Before adopting an elderly Brussels Griffon, I had never owed a dog that needed regular grooming. Finding a local groomer with a cage free environment and reasonable pricing seemed impossible until I stumbled across Animal Artistry. Joan is absolutely wonderful. Her services are professional, fast, and more than fairly priced. Not to mention the wonderful rapport she has with the animals. It’s clear when interacting with Joan that she is truly an animal lover who has nothing but their best interests in her heart. She has groomed my pet a handful of times and I have never walked away anything less than 100% satisfied. And while it does require me to take a trip to the ATM as this is a cash/check only business (I imagine as a way to keep costs down), I would not choose any other local groomer to care for my pet.

Great staff and great location. Love the cage free set up. Nothing worse than walking in and leaving your baby in a cage. Also you can see your baby, the whole place is windows. Very reassuring that the babies are well taken care of.

Today was my first time with my first pet as an adult with a family, and I couldn’t be happier! The staff were great with Star!

Have taken 3 dogs of different breeds here and never been disappointed. Very professional. They do not use cages. Dogs that are friendly and sociable are allowed to interact with other dogs assuming they have their shots. Other dogs can be placed in a roomy area. No hot drying in cages like Petsmart. Most dogs are done in 1.5 hours when you drop them off. That gives you time to run a few errands and know when your pet will be ready.

This was my first time here; since our normal groomers was booked for the week. At first everything seemed okay; his cut was okay nothing to brag about. However, what upset me was our appointment was at 9:15 and normally once your dog grooming is complete you get a call letting you know their done. Well I received a call at 11:42 by Jenn who leaves me the rudest lack of customer service voicemail message stating that I need come on a get my dog because they don’t keep dogs all day and that she was tired of cleaning up after him. Excuse me!?! I missed your call looking for my phone and called right back at 11:43 and picked my dog up within 15 mins. My pet wasn’t there all day and if he was finished earlier you should have called to say so. My dog normally goes to Modern Pet Salon were the customer service is great. I will never come here again!!!!

They do a wonderful job on my goldendoodle! They are quick and she is able to roam free while she is there.

Great staff! Joan and her staff always do a terrific job with Precious. They take special care with her being an older dog.

Took my Labradoodle here for the first time this past Saturday, on recommendation from friend. Making the appt was a breeze, they asked for his vet records (I don't mind, I like the thoroughness), and check in was easy. Of course I like the free roam, but more importantly, our groomer was very attentive to EVERYTHING we discussed, and the cut was exactly what we talked about. I felt like we had a real conversation about what was best for my dog. He didn't have any of the issues he had with previous groomers (nails clipped too short, scooting butt on carpet, shaking head too much). Thank you Animal Artistry- we will be back!

Any place that I can drop my over-attached golden off and return to an un-anxious, calm, smiley puppy face is worth their weight in gold. All the dogs getting groomed are hanging around with the staff, happy as clams. Best grooming appointment I've had the pleasure to schedule. Oh, and the staff were all super friendly etc — but more importantly, they take care of the fur babies.

Animal Artistry is so gentle and loving toward my animals. I have 2 yorkie's and they enjoy all the other dogs. I love the open room where all can roam freely. I came to Animal Artistry from a friends recommendation. I am always concerned how my animals are handled and cared for in my absence. My animals are a part of my family and we care for them very lovingly and want others too. Animal Artistry cares for them like you would. I would highly recommend this company.

Love taking my dog here. They're so nice and greet you at the door and always know my dog's name. They're great with him and always so happy and pleasant picking up and dropping off. I have become a loyal customer and will continue to bring my dog here! Also very reasonable prices and will use any type of special shampoo at no extra charge!
