We’ve been using Dogs All Day for years. Nothing but positive things to say! They’re consistently reliable, building is clean, and the staff are great! Thanks for always taking care of Bug!

Took EXCELLENT care of our two labradoodles while we were on vacation! Loved the webcams. Everyone friendly and experienced and our dogs had a great time!

Associates really love the pooches. Our Walter was hooked after the first day! And so tired (yea!) when he gets home!

They are friendly and seem to treat the animals well.

We chose Dogs All Day after leaving a franchise boarding facility where the dogs are not allowed to play when they are boarded unless you pay extra. It makes no sense to keep them in a crate all day when they are socialized, and regularly attend day camp at the facility! Dogs All Day exceeded our expectations. They are extremely organized, fully staffed and have cameras! Our dog is out all day playing with dogs that are camping. Also, we have NEVER had a request turned down because they were full. They also don't require appointments for day camp once you are a customer. You can just show up. This is the way it should be everywhere!

We love Dogs All Day! Their pricing is great considering the boarding includes full days of daycare! We have a high energy dog and he would go crazy at most boarding places which only let dogs out for half hour increments of playtime. Instead, Pippin comes home tired and happy from Dogs All Day. We like being able to watch him on the webcams if we're away for an extended vacation too. Great place!

Finding a daycare that I felt comfortable leaving my dog with was definitely a process. I've been taking my 70 pound energetic dog here for several weeks and have nothing but good things to say about them. They do a great job of pairing dogs that will play well together and I couldn't be happier.

Your dog has to be PERFECT to go here. I went for a daycare evaluation to try a location closer to home. My dog failed because they said he was causing disruptions which was really strange because that is definitely out of character for him and this is not his first boarder/daycare facility (he’s boarded with play at least once a month). And dogs in a new environment will be dogs in a new environment. For them to just judge him off a ten minute visit and to blame me for his actions was very disheartening. My furbaby is trained and most locations beg for him to come back. I wonder if the staff is really interacting with the dogs and correcting them immediately. I also noticed that they may cater to a certain type of clientele. Who knows? We’re going back to what we know.

UPDATE 10/19: Since our last time using the facility (roughly a week) our dog developed a nasty cough. Took him to the vet and was diagnosed as Kennel Cough. I was unfamiliar with this as our dog had all the vaccines. It is highly contagious and due to poor conditions. I am also guessing that the dogs staying here may not be up to date on their vaccines as from what the vet had told me is a big reason to why it spreads. Just adding to the list of this facility. Don’t let the positive reviews fool you either. They give out free days if you leave a review. ____________________________________________________ We have used Dogs All Day a handful of times and haven’t been pleased with the service. The staff is very friendly and wanting to help but the people that are assigned to the pens do not pay attention at all. Numerous times we have checked in via the video service they have only to see problems happening (with our dog and others) just to see the attendant sitting on their phone. If I am trusting you to watch my dog for the day I’d like to see someone actually watching my dog for the day. Today was the last day we used this facility so I raised my concerns to who I was told the manager but she didn’t seem to care all too much of them. We will be looking elsewhere and we suggest you do the same.

Opie loves going to Dogs All Day, the staff and facility is great!

We have brought our dog Burton to Dogs All Day ever since he was a puppy. Whenever we say the words “Dogs All Day” he goes crazy and runs to our front door to go there. They have the best staff and take wonderful care of the dogs. It really is the BEST place to take your dogs!

Our dog loves coming to Dogs All Day! We have had nothing but good experiences with the boarding and the grooming services.

Our dog Charlie always has the best time at Dogs All Day! They are so good with all the dogs that come for the day so we know he is in the best care while he is there! He always comes home happy and tired!

My dog Freddie has gone to Dogs All Day for both boarding and day care and he LOVES it! The staff is friendly, they have large indoor and outdoor play areas, and I love that I can pull up the webcam feed and check-in on Freddie. Dogs All Day was recommended to me by a neighbor and I'm so glad.

This is a phenomenal place for our dog to get exercise and some social time with other dogs. For us, and our dog, this place is a must. If I know we need to board her, I schedule it as soon as I know. Even with their really nice new facility on Old Pineville Road,, they fill up fast. 7-20-2020: Tonight I called to check on Juniper as she doesn't like storms. The caregivers noticed her shaking and fear and allowed her to go into a kennel herself with a blanket they provided for her. She calmed down and did not have to come home early. I can't say enough about how wonderful this business is. NOTE: In reading some of the reviews, I take offense. Yes, it is true if you leave A review you get A free day of day care. However, they do NOT say your review has to be a 5 star review. I love my fir baby and would NEVER purposefully steer others wrong just for one day of free day care.

