Store is great but the grooming has been horrible. Had my dog groomed twice. The first groom he came back looking decent. Not what we asked, but decent. The second groom he came back looking atrocious and nothing like we asked. Great for shopping but if you’re looking for grooming, try anywhere else.

This store has a wide variety of foods and pet supplies. They lean heavily towards more natural foods, so expect that and the prices that come with it. What stands out, however, is the staff. Everyone is universally friendly, willing to take time to talk through your specific pet questions and make recommendations. Combined with their same day delivery and automatic reorder, they compete with the big online pet food services.

Took my service dog here to spoil her and she was very happy with the selections! The store looks so much bigger on the inside and they have such a large collection of toys and treats. The lady who helped us pick out a chew was very knowledgeable and kind.

I love Hollywood Feed. I've been going there for years for treats, food, and grooming. I am shocked at some of the complaints (though not many) on these reviews. I know you can't please everyone, but I've always had great experiences there! Tammie is the sweetest and a great groomer. She has groomed my dogs for years and I have bichons so I'm picky about their haircuts. Trish has been nothing but sweet to me and my dogs too. They are so kind to my dog and that is really important because she is old and has really bad hips and joints. They are both so gentle with her and they just love cuddling her. As far as the store employees, they are so helpful and knowledgeable! A lot of them even remember my name and go ahead and enter my information for the loyalty program before I even give it to them. I think this is such a great place to go!

This store is the absolute best for holistic health care when it comes to feeding your pet. Everything is all natural, meat, bone broth vegetables,fruit based ingredients. The staff is friendly and fabulous, they took time with me to explain what I was buying for my 9yr. old Boxer and the best route to take for her. The food is also packed with tons of proteins and vitamins. I will not buy her food anywhere else but here at Hollywood now. Thanks guys, you rock!!!

The store itself is beautiful, but wow, the groomers are rude! I’m really surprised people who are around sweet dogs all day can be so grumpy, but they are. The grooming services aren’t bad, but they don’t do a great job on dog faces (uneven cuts/lengths) that grow out awkwardly. Ultimately would like to leave my pup with people who have a sunnier disposition. Same experience for a friend of mine who I recommended try them. She took her dog home before even getting the groom done.

I loved this place when Diane had itand and love it even more as Hollywood Feed. My big dogs go through chewy stuff so fast I was so happy to find these “Big Boy bones”

This is my GO TO place. The staff is always the best and definitely cares about you and your pets. I always feel so welcomed. I used to go to Pet Supply Plus for my dog's haircut, but I found out Hollywood does the same pricing but a 10x better job! They handle all sorts of dog's (Even the ones other grooming services won't take!) Grooming service I would recommend to anyone looking for a good service.

Fantastic pet store and I’m telling you it has everything. People things pet things they have a grooming service that does cat claws only $10. They were swamped with dog grooming. First come first serve. Exceptional service. And guarantees on treats. If you return it they donate it to rescues. They have great merchandising wonderful holiday gifts and a bakery and cold products as well.

Always helpful with suggestions and very knowledgeable about their products. They love on the fur babies which makes it fun for all.

This store continues to WOW me!!! The staff is extremely Knowledge. Kelly patiently listened to my dog’s food history issues and recommended a high quality food with less protein sources. I would not have selected this on my own because he is a bully mix so you always hear more protein. It has worked perfectly!! They are also VERY competitively priced. You get your 12th bag of dog food free and We saw the same leash for $8-12 less than two other pet stores. Finally, the website is so easy to use for reordering. It takes under 30 seconds and they have the order ready for curbside pickup in less than an hour.

I love this store because of the variety of options I can choose from for my puppies, however, the employees constantly harass and follow me around the store. When you walk in, like any normal store, someone at the register will welcome you and ask if you need help. Even when I tell them no, an employee is bound to be attached at my hip. At this point I believe it’s racial profiling because this state is racially oppressed. So to my people of color, this store is great, but at the expense of being harassed and treated like a theif because you’re of color. I have never seen a white person treated like this, ever.

We went to Hollywood Feed as per recommendations from our friends. We had a lot of questions because our dog has allergies. Krysta greeted us at the door and spent 15 minutes answering all our questions and making sure that we got the best possible products for our dog. Krysta was friendly, knowledgeable, patient and professional. Her service was so exceptional that we’re customers for life! Thank you, Krysta!

I always walk by this store since I live in a walking distance, but today I came in with my new puppy. The ladies were so nice and helpful, they recommended me so many good things for my baby girl. We will definitely be back! They even gave her so many treats that she wouldn’t sit still ( I was carrying her). Everything seems to be a great quality and prices are good, too. They even told me they deliver their products, which I’ve never seen before.

i used to love this store. i visited every couple of weeks for my raw and kibble, even after being burned by a few bad experiences with kellie. the change in management is appreciated. but after learning that they will be stocking science diet in their stores soon, i got a bad taste in my mouth. science diet has had multiple recalls and questionable sources. it is clear that hollywood feed is no longer in it for the health and wellbeing of pets, but a quick buck. i can no longer shop here or recommend this place to my friends with a clear conscience. ill be purchasing my future orders from pet people. sad to see such a great place go downhill.

Shopped here today and customer service is great. Our Boykin has allergies and the associate was very knowledgeable. Got some good stuff!

Absolutely awful management. They suck out the life of this store.

Lauren is AMAZING. My husband and I went here after going through so much with one of our dogs. She has a sensitive stomach and nothing was sitting right with her. We went here exhausted and didn’t know what the next step would be with her diet. Lauren walked us through the store and gave us information on a variety of foods for us to try. She talked to us for probably an hour and helped us pick out the best food and treats. A week later and our dog is doing great. Better than we have seen her in a while. She is excited for feeding time and we can really see a difference in her. I am so grateful for Lauren. We are lifetime customers.

the mask requirement in this store is nonexistent. they won't stop you from walking in without a mask. and a policy doesn't mean anything if it's not enforced. i don't feel safe shopping here during the pandemic, as i see several customers …

This is my favorite store, employees are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They always give me great suggestions. The selection is great and everything is high quality. We have had great experiences with the groomer too.
