All of the above. I came here after getting terrible news from my last vet. They said he was not well. This team went above and beyond and talked with me for a very long time assuring me that everything the last vet said was impulsive and my kitty would be fine. Very kind and warm hearted people!

Jamie at the front is wonderful and makes you feel comfortable leaving your fur baby. Dr Schoolmeester is very patient and listens to you when you discuss your pet and their needs. He is too the point and doesn’t sugar coat. He makes sure your pet is top priority. The staff of this office made our first trip to the vet a great experience. Pets only are allowed in the office at this time, and as a pet owner of a shy girl, I was initially unsure of how things may go. Once Lulu was happily returned to me with a wagging tail, my heart smiled and I knew Lulu had been well cared for. I highly recommend Mixed Pet for your pet(s)!!! Just had a great first experience at the Mixed Pet Vet Clinic. The Doctor, nurses, and front desk staff were very kind, professional, and took the time to explain everything to me. Aspen, my dog, came out of there happy and excited! I will definitely be coming back!

We have seen and enjoyed both Dr. schoolmeester and Dr. Keb for about 18 years now and have always been extremely happy and welcomed at each visit. The rest of the staff remains consistent and very thankful for all of your help over the years keeping our furbabies healthy and happy. We are always satisfied with the service and care they provide us.

The entire practice- front office, vet techs, and doctors are compassionate and caring. They helped us get through a very difficult last year with our dog. Thankful to have them!

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!! MY DOG HAS GIARDIA FOR OVER 3 MONTHS AND THEY WERE NOT GIVING THE PROPER MEDICATION TO CURE IT. They also refused to treat my second dog for giardia. When they finally gave the medication to my first dog (AFTER I HAD REQUESTED INUMEROUS TIMES) they "FORGOT" to put in the bag. When I got home and realized I did not have the medication and called them, they made me sound suspicious... they said they were sure they put it on the bag. IF YOU LOVE AND CARE ABOUT YOUT PET, I DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE !

Lack of concern for your pet. They are money hungry. I called and told them my pet was sick, they proceeded to tell me that I needed an appointment and there was none available. That wasn’t the problem. It was the fact they didn’t ask what was going on or how was he acting. They offered no recommendations after sharing he had diarrhea. He’s been going to this vet for 6 months. All they’re concerned about is making money. I had to keep reiterating he’s sick and didn’t know what to do, before they said to take him to a emergency hospital. *Response to owner My partner did not have anything further to discuss with you, so he did not call back. You are right it was only a few months that we were customers, putting 6 months was a mistake. Additionally, we did not spend less than $100, we never missed an appointment without calling. However, we overslept and called to let you know that we would be late and we understand that the appointment would be canceled. Point being, our dog was sick, and we were trying to figure out what we could do immediately to help him, being that our appointment will be canceled. Your assistant, or whomever, was apprehensive to helping us, and only told us that we could not get an appointment or medication. We asked if we should go to an Emergency Vet hospital, and she said "sure" after we probed for helpful information. The fact that you took time to disclose personal information about how far I live from your establishment, how much I supposedly spent, and additional unnecessary information speaks negatively of your establishment and business practices. What was your point? I can also see that I am not the only one with a negative experience, and maybe drawing in on demographics and other data can help you draw relationships.

I love this place for our puppy, Jared. They are so friendly and caring. I would definitely recommend them.

I have been taking my rescue Pitbull to Mixed Pet for 6 months. Although he had a few medical problems when I first adopted him, Dr. Keb and her team has helped us treat them all! After every visit all of my questions and concerns were answered. The entire staff shows my dog the love and care he deserves and I cannot imagine a vet that does a better job.

I had an appointment for my dog this past Saturday at 8am. As I was leaving my place around 7:20am (I live 30 minutes away), I noticed that my car was covered in ice (it was freezing outside). I tried to start my car and it wouldn't. Luckily, I was able to call a friend and they helped me get my car up and running. In the meantime, I tried calling the vet three times hoping someone would pick up to let them know I would be a few minutes late. No one answered (which I understand because it was early). I was able to get on the road by 7:40am and at 7:57am, I called the vet again and Jayme picked up. I told her my situation and told her that I would be about 8 minutes late. Jayme responded very rudely and said, "We're completely booked for today." I was confused because that wasn't what I was asking or telling her. She continued, "There's no way for me to reschedule you; you're going to have to get another appointment." Still confused, I asked, "I'm only going to be a few minutes late, there's no way you can still see my dog?" Jayme started huffing and puffing and said, "Well I don't know how long it's going to take... we can TRY to fit him in." I told her thank you and she hung up before I could even say bye. She was super rude! Usually businesses give you a 15 minute grace period. As soon as I arrived, I called to let them know I was outside. Well, Taylor came outside to get my dog and didn't even speak. I asked if he could check something going on with my dog and he said yeah and went inside. I got there at 8:08. At 8:20, Taylor came back out with my dog and just handed him to me. He didn't tell me how the appointment went, what he was sending me home with, nothing. I had to ask all the questions. This baffled me because usually they take a full 30 mins with my dog and the doctor calls me to explain everything and to answer any questions I have. I still had at least 10 minutes left. Not this time, all because I was 8 minutes late-- apparently, they couldn't give me the customer service I deserved because of that. I didn't even get a chance to speak with the doctor. I understand that I was late for reasons out of my control, so I know that I may not get everything, but the LEAST the nurse could have done was give me great service, tell me how the appointment went, and ask if I had any questions. I am always on time to my appointments and my dog is very well taken care of. But because of how they treated me, how they rushed my dog in 12 minutes (incl. them taking care of something else I asked them to check!), and just their lack of customer service overall, I felt uncomfortable with this vet. They rushed the appointment with my dog. How were they really treating him with me not around? I lost full confidence with them and I decided to change vets because of that. Please take this into consideration when choosing your next vet.

The people there are very caring and considerate. They do everything possible to ensure the comfort of your pet and they communicate fully with the pet parent. I have never felt rushed or felt like I have asked a stupid question.