My Corgi, Leeloo, LOVED Dogs All Day. She started going to half-day daycare every so often to burn energy when she was about 9 months old. She was very nervous at her initial assessment and wasn't social at all, but management graciously allowed her to attend a daycare session to see if, as a puppy, she just needed more time to acclimate. Oh boy, within the first session, she was in heaven, always happy to run through their doors and happy, tired when leaving. I love that Dogs All Day has six yards that allow a great match with dog sizes and energy levels; I think that made a big difference in Leeloo acclimating so well. We've left the Charlotte area and will seriously miss this place!

We had our first boarding experience over the weekend and it was wonderful! It is great to be able to watch your dog play on the webcams and gives you peace of mind knowing they are having fun! Also love the facility, it is clean and organized and the staff is amazing! Definitely recommend for boarding and daycare services.

I absolutely love dogs all day! I love that take the time to put your dog into different play groups based on their size, temperament, and activity level. I take him for daycare and boarding and he always comes up so tired.

I have so far been very happy with this place. A few things have stood out. Especially from other places I've taken my dog. First, there is PLENTY of play time. The dogs are either in the yard or in a group indoor pen all day except during nap time (another place only allowed 10 dogs to play at a time and the rest were crated on rotation). Still, there is plenty of space so that if my dog was to chill out and lay down, he can get rest on his time. Second, my dog ended up getting a pretty bad cut. Not sure if was from another dog or he rubbed up against something. He didn't show pain and they caught it when they were inspecting the dogs coming in from outside (which meant they were checking!). they took him to the vet so he could get stitches, brought him back, paid the vet bill and comped me half a day. I was floored by not only their ability to catch the cut but also how professionally they handled it. Third, I sometimes check in on the app (its a little extra fee but not much) just to see my boy play. EVERY TIME I check in I see the yard attendants petting or hugging a dog. It's not always mine, but it is still awesome to see them loving on the dogs. Fourth, speed of checking in and out. In the mornings I am trying to catch the train. They are always so fast taking him from me. Even when five people are walking in at the same time, I've never had to wait more than a minute for them to take him. I love the care and all the little things that make me feel my dog is having a great day. He comes home every time exhausted and happy.

Perfect location! We've had to rely on Dogs All Day on multiple occasions and they've always been there to help.

I have been a customer of Dogs All Day for 2 years. They have been awesome with my pet Sparky. They always provide excellent care for for day care and overnight boarding. We love the service and prompt response to transition Sparky to stay overnight when needed. Very clean facility and good service.

So we just started going to Dogs all Day and my two labs absolutely love it. They have so much energy and the transition fro me working from home to a office environment has been hard on them. As soon as I heard Dogs all day was back open off we went. They absolutely love it, lol and we are getting ready for bed and the snoring is already going. They get so exited when I say want to go to See your friends and play.. and everyone is so so professional and nice THANK you so much for making this easier on my babies

My Ziggy has been to daycare once a week lately and has had a blast! The interaction with other pupoers has been phenomenal. I love how they put same-energy dogs together for awesome play time! Bring your pup here for quality play-time!

Dogs All Day is a great facility that I would highly recommend for anyone to bring their pup to. My dog is pretty timid especially when getting to know new people and dogs and it has become her absolute favorite place in the entire world. The staff is extremely sweet, and make sure to take the time to get to know each dog and when we drop her off, the staff will come out and call her by name and my dog will get extremely excited and all of her fear will subside. I know there are a lot of facilities to choose from in the Charlotte area but I would highly recommend this one for your dog.

Tested out a few different dog day cares before selecting Dogs All Day, and I’m glad that I chose here. Staff is very friendly and genuinely seemed to care about my dog and making sure he was happy and that I was satisfied as a customer. Clean and not over crowded for your dog. When I went out of town, I left my dog for boarding and they were happy to share how he was doing when I called in a couple of times. I feel they could do a little more to make things easier for the pet parent, through web accessibility etc. but not a big deal. Can just get a little expensive if using services often.

For our feisty and anxiety riddle min-pin, Mr. Mann, Dogs All Day provides a safe place for him to socialize, learn and play. He always comes home tired. Great service and a comfort knowing your fur kiddo is safe and happy.

Bevo LOVES Dogs All Day! He goes to camp 3 times a week and never wants to leave with me when I pick him up. He’s always exhausted too! Highly recommend these guys.

Our girl Suzy loves everyone at Dogs all Day. She gets so much play time and love. I heard about D.A.D from my brother who has been taking his dog to Digs all Day for 8yrs.
