I have been banned from resort for providing honest feedback on surveys and in person regarding company policies. Communication is they want honest feedback but only if it is feedback they want to hear. Advise prospective customers considering boarding their pest here to consider going somewhere else.

We absolutely love Pet Paradise Charlotte Airport! We have brought our dog here for the past few years. Our dog is a little nervous, but the staff are so kind and caring. The facility is always clean and the staff is so friendly. I never worry when our dog is at Pet Paradise!

My pitty Rocco just loves it here! He's a super star when he walks in! The staff treats him like he's their own!!

They received my dogs lovely. And while I was at vacations I watched the live record all time, thanks for keeping my peace of mind all the vacactions

You want to know what kind of boarding to expect here? The best. These people care so much for each and every dog that is dropped off. They take great notes and listen and follow up on any special care your pup may need during their stay. The services they offer are fairly priced and always delivered as or above what they advertise. I strongly recommend this place for stays of any length!

I was so scared to leave our babies anywhere but an emergency arises and we had to.look for a place. I google boarding places and this place had the best reviews. I was still not feeling relaxed. I just logged on tho the web cam and seen our babies happy and playing the staff member was interacting with them and making my little one feel comfortable. I love it. Im still out of town but not worried anymore. Tjank you Pet paradise.

Checking in staff very friendly and informative to what can and cannot be provided for your pet. She is very hyper and they try to calm her down while checking in and out. Have boarded my doggie and using Webcam showed where she was and playtime.

My pup seemed to enjoy himself. Most of the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The person who takes the pictures while they are playing does an amazing job.

Pet Paradise has always taken good care of our fur baby. Her last stay was for a week over the summer. She was on 2 different medications for allergies and needed a bath with her medicated shampoo. They gave her the medication twice a day as prescribed and bathed her with her shampoo as requested! They even called me while I was on vacation to discuss other methods to get our dog to eat because she would not eat her food. I also love that I can watch our dog on webcam playing outside…if I can catch it during the right times of day. We will always use Pet Paradise. They are pricey, but I know our dog is being well cared for.

UPDATE: I received an email from the Resort Manager in regards to my puppy nails not being trimmed and the smell she left with after being groomed. I appreciate her call and willingness to correct the situation. I’m happy because I love that place and didn’t want to stop taking my puppy there. Hopefully next time the grooming will be what I expect. Thank you Pet Paradise for the professionalism and great customer service. ——————I have always brought my pets here for boarding. This time I left disappointed. I requested the go home bath with nail trim. Upon checking out I found out that my pups nails weren’t trimmed and there was no reason given. I was even told by front staff that they would contact me to let me know why the groomer didn’t trim my pups nails, but no call yet. Also, I am currently pregnant so my sense of smell is on a 1000 right now and my pup smelled worst than what she smelled upon arrival. She didn’t smell like she had a bath at all. If I ever take her back I will for sure won’t be paying extra for a bath. I could have done a better job 9 months pregnant!

Our second, and more than likely last time boarding at this location if we can help it. We have 3 dogs ranging in sizes between 10 and 60 pounds. Our first visit was less than stellar. Our dogs stayed 2 nights and came home absolutely filthy. I understand that during playtime pups may get dirty, but they shouldn’t be COVERED in urine. All over their underbelly, feet, bottoms and face. We immediately had to give them all baths the moment we got home. But other than being filthy they seemed otherwise fine. We decided to give them another try despite our reservations because it’s hard to find a place for one of our pups since he’s unaltered. This time they stayed for 3 nights. When we went into the building NONE of our dogs wanted to go anywhere near the staff, which for 2 of our dogs is out of character. It made me wonder about their previous experience but we had no other option. When we picked them up they again had urine on them. Thankfully not as bad as the first time but still, the last thing someone wants to do when they come home from vacation is bathe all 3 of their dogs. I gladly would have paid for a go home bath had someone contacted us beforehand letting us know they were dirty. Now one of my dogs has bad diarrhea and another has green goo coming from one of her eyes, so it looks like a call to our vet will have to be made. While we did appreciate the report cards and the pleasant staff, it doesn’t make up for the conditions that my dogs were returned to me both times. In my opinion if I’m leaving my dogs with someone they should be returned to me in the same condition wherever possible.

Nice facility. Doesn't seem to employ a lot of older folks which is a shame.

My dog Luna, has a great experience every time! This is the only company we trust when we need to leave our pet behind for vacation.

Absolutely wonderful!! My shepherd does not take to many people but the staff at Pet Paradise won him over ... cannot say enough great things about Pet Paradise

First time and last time boarding. Staff are helpful but understaffed. Left written instructions for feeding and meds and obviously no one took the time to follow. Misleading information provided upon first call for information. Both dogs we given baths, but we never asked for baths. I believe they became very missed up in their cage. We had a suite, but all the cages look the same. Poorly run operation would not recommend, very overwhelming. To many customers some did not look happy a few did.

I’ve been to so many different vets and I can honestly say this is my #1 favorite place. I have never had a bad experience since I started taking my puppy there. 10/10 recommend !!

I will start off by saying that our dog loves this place and even more his Vet. However, trying to reach the front desk or even the customer service line , is an absolute NIGHTMARE!! As a customer, I feel I should not have to call 50 times, and then decide to show up, in order to speak with someone. But other than that, our dog loves pet paradise. I hope this issue can get resolved quickly!!

Very professional, pet friendly staff and atmosphere.

Good clean place, dogs came away smelling like they got cleaned or washed (didn't request a bath). They were tired and happy to come home. Not nervous, not worried, just happy. Best way to come home from a Vaca is to get in the car with happy pups.

Pet Paradise is unbeatable when it comes to options. It’s a one-stop shop and hasn’t disappointed by far. We take our baby here for daycare, boarding when we travel and grooming every month. Quality service and friendly staff. My favorite features are the fact that they have both indoor and outdoor spaces for the doggos to play, not to mention the pool and green play area. Our dog always comes home so tired after daycare, and we love watching her play and run around with her furry friends on the live cams they offer.

We just boarded our family member there a week ago. When I picked her up, she was NOT in an indoor/outdoor kennel like she was supposed to be, and she was covered in urine - so much so that she required two baths. She also was ill, even though she had her Bordatella vaccine before going. I had to call her vet this week for antibiotics. I responded to their "check-out" survey not less than 24 hours after pick-up and have heard nothing from them. I have used Pet Paradise on MANY occasions in Florida, and have never had this experience. BEWARE this location!!!

So grateful for the quality of care that we received! Everyone went out of their way to make sure my kitten enjoyed her stay. Thanks for taking care of Gouda, and we will definitely be returning!

Update My wife spoke to the supervisor and she was very understanding of the situation and was very accommodating and understanding to our complaints. I think any business that listens to their customers is worth going back to. I'm updating my review to 4 stars for the manager reaching out soon and righting the issue so quickly. With customer service like this I believe they care about their animals but they must have had an off day with our pup unfortunately. ---------------------------------- Picked up my dog today after staying for 2 nights at this location. When I got my dog into my car I was immediately enveloped in a smell of old urine that had sat on my dogs back legs for God only knows how long. His hair was matted and we had to bathe him as soon as he got home. I had a reservation already planned for the following weekend but have since canceled. Will never go back to this location. Spending $120 for 2 nights and one day stay to receive my dog wreaking of pea is unacceptable.

Great place to leave my Ruby. They are great, really care.
