My dogs love Pampered Paws! They get so excited about going there that I can’t even tell them they are going there until I am ready to walk out the door -otherwise it is total chaos! I can’t even say their groomer’s name without them jumping up and down. They don’t even hesitate going in the entrance door either, it’s more like, “Bye Mom!” This is a family owned business that truly cares about animals. I know my dogs are spoiled rotten while they are in their care. I have complete confidence in their groomer too, who, by the way, is so patient and gentle with them. Everyone there is so down to earth. They are in this business because they love what they do and it shows.

They take good care of our pups. Due to staff shortages, sometimes hard to get communication with them. But, they are working on that. Dogs always look good after the day of grooming. Thank you.

They are amazing here, I’m very pleased with the care and attention they gave to my Jack Russell Wolf Rat! They texted me right away and his hair cut was perfect. We will definitely come back soon ????

I absolutely love love love this pet salon! They always take such good care of my Bella. I've been taking my dog here since 2017 and have never had a bad experience. I originally lived right down the street from the shop (which is how I found them) but have since then moved to areas all around Charlotte and no matter how far away I may be, I've always taken Bella here for her little spa appointment. Best place ever!

My Family loves Pampered Paws! We have tried a lot of different pet salons and this is by far our favorite! My dog used to be terrified to go to get a haircut. Now she likes it, and isn’t mad at me the rest of the day for taking her! Bring your fur babies here!!!!

I can’t say enough good things about everyone at Pampered Paws, we just started going to them recently and I am thrilled with how well my two boys are taken care of. Bryanna does the best job, the boys come back looking and smelling amazing. You can definitely tell she takes her time with them and just loves dogs. We won’t be going anywhere else.

With my dog being a golden doodle it has been very hard trying to find someone that is good at cutting doodles hair! I was so happy with Bruno’s haircut! They are very sweet and professional. I can’t wait to book his next future appointments.

[continue from StephenandYuko KP] At least upon hearing that she was done, I thought this ordeal would be over, but nope, as when my husband went to pick her up, he saw that the job still was not done and they had to take her back in to finish more touch ups even though she had been there for hours already. And if that wasn't enough, they proceeded to try and give him the same attitude the gave to me, but thankfully he wasn't having any of that as you can read in his review of the pickup process and the poor customer service that continued until the final moments of his interactions with them. I want to conclude by saying that this will not keep me from continuing to support small businesses that provide excellent service as it is important that we continue to support those small family owned businesses that truly value their clients, but it is also important to call out those who do not, as we consider our dog to be a member of our family, and we know many of you do as well, so I will not give my business to an establishment like Pampered Paws that did not demonstrate the level of patience, caring and compassion that I expect when I am trusting them with taking care of a member of my family. Shame on you Pampered Paws, as we felt anything but pampered after our experience with your business.

They were so great!! This was my first time dropping off this sweet boy. They got the cut down perfectly and handled him with ease!! Tammy was super accommodating and responds very quick to messages and the price was very fair. Happy dogmama!

We love the service at Pampered Paws! Such a friendly staff and great value. They are very responsive, love feedback and always work to make sure the cut is exactly what you want and/or what the dog needs if matted. They always do A WONDERFUL groom on our mini golden doodle. They listen to exactly what you want. They are good people and fair and honest. I highly recommend this family owned business.

This place brings joy to me and my dog. The people there are so nice and caring. As soon as you get there you are greeted right away. The atmosphere is so welcoming and so are the people. One thing that really made me smile was they cared. They made sure I felt comfortable leaving my dog there and gave him as much love and attention as I do. Highly HIGHLY recommend this place, you wont regret it.

I LOVE this place! Anytime I drop off my labradoodle puppy, I know she is in wonderful hands. The owners truly go above and beyond for their customers. I have taken my dog here several times and the cut always comes out beautifully and the extra bows in her hair are such a cute addition.

Very friendly and nice people but they did a terrible job on my Goldendoodle they shaved every inch of her to nothing. Her nails were cut but so sharp that they scratch you. It doesn’t even look like my dog. I was so disappointed and upset at how she looked after. I will not be bringing her back!

They take incredible care of my two standard poodles. One of my poodles is 17 and I know they are kind and patient with him yet still give a beautiful groom. The owners are delightful. Everyone is most accommodating, professional and kind. My poodles always look beautiful when they walk out of Pampered Paws????????????????

My Bookie loves his groomer as well as the owners! We recently moved over 40 minutes away but we don't mind the drive. The special care and attention to detail our furbaby receives is worth every extra mile!! ???????????? Great Family Business!!!

We have been taking all of our yorkies to Pampered Paws since we brought each of them home (over 13 years ago). The care and attention they get from all of the staff is amazing and they all cant wait to get in the door once we arrive. We would not take our girls anywhere else!!

They do an excellent job with the grooming. Communication via phone/email is hit and miss sometimes. Need to develop a more robust online booking and response system.
