Still relatively new to the area and searched for reputable groomer to take my 7 year old Aussie to because he hasn't seen a groomer since the pandemic began. Service was friendly, and my pup was excited to see me when I came to pick him up. Pricing is fair. I'll be taking him back for sure.

My baby looked so cute after his visit here. I think we have found his groomers. He wore his bandana for almost a week. He didn't want to take it off. I highly recommend this place

Dog Gone Beautiful has been grooming our mixed Terrier for over 5 years now and I wouldn’t take him anywhere else, ever. Bruce and team are the best dog groomers that I’ve ever used. Consistent and Professional

New customer but unfortunately won’t be returning back. Just went for a simple nail trimming and they left my boy bleeding. It would be understandable if it was a little but this clearly was a rushed job because the cutting only took two minutes and my back seats are now stained. Please be more careful!

The grooming done was always well done. The 1st time I brought my pup, I was told he was matted and needed a close shave. Goldendoodles are notorious for matting in their undercoat so I wasn’t shocked and agreed that the groomer could use their discretion. The groom was done nicely and they charged $150. I wasn’t super surprised and thought okay, when we come back in a month it’ll be much cheaper. We came back 4 weeks later, and my pup was 100% not matted. They groomed him as expected and did not mention any issues. Well they charged $120! $150 is what we typically pay the mobile groomer who comes to us so paying this much just seems exorbitant! We found a much nicer place that charges $75 and has never even once mentioned our guy was matted. I feel cheated by this place. I gave them 3 stars because again the groom was done nicely, but the price feels out of control. The $75 groom I mentioned at the other place is actually always better and more even.

Had a awesome grooming experience today!My dog and also me were coming off of horrendous grooming from hell with the Aussie pet mobile Both of us were a little antsy but our groomer today,Au was wonderful and treated Bella with the utmost care.Couldn’t be more pleased!We have found a new groomer for sure!! Also Bella’s haircut was just what I asked for ,she looks so cute!!

I was excited to take my pup for his 1 year old birthday groom. I walked in and wasn't impressed off top. The lady isn't friendly at all. When I went to pick up my little pup, he looked so cute and I was pleased with the work! I had given my little guy Trazodone to calm him. The lady specifically said that he was very good and I didn't have to give him sleep meds. I left a nice tip and we were out the door. The next day, I noticed a red irritated spot that became a blister wound in the groin area. My pup's skin was so irritated and he was visibly uncomfortable. I had to to put neosporin on his wound and keep a cone on him for 3 days so he wouldn't make it worse. I took my puppy back in so Bruce could see. They put something on the wound. Bruce said this should never happen and the lady came up trying to say something that didn't make sense. Never once was I offered any money back or even half off on next groom. Needless to say, I'll never go back. What ever happened to customer service? It's totally non existent these days.

I have taken my two dachshunds to Bruce and Lynn for most of their 12 year lives. Lynn does the BEST job ever on my long haired dachshund and both of my dogs LOVE them! Have never been disappointed. Very thankful to have them to take such good care of our fur babies!

My dog Jaxx went here and I could not be more happier. His coat is shinny, he smells amazing, and his hair cut was exactly what I had in mind. I have found a place I truly trust with my Jaxxy Bear!

I have been taking my miniature poodle, Uly, to Dog Gone Beautiful based on the recommendation of someone I sold a car to and that was over 6 years ago. My little guy used to view grooming as torture but since coming to Dog Gone Beautiful he now loves it. He always gets the exact cut that I ask for at a great price and we both leave happy every time! Bruce and his staff are the best!

I love Bruce & Dog Gone Beautiful. I’ve been taking my 3 dogs (schnauzer, shih Tsu, and Scottie) here for 4 years and they give the best cuts my pups have ever gotten. My parents loved how my dogs looked so much so that they now bring their 2 dogs here. So happy to have found this place!

Took my dog there three times. Twice I left feeling a bit uncomfortable, but went back because they were convenient. The third time was the worst experience, and never again. Bruce, the owner, is nice enough, but not very personable to be a business owner. One groomer, Lynn, screams, literally, at you if you don't use a raw diet. She lets you know everything you are doing wrong (her opinion) and gives medical advice while questioning the credibility of your own veterinarian. She has no qualification to give medical advice, nor is she a DVM. And, above all, being in customer service, she should never yell at a client for staying the course with their vet's recommendations, rather than hers. Ironically, their website says she is full of compassion. The first two times there, my dog ended up with an ear infection. Of course, Lynn claimed my dog had it when she was brought in. The third time there my dog ended up with an eye infection and was there for over five hours. Imagine my shock when I walked in to find my dog shaved....so close there were knicks on her back and stomach. They never even called to ask permission to shave her, nor did they provide an explanation as to why! A mobile groomer is a bit more expensive, but worth every penny to ensure your dog doesn't end up with an infection of some sort, isn't shaved, mistreated, and kept for five hours.

Terrible first impression over the phone, I wouldn't let bruce groom my dog if he was the last groomer in America. Bruce if you don't want to be at work , go home and get some rest. Secondly when you answer the phone be ready to answer customers question like you want to make money. This is very sad and I'm extremely disappointed with the piss poor service Bruce provided today.

I have taken my dog to price for a long time. He does a great job and has very prices. My dog loves coming here! I highly recommend him.
