My 4 month old puppy seemed to have aspirated a piece of food earlier today and he was coughing and making choking sounds. Our regular vet is not open on the weekend, so I called One Vet. They were friendly and helpful. When we arrived to meet with the vet tech and the vet, the space was beautiful, minimal, and clean. They were great with my puppy. The exam was thorough, and we left feeling like we had a good plan of action. I would highly recommend this group and One Vet. We will be back!

I have brought my own two cats and a fostered cat to this veterinary office and I couldn't be happier with them. The staff are all super friendly and go above and beyond to make your pets feel comfortable before doing anything. They are very informative and give you incredibly detailed reports based on their observations and tests done on your pet. They are very transparent about things like recommendations for different tests and pricing for anything they do before they do it. Definitely recommend it to anyone in the Charlotte or nearby areas looking for a good vet!

I was blown away the second I walked in the door of One Vet. The atmosphere was open and extremely clean. I was only 3 steps in when I was greeted by name. Did I mention this was my first time there?! So no waiting in a lobby… I was taken straight to a room. My 10 year old Pomeranian was nervous (she always is in new environments) and the team calmed her instantly with cheese on a stick!!! CHEESE ON A STICK! Every detail is thought out. It was the most thorough exam she has ever had but the most important thing was comfort!!! I was never separated from my girl and the care and ease of the appointment was unbelievable. Fantastic experience at One Vet from start to finish. The clinic is absolutely beautiful, yet extremely warm and inviting. The staff was so sweet towards my old dog, and made him feel relaxed and comfortable. The doctors are very knowledgeable, yet down to earth. Since my mother is also a veterinarian (retired), I expect a high level of care, and One vet surpassed all my expectations!
