I am a fellow veterinary receptionist, had to call for records, and the receptionist I spoke on the phone with was very pleasant and helpful.

Had a wonderful experience taking my dog to see Dr. Johnson. I was having an emergency situation and had called 15+ ER and non-ER vets to get my dog looked at. They were able to work him in shortly after I called and took great care of him. They kept me well informed during his follow up appointments and would recommend them.

Everyone at Compassionate Care is so loving of the pets they treat. They know the pet's name and general demeanor. The doctors make sure to speak with the pet owner about what's going on. And, customers are told in advance of estimated costs.

We love Compassionate Care! Dr.Johnson is the best! Our cat was struggling with urinary blockage and side effects from the meds but now he’s doing so good! 5 stars, highly recommend!

This place really means it when they say "compassionate care." I've only had good experiences here with my cat for the years she just need routine healthcare, and now as she is receiving hospice care I have felt so cared for and treated with empathy and compassion. Every person who has seen my at here has seemed to genuinely care about her and her well being and it makes me feel a lot of trust in their care. It's been a hard time for me the past couple months with a very sick pet and the staff here is doing everything they can to help me through it.

Compassionate Care is the only vet I will ever use for my fur babies. Drs Johnson and Webb, along with Madison, Teresa, Adriaunna, and the rest of the care family treat and love my pets as if they were their own. Together we have welcomed new lives, healed wounds, and mourned the losses of those who’ve crossed the rainbow bridge. . I can’t thank them enough for always being there for us.

We moved to CLT from KC two years ago and with covid we never had a chance to find the right vet. It was time to put our senior dog down and we we to CCVH for care. They were amazing. We not only received so many answers about Teddy’s health that we were not getting elsewhere. We decided to continue with euthanasia and though it was soooo hard and emotional, at the same time it was so beautiful. He was treated with love and tenderness. They gave us time to say our final goodbye and were so aware of our needs. Needless to say, we have moved our second dog’s records to this office and have found our fur babies vet! Thank you Dr Webb and team. You blessed us more than you will ever know.

Dr. Johnson and her team treated us like family. I had tried a few local vets/clinics and came back to Dr. Johnson because of her exceptional attention to our dog and her outstanding kindness and respect for us. We recently needed to put our sweet dog down and they were wonderful. They walked me through the decision and the process and provided our family with space to take our time to love on her and say goodbye. Madison helped us so much and Dr. Johnson played with our toddlers while we gave our last hugs. They even mailed us her paw prints. We are very grateful.

The vets really like our animals, the care is felt. A detailed email about my pet was sent afterwards about the visit, with helpful info. It felt personal and supportive.

I just got a puppy ???? and decided to bring him here Dr. Webb was very nice she answered all my questions and concerns and all the staff members were very nice as well. And one of the staff members even called to check on my puppy I would definitely recommend coming here.

I can’t say enough about Dr. Johnson. We were sad to see our vet move to Fort Mill, but wow what a gem we found today. She was great with our pup and spent time with me and Toshi and answered all of our questions. We had a great diagnosis on a small bump that was bothering me, and I’m just so happy to have a great vet that is close by. Dr. Johnson, front staff and techs were great. A very laid back good energy place. Toshi was chill as a cucumber. :)

Dr. Johnson goes above and beyond for her clients. Our yellow lab had a fear of white coats (from a bad experience at a different vet as a puppy), and Dr. Johnson always remembered to remove her white coat before entering the room. When it was time to say goodbye to this beloved dog, Dr. Johnson was kind, gentle and understanding, but also extremely patient and knowledgeable as she explained (and re-explained) the medical issues at hand to a very emotional crew. The entire practice was phenomenally kind to our family that day, and none of us will ever forget the strength and compassion she offered all of us. I fully trust this practice with their advice and care, and would not want to go anywhere else with my pups.

Thank you so much for taking such wonderful care of Oscar today. Everyone was so nice and professional. I just can't say thank you enough.

Dr Johnson and staff are fantastic. They have taken excellent care or our dogs, one of which is not a fan of the vet in general. They are still sweet with her despite her nervousness. So glad we found them.

I absolutely love this hospital and Dr. Johnson/Dr. Webb. I recently had to euthanize my pet here and they were extremely professional and quick to let me know when she had been returned to the facility. Both my other dog and cat absolutely love coming in and getting all the cuddles and loving from everyone! Very thorough with going over everything and explaining any and all procedures.

I've been a client here for years and love Dr. Linfante and his staff.

The reason for my visit was unfortunately for the purpose of putting the family cat to sleep. It was a sad moment but the receptionist, nurses and doctors were all amazing! They understand what I was going through and we're exactly what their namesake says... Compassionate!

This place cares! Your not "next in line" You are treated like an old friend. They took great care of my boy!

We travel from out of town to visit this Vet. Dr Johnson is THE best. I would go nowhere else with our dog. He loves her; she loves him. They are totally amazing ♥️
