care of our Molly, we look forward to having her visit more regularly ♥️

I could tell my Luna was having a great time while I was away from the daily report cards. The staff at OLP included wonderful pictures with each report. These really helped me be at peace while I was away. We will definitely be booking with OLP next time we are away. Wonderful place and staff to look after our furry babies! My almost 10 boxer/bulldog mix Honey loves going to daycare. She gets so excited when she realizes I’m taking her or she’ll follow me around asking if she can go play. Lol She smiles heading to daycare and sleeps so good after playing. So glad they take good care of her and help her stay active and social. Her body composition has improved since she’s started going too. Thank you!!

We took our two dogs, German Shepard mixes here on 3 separate occasions. The first was a nice experience, the staff was friendly and we got the "report cards" with pictures of the dogs every day with a little personal update about their activities. It was a good experience The second however was not as good of a experience both the dogs came home with conjunctivitis. We called the facility and we were assured that they check for these kinds of illnesses and don't let the dogs be bordered if they are not well. They seems over whelmed at the time and maybe something just slipped by. I accepted that things happen and gave them another shot. On the third occasion however I picked up my dogs and one of them was limping. We were told that he tore his pads while playing rough. After leaving he was refusing to walk and being very lethargic, we of course inspected his paws and saw that they were badly torn, and took a trip to the emergency vet. After calling to discuss what happened they took no responsibility and we were told he just had "sensitive paws", which is not true because we go to dog parks and on hikes with him all the time. I am not mad about the hundreds of dollars of vet bills you have cost us. However I am upset that your team was negligent and allowed my best friend to get hurt while in your care. Never Again.

It's so nice to have a place closer to home! We took our boys here not too long ago, and they absolutely love it. Soon as I make the turn onto the road, I get an earful of excited barks! I hope these lovely folks stay around for a long time to come.

Boarded my 1 year old pup with them for the first time over the weekend (May 14th to May 16th) and added on the Spa bath service as well as frozen treats. The report cards made me believe she was having a great time BUT when we picked her up, she was dirty, looked traumatized, refused to eat and drink water, worst of all its been 48hrs since and she's suffering from bloody diarrhea and clearly in pain. The vet believes during her stay she must have contracted a bacterial infection.

This place is awesome. My dog gets excited every time we drive up and can't wait to get inside. Highly recommend!

I loved it! My dog Oreo went for the first time for boarding! Everyone was friendly! He definitely will be coming back!

As a medical professional, I am discerning about where I leave my dog. The staff here are knowledgeable and can read dog behavior quickly. They can recognize health issues promptly so I feel confident that if anything arises my dog will receive the attention he needs. After a tour, leaving my pup for daycare, and interacting with the staff they have gained my trust and confidence in their care. I'm really glad I tried them out after hearing good things the past 5 years! Highly recommend!

My labs Charlie and Tilly love One Lucky Pup and I sleep better knowing they are well taken care of. I hate to leave my pups—and this is the only place I trust. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about giving great care! The facilities are clean and I love the huge outdoor area. Honestly—it makes me a little sad that my pups are so excited to jump out of the car and go to ‘camp’. I have also done grooming here and A++. And I like that you can order treats during their stay.

Well established business. Fun, fast paced atmosphere, well equipped to care for all of a dog's needs.

We have had positive experiences here in the past, but the past couple of times we have brought our dog we have not been satisfied. The staff is extremely rude. When we dropped off our dog he was fine. When we picked him up after 2 days of boarding he was limping and not putting any sort of pressure on his front right paw. The woman offered no sort of explanation except for, “well we think he’s just sore from playing too much.” We asked how long he had been limping and she said it had started the day before so they limited his play time. Imagine your dog sitting in a cage, sad and alone wondering where his parents are, and getting no phone call from the staff about the incident. When we tried to ask further questions about his injury the woman rudely replied “well I don’t know, I’m not a vet.” The snide remark was not necessary. We will not be giving them anymore of our business. They don’t deserve our money.
