Our two cats spent the week with Gianni and had a great experience! Gianni was reliable and very thorough with her updates. We were able to enjoy our vacation knowing our cats were in good hands.

Hired them in an emergency when my longtime trusted feline care giver had to suddently withdraw from my job. In addition to my alpha cat, I had just adopted a pair of kittens that needed lots of support (as in, for example, requiring delivery of food under a bed after looking around with a flash light to locate the hidden kitty). All went wonderfully well. I highly recommend these folks.

Fluffs of Luv has been great for us! We began using them in 2016 for mid-day dog walking and had such a great experience. Each dog walker has been great and treated our dog like their own. I would definitely recommend Fluffs of Luv.

I've used Fluffs of Love several times. I hated to leave our kitty for two weeks but Cindy did a wonderful job caring for her. Our kitty is usually very skittish about strangers but I think Cindy is a "cat whisperer" because kitty came out & played with her every day.

We used Fluffs of Luv for our three cats for the first time last week, and it was fantastic not having to worry about them while we were away from home. Deanna took great care of them, and was in touch with us frequently. We also really enjoyed the notes that were left on how it was going each day, as we have two newer cats that haven't been exposed to visitors/guests before. Overall, we know that when we can start going out of town again, we won't have to worry about our cats and it's great.

Fluffs of Luv is the most incredible pet sitting service we have ever used in Charlotte, NC. I am thrilled we found them because their pet sitters are highly qualified, trained, many are dog trainers, and their communication skills impeccably perfect. We are huge dog lovers and work hard as healthcare professionals. It is therefore essential we have dependable, trustworthy, highly skilled, and loving pet sitters to take care of our loving animals. Fluffs does just that; provides the service and love to our animals. I was hospitalized in June and had an unexpected complication leaving me held over for 10 days as opposed to 3 days. My husband had a hard time "doing it all". I called Fluffs the day I was discharged as my husband was stuck at work with a last minute patient. Fluffs delivered quickly having Shannon come over to see our fur babies. The prices are highly reasonable as their services are always on target. We have 3 core pet sitters who see our large loving German Shepherd Dogs, Annmarvin, Shannon, and Alicia. These ladies are amazing. They know how to deal with our beautiful sometimes rowdy dogs and are so loving to them. We cannot praise this incredible organization enough. Thank you so much Fluffs of Luv for everything you do. We have used Fluff of Luv for almost 10 years. They have always taken great care of our furry family members. In our most recent experience, we accidentally left a window open in one of our vehicles and the pet sitter called to let us know. We had a friend with a key to close the window. We were so impressed that the sitter took notice of something beyond our furry family for our safety and security.

Best in Charlotte by far. I have used Fluffs of Luv since 2012. I relocated in 2016, so I stopped using them, but I moved back this year, and resumed services. My my past dog walkers with Fluffs have been great, but my current one- Linda, is amazing. They have all been very professional, and they truly care for my dog. I give extra recognition to Linda because my dog (Lucy) is now a senior. Linda goes out of her way to be extra patient and loving to Lucy, and that means a lot to me. I have referred other friends to Fluffs of Luv who have all reported positive experiences as well.

They have always been 100% reliable! We love getting the text messages with updates on their visits!

I have been using Fluffs for several years now when I travel. Stacy and the crew are amazing at taking care of Ghostface Killah and little things around the house while I'm away. :)

I think my biggest issue with this company is that they have pet owners fill out a long form with tons of info about our home and our pets, but no one reads it! We used Fluffs of Luv for our vacation twice and they set off our alarms both times, triggering the police to be dispatched although we provided the alarm code in the form. The sitter then tried to blame it on the panel malfunctioning, which we have never experienced. When we arrived home from our trip, we discovered that our cats were being fed dog food instead of their prescription food that we clearly described! And their litter box hadn’t been cleaned on the last visit. Overall unhappy and won’t be using them again.

I feel very comfortable knowing Fluffs of Luv are caring for my babies when I am away. We use them several times a year for the past 4 years now and I never have to worry if my babies are well cared for. They all seem to really love animals!

Used them when I lived in Charlotte and was very happy with them. Moved to Concord and set up a new visit consultion. Girl never showed up. When I contacted their office she said she showed but I wasn't home and that she sent me a text. Well I was home and never received a text. I asked the office to have her call me. Waited an hour with no phone call. Getting a new sitter

We've been using FOL since we got our dog almost 5 years ago for both weekly walks and vacation coverage. We've had nothing but a great experience with them - very responsive with scheduling and accommodating to changes and special requests. We feel very confident leaving our dog in their care and would recommend them to anyone!
