Dilworth Dog Grooming Charlotte, South Carolina

My fiance and I have been taking our Cavapoo here for the past few months, they do very well with long hair/curly hair dogs, and we have never been disappointed! We have received lots of compliments, and they don't cut it too short, which seems to happen often at other groomers.

They did a wonderful job! Making my mum's dog Cream Cheese look like a brand new puppy! They even gave him a cute little bandanna???? and all at a good price✨ these groomers are absolutely amazing and i definitely recommend them to anyone!

Today was my first time and I loved it. The staff was so nice and my dog looks amazing!! AND when I got there I was very happy to see him running around with the other dogs waiting to be picked up. He didn't even notice I was there! This place is also very convenient being we are in south end. Literally 2 mins away. 11/10

Dilworth Dog grooming is so wonderful! I have a senior Yorkie and they always make sure he is done quickly to reduce his stress. Not only do they do an excellent job on his grooming, but the customer service is top notch!

This is a super sad review to write. I’ve been going to Dilworth Dog Grooming for nearly 3 years. I’m always satisfied with my dog’s cuts. Last time I picked her up however, I noticed my dog had an e-collar on. They tried removing the collar quickly and secretively and slipped it into their apron. My dog is 12 years old and has a heart murmur. I would NEVER use an e-collar on her. I understand she can be a barker and it can be annoying but I found that to be unacceptable. They seemed to know it wasn’t ok too, given they tried to hide the fact they had the collar on her during this past visit. At another visit prior, my dog fainted on the way to the car. I immediately took her to the vet and discovered she was anemic, but now I can’t help but think she had been shocked while in Dilworth Dog Grooming’s care and it contributed to the situation as she has never fainted in the past.. I will not be returning, sadly, and am finding a new groomer that WILL NOT employ these practices.

I highly recommend this grooming salon. I love that the dogs are not kenneled while they wait. It eases my dogs anxiety. The staff work quickly to get her in and out. They are a busy salon so call early for an appointment!! ❤️

I moved recently from Charlotte to Nyc and my Bichon Teddy needed grooming at last minute - the owner of Dilworth Dog Grooming was kind enough And worked him in because we were flying out the next day ! She has always attempted to help out in a pinch when my dogs needed “ help “ ! Christine groomed Teddy , and I must say he looked like a show dog walking through the airports and also Central Park !! Heads turned in NYC and people pointed and kids wanted to pet him !! He looks fabulous !! He honestly looked like a little show dog !!! Thank you so much to everyone at Dilworth Dog Grooming and especially Christine for making him look so great !!

I took my dog Eevee here for the first time to get her nails clipped. She can be pretty nervous and these kinds of situations but the staff was very accommodating and we're willing to take me in with almost no notice. The price is at a great point, the staff is great, the facility is clean, and I will definitely be coming back here.

I have been bringing my doodle, Phoebe, to Dilworth Dog Grooming for a little over a year now and can’t recommend them enough! Chris is amazing with the pups! Phoebe has had quite a bit of anxiety when it comes to her feet being groomed, and Chris and her team have been so patient with her! She’s extremely knowledgeable and the passion she has for her work shines brightly!

This is more like a fun daycare/play date with grooming. Well behaved and socialized dogs get to play while they wait.
